The most surprising bad experience in Tervuren. So we come at 17:45 on Friday and want to sit down and the blonde lady is telling us we can not because they are just about to close. We said ok, we'll take an ice cream to go and we asked if we can have the ice cream at the table she said no because at the table.the ice cream has a different price so we stayed at the public bench next to the shop. 2 min after us 2 tables were occupied and she served them. When I went in and asked how come she served them and not us, she said that she did tell us we can stay until 6:30....very rude and very strange style of management. I live in Tervuren and this was the worse client service I've seen. Avoid. Ice cream ok btw. If owner sees this I'm happy to discuss my experience, i live close by. If the blonde lady is the owner...go and take some customer service lessons.

Terrible costumer service. Kids are not allowed to eat their ice cream at the tables, even if adults ordered coffees and full orders. The ice cream used to be awesome, now it was pure sugar. Came half molten already on the cone. Avoid, many better places around.

Good icecream shop with very polite owners and OK gelato. Prices are quite high for what it is, and you must pay extra to sit outside, even if you dont use on of their plates. The tea and hot chocolate were fantastic!

Average ice-cream shop with the worst service ever by the blonde lady. Very sarcastic and impolite. One would normally receive a thin waffle when ordering an ice cream in a cup, the lady asked me to pay for it and specified that the napkin was complimentary 😒.

Nice place where to stop by for a hot chocolate and some pancakes are yet a long walk in the park of tervuren ! I recommend it

Excellent ice cream, you might like the chocolates as well though we didn't try them. Sited close to an underground car park, on a large square with a terrific children's playground nearby

Wonderful apple cake and great coffee but the pistachio ice cream was disappointing.

Simple place but very known for tasty ice cream. A nice place to have a coffee break after a good walk in the Tervuren Park.

Nice icecream but overall with the only cake being appeltart rather poor selection. Given the sunny location on the square with outdoor „terrace“ you start dreaming of cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, … where is the „daily bread“ of Tervuren? We can only wonder. Don’t forget to put a tenner aside for a banana split. ;)

It's a popular coffee shop in downtown Tervuren. A painter, Angela, likes to sit here. She brought me here to get a cup of cappuccino. It's a nice place with spacious sitting areas, inside and outside. You could look at the square from the window. Highly recommended.

Nice place, yummy ice cream. They would stubbornly speak to you in German despite putting the best effort of speaking Dutch 🫣. Careful about a suggestion if you'd like to be seated, it gets more expensive...
