I loved my stay at this hotel,it's near most tourist attractions..just take bus 95 and the bus stop is very near the hotel. The customer care was the best especially Jack who welcomed us and had alittle conversation.I had one of the best breakfasts ever in the many hotels I have been too..this was the best..good Value for money. Rooms were equally very clean and spacious,bed comfortable and ofcos coffee machine in there if u want coffee,nice round table and couch where you can sit and relax,safe box to store valuables ,pool table, sauna..so much to mention but at that price,my expectations were exceeded.

Amazing Amazing Amazing stay! There was 5 of us (2 adults, 3 young kids). We had a suit, with 2 bathrooms. The shower was absolutely amazing, the whole place was super clean. Staff were beyong friendly. Our room was very big, had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend... We went at Christmas time, we had a short beautiful walk to various different markets. Was very picturesque. Wonderful hotel, wonderful stay!

We had really bad experience in the hotel. The room had the smell of sewage. We went to tell the hotel staffs, they immediately told us that they were awear of this problem in the hotle and asked us to stay one night in the room and then they will move us to another room. Why did the hotel give such a room to customers? We booked a 4 star hotel and didn't expect such situation. But the in the morning, an other lady at the reception didn't know this at all. Yeah, the staffs before said that we didn't get a new room in the morning, they could help in the afternoon. But why do we spend so much time just for a not smelly room. The staffs were friendly, but totally not helpful. The lady in the morning said: I am sorry to hear that. What can I do for you? Unbelievable! why the workers do not find a solution, but ask the customers what to do? What was even worse: the shower water went all the bathroom ground because of the bad design. Then I had to clean the bathroom ground during my vacation. We stayed two nights in the hotel, no one even cleaned the room during the day. During the two days' stay, no one in the hotel actually did any thing to compensate us. I really see that hotel should improve the service. So I will never come to Radisson RED again!

In general a great hotel. Super stylish, well maintained. Kind and energetic staff. Check in and out are very convenient. Room is spacious, very big TV, good facility in general. However two downsides: One is the breakfast. Continental breakfast is supposed to be quite standard. However here the quality is quite poor. Driest scrambled egg I’ve ever seen, for example. Second one is the cleanliness of the room. My room is definitely not thoroughly cleaned. Lady’s pieces of fingernails on the table top, and some pieces of candy on the long bench and on the floor. Not professional at all.

Stayed there for the week-end for a solo trip. The room was really big and comfy. Everything was super clean and the hotel itself was super modern. I was on the first floor and the room had only 1 window which, for the size of the room, seems a little. Plus the window was facing all other room and not that much light entered the room.

I wanted to say thank you the man running the reception whom literally run to the taxi rank to get me and my boyfriend a taxi so we can make it on time to catch our train to London after another driver refused to accept card payment and told us that is cash only service… Apologies that we didn’t catch your name but once more thanks for your help. Very good, affordable hotel. Everything is self-service but with good design and user experience.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable. Room was silent, but it might also because that we spent the Christmas Eve at the hotel when the streets were empty. Complementary water, tea and coffee in the room. Both capsule and instant coffee types were available, including decaf. There is also a water dispenser next to the elevator. Disliked: The shower panel is a bit short, so when you take a shower too much water escapes to the bathroom floor. We did not like the fact that the bathroom door was made of frosted glass and it was not possible to lock it. Not a big deal, this is a very subjective opinion. The sofa bed that our children slept in was a bit too narrow (120 cm) for our children. We were told to park our car at the closed parking lot across the street which is a bit more expensive (23 euros/day) than the average daily rate in the city center. There did not seem to be many other options, like street parking. Therefore, be prepared if you travel by car.

Nice location, next door to one of the european government buildings. However be aware it is a considerable distance from city center (in terms of walking). It's doable, but expect a 25+ minute walk. Those rentable 'Lime' scooters were a nice options to make the journey quicker. Reception staff were nice, not overly chatty but friendly. Bar staff was very nice, he was working on his own the nights we were there yet service was fast. Was up for a chat and seemed very cheerful and helped us with deciding on what to drink/what nibbles to get. Room was nice but a little 'grubby'. Definitely clean, but there were marks on the plaster on the walls where bags had hit them, some staining on the carpets from spilled drinks, etc.

Great 2 night stay in this hotel. Cool modern themed rooms, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had a one bedroom suite. The kids had a sofa bed in the living. Easy taxi ride from Brussels Midi station (about 15€).

No frills, minimum service. My room had a faint nasty odour of sewage. What I disliked most: I received a total of 10 emails after booking, offering to "customize my experience" and similar unnecessary things.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. The WiFi was top-notch, offering excellent speed and stability at around 100 mbps. The shower was great too, although it would have been even better if there was a door or curtains to prevent the floor from getting wet. Lastly, I suggest considering alternative parking options as it can be quite expensive at the hotel.

Nice, clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and products and it's definitely recommended. Good location not far away from city center(10-15 mins by bus) and next to the train station that takes you to the airport. Last but not least, the receptionists were very helpful and gentle.

What an experience! It was one of the best hotels I had spent the night! The breakfast was excellent! The rooms are beautiful, and the uniqueness of the decorations is just mind-blowing!

I booked it for a good friend to surprise her for her birthday. It was amazing. The hospitality team was really helpful in setting up the decorations and the table. Loved it. Breakfast buffet at sea lounge restaurant was amazing. The view from there was the highlight. For breakfast buffet at this restaurant, please dress properly or they send you back. They are very strict about dress code.

Great for those who have to go to the European Parliament as it is 100m away. Next to the station. By public transport I quickly reached both the main square of Brussels. Cleanliness, kindness, excellent choice in breakfast. Nice idea of ​​a mini-market with good prices in the lobby. Highly recommended!

I gave 4 stars only because of the employee, the checkin boy was so understandable and so kind. The hotel need a renovation asap, doors, painting, bathroom doors and showers, the bed you can wakeup on the floor because of the brooken bed legs. The breakfast is 3 of 5 stars.

The location is excellent, next to a subway station, a 2 minute walk from the European parliament and the parlamentarium. The reception desk is quite modern as the whole facility has an industrial look, there is a self serve mini market for chips, alcohol, chocolate but at very high prices. The room which i stayed was quite large and very comfortable. My only objection is the glass door of the wc, we need a little privacy in there..., and also the glass at the shower is somehow not long enough and a lot of water gets spilled on the floor. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options. There is a coffee machine and i would recommend to get the chocolate option at it's the only that had a descent taste. The coffee is kind of black water... Anyways i would definitely stay there again next time!!

Great manager and staff service. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but come in different in shapes and sizes. Very clean, and very quiet. No noise heard from the other rooms. Breakfast was great. But at extra cost.

Nice hotel. Modern and lovely breakfast. Staff is largely wonderful with a few exceptions but the general experience was great. The location, at the edge of lovely Ixelles and bordering the city centre, is great. I would definitely come back.

Clean is probably the first thing that comes to mind when I think of our night at Radisson RED. Our kettle wasn’t working, but it was promptly replaced with a working one. Overall the staff was accomodating and friendly. The style of the hotel is quite quirky and out there.

Enjoy my 4 days stay. The hotel it felt more updated feeling haha.. The room and bathroom/shower was a comfortable size for my wife, son, and I. Plus the train was at the of the block.. really close by. It was easy self check in. Also the price is not bad compare to tother hootel cause if you add the 3rd perosn it be over price.. but this hotel was really reasonable pricing we had a king size bed and a portable bed for my son ( which wasn't needed). we had a table of 4 seats, mini fridge and a safe to keep our stugffs. the hotel over all gave a comfrotable and relaxing vibs. in the hallway at the 7th floor they have classic wall paper..which was nice.. The hotel room views was nice not bad.. wish it was hotel was tallers haha.. The only thing I wasn't happpy was our bedsheet had a hole, 1 chair had dirty marks (which was didn't want to sit haha,) window base was dusky and lots of dirty marks.. they need to pant it and clean it. Plus the hotel air conditioner was aduto settting (normal for hotel).. turn off and on.. should had left the window open.. additon they gave heavy blankets haha.. i assume they concern with us being cold cause ngiht time it get colder. but going back there again in the future. like the hotel.. would suggest others to stay here compare cuase it give a interest hotel..

Very amusing interior decoration. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very abundant. Gym of the hotel is well equipped and clean. Sometimes there's nobody at the reception and you have to wait for someone to show up but in total I enjoyed staying here

The staff was fantastic and the service superb. There are 2 reasons why i don't give a 5 star; there is a need for some maintenance. The design of the carpets can be a challenge for sensory sensitive people (in autistic spectrum).

Loved staying here. Breakfast was amazing. We were two families and we got rooms in different floors.. which was the only drawback. The receptionist did not help here.

The room is clean. Designed in the modern way that my kids love it. Breakfast is in their restaurant downstairs, they are bit panic to place everything for the guests in the morning busy moment.

It was a bad experience for me as I paid the full value of my stay and when I canceled days of it they told me that they sent me my money, but I did not get my money back yet! I contacted them and when I went to them I didn't get anything yet

Room had everything I needed, although there was some maintenance needed. Towel rack and coat hooks almost fell from the wall. There was a party going on in the street was kept me awake.

We have stayed at the Radisson RED multiple times and the service is always great. The rooms are very nice and depending on the size of your family they have options to accommodate everyone. We are a family of 5 and always love the spacious living and bedroom.
