We
had
really
bad
experience
in
the
hotel.
The
room
had
the
smell
of
sewage.
We
went
to
tell
the
hotel
staffs,
they
immediately
told
us
that
they
were
awear
of
this
problem
in
the
hotle
and
asked
us
to
stay
one
night
in
the
room
and
then
they
will
move
us
to
another
room.
Why
did
the
hotel
give
such
a
room
to
customers?
We
booked
a
4
star
hotel
and
didn't
expect
such
situation.
But
the
in
the
morning,
an
other
lady
at
the
reception
didn't
know
this
at
all.
Yeah,
the
staffs
before
said
that
we
didn't
get
a
new
room
in
the
morning,
they
could
help
in
the
afternoon.
But
why
do
we
spend
so
much
time
just
for
a
not
smelly
room.
The
staffs
were
friendly,
but
totally
not
helpful.
The
lady
in
the
morning
said:
I
am
sorry
to
hear
that.
What
can
I
do
for
you?
Unbelievable!
why
the
workers
do
not
find
a
solution,
but
ask
the
customers
what
to
do?
What
was
even
worse:
the
shower
water
went
all
the
bathroom
ground
because
of
the
bad
design.
Then
I
had
to
clean
the
bathroom
ground
during
my
vacation.
We
stayed
two
nights
in
the
hotel,
no
one
even
cleaned
the
room
during
the
day.
During
the
two
days'
stay,
no
one
in
the
hotel
actually
did
any
thing
to
compensate
us.
I
really
see
that
hotel
should
improve
the
service.
So
I
will
never
come
to
Radisson
RED
again!
