*Not a safe place* Safety is my first criterion for choosing a hotel, and I had read positive reviews on this one. Unfortunately, it revealed the most unsafe place ever. Doors open only via a digital code - and from the inside of the room, via an electric lock: there's no mechanic door handle. In case of fire, one is totally reliant on the electric lock (!). And then. After 10pm there is no concierge, and also the main door opens with a digital code only. Mine didn't work, so at 23.30 I was standing in front of the main door totally helpless. The phone number provided for this type of emergencies responded with an automatic voicemail, so I left a message behind me asking for help: no one has called me back yet. I was taken out of trouble only because two other guests entered the premise and let me in - which is again quite unsafe: I could have been anyone. In short, no care for safety, and zero control. Keep it mind when you book this place - also because the bed cushions alone will give you a neck pain

One of the worst hotel experience that I lived, they offered a suppose late check-in but didn't send a code and reservation, and we stayed stuck in the outside of the hotel for five hours

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Terrible customer service from Bien and management. I stayed here 22nd July 2022 for four nights and specifically requested twin double room but got given a double. When I came back downstairs to request to change my room the receptionist Bien said it will not be possible and I have to stick with it instead of finding a solution to this problem. A very lazy receptionist with no manners or professionalism who just sits in the office and plays video games all day. I even had to come back downstairs again for extra duvet and bedsheets. Upon arrival to the room I was staying in 408 was extremely messy and disgusting! The carpet, bedsheets, furniture was all stained everywhere! And Television remote was not working. I am very sure the stains on the bedsheet is a bed bug which looked like it had been squished. This is the worst service, I even paid extra €30 for late checkout but they still kept knocking on my door fifteen minutes early invading my privacy saying late checkout time is approaching. They will do anything to try and rush you to leave. I was promised a refund from Bien (lazy no good receptionist) and after two weeks I had to keep chasing them for my full refund but they deliberately refunded someone else which was not my name and then when I told them it’s the wrong person and not me, they refused to give me my full refund. I am now in the process of opening legal case against Diamanté suites for this shocking behaviour. Do not stay here! They have no customer service skills!

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! I paid online for a room and when I got there they said they didn’t have an empty room! And I kept calling so they give me back my money and they didn’t! Worst hotel experience ever!

It’s a fine room for what you are paying per night. Quite an expensive damage deposit for the kitchen. The bathroom shower/ bath was really dirty and grungy. A long walk to the city centre but there are buses close by.

We really enjoyed our long-term stay here. Cozy room with a great city view, spacious bathroom and handy kitchenette to cook for yourself. The room was cleaned once a week, but whenever we needed anything — the manager Bruno was there to help us. There's a metro station right next to the hotel, but I'd recommend to walk around and discover Schaerbeek — beautiful area, especially in the spring time. 💡TIP: If you book long-term at Booking, you'll get a free transfer from the airport, which is a pleasant bonus. Also, don't forget to check your DMs for the entrance code to self check-in.

This is the first time I ever saw a hotel room where the trash from the previous occupants hadn't been taken out. The kitchen was dirty (and the dishwasher was out). We had to go out and buy some cleaning products just to be able to stay in the room comfortably. The radiator valve was also broken, and stuck on the maximum. Adjusting the thermostat didn't work. So, we thought, maybe we could try putting on some air conditioning? But then we saw the state of the vents. Completely covered in layers of dust. Even if I wasn't allergic, I wouldn't have risked turning it on. So, we were stuck in a room that was way too hot. Forced to open and close the windows periodically throughout the night (Thankfully it's winter and cold outside). We barely slept at all... Very disappointed. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Awful experience. My dad stayed at Diamant suites for three nights. The first night, one of the bed's feet broke causing him a vertebral micro-fracture. The personnel saw the broken bed and initially apologised, but after calling the manager refused to help in any way (they didn't even call the ambulance or contacted a doctor). The hospital certified the micro-fracture and yet the hotel did not even offer a discount, counting on the fact that starting a legal action would be too much trouble and cost more money that what you could get from the hotel. Long story short: if the hotel is unsafe and cause you physical damage, it's up to your personal insurance to cover for the cost.

Lovely place. Booked it for our entire staff. Easy way to check-in via a single 4-digit code for both main entrance and the room. Manager Bruno was very helpful and made sure we have everything we need.

I made a reservation a month ago, and a day before check-in, I received a rude message saying that to check in, I need to pay again using a different link, along with a text stating that my reservation was supposedly canceled. I tried contacting Booking's customer support, but even they couldn't get through to them for a whole day. In the end I got money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it's best to steer clear of it.

Awesome Hotel. Recommended!!! It’s nearby the metro station, approx 400m from nearest metro station/ tram station. The rooms are too spacious. And location is also good. The outside view is also ok. After visiting Paris , we were happy to get bigger rooms . Overall very happy with the stay.

Good value for money. Very complete rooms with kitchenette and bath, private parking beneath the building. Public transport nearby. You can choose between a room with garden or streed views.

I arrived at night, entered by code and didn't see anybody in the hotel, so maybe better during the day. Room large but with dirty carpet, didn't feel clean. Thin mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. I didn't feel good at this hotel.

Tourist Beware. This hotel tries to nickle and dime you at every turn. Housekeeping comes twice a week. If you want them to come more, it's 15€ per day. If you want breakfast, it's 10€ for stale rolls, coffee and cereal. There's coffee pods in the room and a Keurig like device. If you want more coffee than the 2 packets you get with the room, it's 2€ a piece. The bed was advertised as a king size, but it's actually two twin mattress pushed together. Most of the time, no one is at the front office to help answer questions and there were little roach looking bugs in the bathroom. The windows don't open and ac/heat do not work well. They have WiFi but it constantly disconnects and has major issues. Constantly get the little (?) next to the wifi symbol on my phone. This is especially terrible being as that I didn't have cell service while in Europe and relied on it to help me navigate Belguims confusing public transportation system. For the price it was just awful. Definitely wouldn't book here again.

Firstly, I’d like to highlight a very handy check-in system. No keys, which are so easy to lose. I booked with Booking, so I got my 4-digit code in DMs. If you book with any other service, don’t forget to contact Diamant in advance to receive your entrance code. It’s VERY IMPORTANT as the reception is not 24h, so if you arrive late — you better have the code for self check-in. I had a cozy room with a garden view. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. A clean bathroom with everything you’d need. Handy little kitchenette to cook breakfast and have coffee. Proper Wi-Fi connection at all times, so I could easily watch the series on my phone. The hotel is located in a beautiful Schaerbeek area. Metro station and grocery stores are 2 minutes away. A 10 minute walk would get you to cafes and bars. A 30 minute stroll gets you to the city center.

I can help you draft a review based on the details you provided about your experience at the hotel. Here's a review: "I booked a room at this hotel a month in advance, but upon arrival, I was informed they had no room available and suggested I find accommodation elsewhere. The lady at the reception, who seemed to be in charge, cited my gender identity as the reason, stating they were uncomfortable hosting me. Discrimination has no place in hospitality, and such treatment is not only unacceptable but deeply hurtful. I urge the management to reconsider their policies to ensure inclusivity for all guests."

I booked a room there for relatives visiting Brussels since my apartment is too small. They arrived late so there was no reception at the hotel but they had a code to get inside. However, when they got to their room, it had not been cleaned since the previous guest. Everything had been left dirty and there was a leak from the fridge and water all over the floor. They could not contact anyone so had to sleep there the first night. They were only given a clean room the next morning. Will not book there again for my relatives.
