customer
service

Bien
and
management.
I
stayed
here
22nd
July
2022
for
four
nights
and
specifically
requested
twin
double
room
but
got
given
a
double.
When
I
came
back
downstairs
to
request
to
change
my
room
the
receptionist
Bien
said
it
will
not
be
possible
and
I
have
to
stick
with
it
instead
of
finding
a
solution
to
this
problem.
A
very
lazy
receptionist
with
no
manners
or
professionalism
who
just
sits
in
the
office
and
plays
video
games
all
day.
I
even
had
to
come
back
downstairs
again
for
extra
duvet
and
bedsheets.
Upon
arrival
to
the
room
I
was
staying
in
408
was
extremely
messy
and
disgusting!
The
carpet,
bedsheets,
furniture
was
all
stained
everywhere!
And
Television
remote
was
not
working.
I
am
very
sure
the
stains
on
the
bedsheet
is
a
bed
bug
which
looked
like
it
had
been
squished.
This
is
the
worst
service,
I
even
paid
extra
€30
for
late
checkout
but
they
still
kept
knocking
on
my
door
fifteen
minutes
early
invading
my
privacy
saying
late
checkout
time
is
approaching.
They
will
do
anything
to
try
and
rush
you
to
leave.
I
was
promised
a
refund
from
Bien
(lazy
no
good
receptionist)
and
after
two
weeks
I
had
to
keep
chasing
them
for
my
full
refund
but
they
deliberately
refunded
someone
else
which
was
not
my
name
and
then
when
I
told
them
it’s
the
wrong
person
and
not
me,
they
refused
to
give
me
my
full
refund.
I
am
now
in
the
process
of
opening
legal
case
against
Diamanté
suites
for
this
shocking
behaviour.
Do
not
stay
here!
They
have
no
customer
service
skills!
