Received a pushpin in my iced coffee. I asked for 2 cream only, when I received a very white coffee I asked kindly "could I please have it a little bit darker?" It seems the retribution was a dangerous, metal center pushpin.. and god knows what else may have been in this coffee given that fact. I am an honest, local business owner and frankly this is beyond horrifying. I never opened the lid to this coffee so I know it happened inside dunkin donuts. Negligence at best, otherwise this was some kind of twisted revenge for a polite request.

Went Sunday August 21 845am there was a young man waiting on me while texting on his phone. I told him to either text or take my order. He continued to text. He screwed up my order. The young ladies had to help figure out the cash register. He may have to decide if he wants to work or text... I would have fired him on the spot.

I’ve never had an employee insult me in a drive through before, glad I was on the phone with someone else who got to hear it too when it happened at this location. There’s a rude black kid who’s been unpleasant every single time I’ve seen him. I’m hoping he saves it just for me and doesn’t treat all customers like that. Slow service, but it’s a small gas station location so that’s expected. Lots of weed smell most days around the back of the building, maybe slow service makes sense? Stopped going to this location, will probably try again soon and hope they’ve cycled through some of the younger kids.

Horrible customer service ordered ahead on app and 15 minutes later no coffee! Manager was rude and non caring, said they were busy but 1 customer at counter and a couple of cars in drive through!! Obviously she couldn't handle the job!! All service people very rude, will never go back there again and will let people know!!

The worst Dunks around. The staff are extremely rude and cannot seem to get orders right, at any given point. I’ve come across a couple nice employees, and unfortunately they are never there for long. Don’t bother putting in Mobile orders, it takes longer than if you just order it there, and something is always wrong or not there. Don’t bother saying somethings wrong either, you will be met with a nasty attitude.

Went three times in the past week. 1st time- staff claimed that they never served white chocolate flavoring (despite it being highly advertised on the menu). the hot chocolates we ended up getting came out very watery 2nd time- lights were on, the stores info claimed to be open. we waited at the drive thru and there was no response. we left and saw someone just sitting there on their phone. 3rd time- weren’t serving ANY food items @ noon. we got iced coffees and two muffins. they gave us one muffin that was harder than a rock and two iced coffees that were absolutely disgusting. flavor swirl was not blended, but rather sitting at the bottom. i tried mixing it, but every sip was either bitter, old coffee or pure clumped sugar. absolutely repulsive.

Hard to rate the service high when the bagels were burned (but cold), they didn’t provide anything to spread the butter or cream cheese with (when did they stop spreading it?), and the bacon on the sandwich was small (not even a full slice) and a congealed ball plopped in the middle, but they said hello and were polite. Wretched food quality though. When asked for peanut butter they claimed they no longer carry it - which if that’s true the store management team is making a mistake. It can’t be chain wide since we got it at another store recently. Despite this one being the closest to my house I’ll not be stopping here ever again.

I’ve only had one negative experience here when the woman was sarcastic and a bit rude but every other experience was great. The man working the window is so polite and kind! He always says “miss” and sir etc. He remembers small details about customers. Extremely friendly man and kind to guests. He’s been working the morning shifts everytime I’ve been at around 8 these past few weeks. So shoutout to him for always making my day.

Slowest service I've ever seen. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there to do a drive thru pickup. Waited almost 15 minutes after I got there for ONE iced coffee and I was the only one in the drive thru line

Worst Dunkin in MA. Burn everything, rude staff, and long waits regardless of how many people are ahead of you. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Dunkin. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Are the employees trained on how to make drinks? I have been to a few dunks and they cannot get the ice macchiato, right. They never add the correct amount of espresso.

Awful service the worker gave me an attitude and gave me a cold drink when I specifically asked for a hot coffee. Ridiculously terrible i do not recommend going, fire the drive thru lady

Entire order was incorrectly made hot coffee was cold . Frozen coffee was gross

The worse dunkin I've ever been to. Staff cough on open orders, don't use gloves. Ordered a simple iced tea during off hours and waiting in the drive through over ten minutes with only one car ahead of me. Avoid at all costs.

Quick and tasty food and beverages! More importantly, the customer service was phenomenal

Went to this Dunkin this morning. Didn’t realize until I was almost done with this egg and cheese sandwich that it was moldy. I’m 8 months pregnant and this is absolutely outrageous. I’m sick to my stomach. This Dunkin should not be open. They’re going to make so many other people sick. The staff there are all degenerates as well. Disgusting. I plan to call corporate.
