I will start by saying Dr Groom was great. He had a positive attitude and seemed to be genuinely concerned. He took his time and we felt he addressed every issue we had appropriately with the best treatment plans & tests. Steven was very skilled at starting the IV and explained medication very clearly. There was a nice man who did vitals and another who walk me to CT who were also very pleasant. I will say everything went very fast. We were there about 3 hrs but this is very short in comparison to other facilities. We are thankful for our care we received. The only slightly negative was when we checked in , everything went smoothly, but Candy seemed somewhat harsh and judgmental and the guy who asked/ documented all our medical Hx was none personable. But overall we are very thankful for your care.

Clean, fast and everyone is personable and it genuinely feels like they want to help you. Saved my wife two days prior who had a severe kidney infection and then saw me with sinus issues since my wife white blood count had been compromised and myself and the staff were concerned I could give her something. The lady at check in actually remembered us and ask about my wife and how she feel. I love this place so far. My daughter had recommended them to us when her mom hadn’t gotten any better after being treated at Healthcare Express.

Everyone was pleasant, the facility was clean and tidy and we were in an out in less than an hour even with test ran. Dr. Kelly and the nurse explained each test and medication. The nurse was very gentle with my 10yr old and made him feel at ease. Being sick is hard but they made it a bit easier for him.

I love this place and everyone here. Everyone is always exceptionally nice and goes out of their way to help you, including the physicians. A good ER is hard to come by these days, Including the staff. At TEC they CARE & CARE to listen to you.

Everyone at Texarkana emergency were absolutely AMAZING, and so good with my 10 month old. Dr. Spence was so so kind and answered all of my questions and reassured me that my baby girl would be just fine. She was even kind enough to not charge me since it was just reassurance. I recommend TEC to anyone I talk to.

I was having severe hip and lower back pain over the weekend. Wanted to wait and contact my PCP because I know going to the ER will normally take along time. Luckily I walked in completed paperwork was called back before I was finished. The nurse came in after 5 minutes was very attentive after my evaluations the provider Dr. Erik Jacobsen came in shortly after heard my concerns and was very attentive as well. The whole staff I seen on Sunday was very nice and my wait wasn’t long!! Thanks for being attentive!!!

This emergency department is top notch. Very clean!! We had an emergency on the way to the airport and had to stop here. They got us in and out in just a few minutes so we could make our flight. I’ve never experienced quick and excellent service like this before. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even my son, who had the emergency, was impressed. They were very kind and gentle with him. I would recommend this facility.

This was Amazing! I did not even have time to finish my paperwork before I was called back! Highly recommend for anyone who needs a through doctor visit! The staff was very nice and helpful! They actually treated you like a person!

My son is non verbal autistic, and the patience Dr Groom, the nurses, and the x ray tech was absolutely refreshing! They understood my son would not verbally express his pain and they listened to me and allowed me to help get his arm to sit just right. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Erik Jacobson for your care. His bedside manners are top notch! If you happen to need further testing done such as an MRI, the MRI tech is such a sweet heart and wears really cute red glasses! Dr. Young and Kyndel will provide any questions or concerns regarding your visit if necessary.

I was impressed that the nurse was able to put in an IV the first time on my child. He has difficult vains to find and she was successful on the first attempt. They also had snacks and coffee for there customers. The doctor was thorough and genuinely cared for my child. I would recommend this place to everyone.

In a nutshell, this place is AWESOME. Let me say it again, because they deserve it, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME ! My wife and I were just so impressed with their hospitality, level of care, and attention to detail. And I can go on and on, like with the cleanliness of the place from what we saw, but I did say in a nutshell. And let me add this last point, and I’m going to call them out by name. My professional care givers, Nurse Mary, Nurse Joy, and Dr. Jacobson, were just spot on amazing. This is, most definitely, the place I will drive 50 miles to return to when needed. Wonderful people. Very nice people, even so early in the morning. Dr was in fairly fast, and all tests, lab work, etc done with quickly. Waited a super long time for a room to open up at hospital, but emergency center has no control over that. Definitely recommend

Texarkana emergency care center & hospital is THE BEST care I have ever received. The front receptionist are helpful. They get you in to see a doctor before you ever have time to sit down. Their team of doctors, nurses, and X - ray techs, are knowledgeable and the most efficient and well organized ER I have ever been to. I would never go anywhere else while I’m in Texarkana. I wish could make one their doctors my regular doctors. Hands down they are absolutely the best ER hospital in Texarkana.

They were very quick and organized. No one was confused at any point. They worked well together. I left unworried about the information I got. I noticed someone had mentioned the woman who gives you all the paperwork when you walk in was rude in another review. I found her to be kind. It is clean and they wear gloves when they take blood. It should be protocol, but I have noticed at other places they skip this.

This was the first time I was the pt, had previously taken my husband and daughter. All 3 times had excellent experiences. Very compassionate, efficient and thorough. Sharon is a phenomenal nurse and the doctors really care.

My son got hurt at football practice and I came directly in and we were checked in quickly, X-ray, CT Scan, and blood work came back extremely fast. We were there less than an hour and when I say they were so quick and so amazing at making my son feel comfortable and clam during the whole procedure. Appreciate everything from each employee. Big shout out to the staff for all the comforting words and guidance. Will always go in and be seen there anytime needed..

From the moment I walked in the door I felt cared for. I was treated professionally and promptly. The facility is spotless. The communication I received after each test was never more than 30 mins. I was moved to an observation room - wow!! Best hospital room I have ever been in! Way to go Texarkana ER keep doing what you are doing! Due to not ducking low enough I jabbed a tree branch in my scalp which left a bleeding hole in my head. It was noon on a Saturday so I chose to seek medical care at TEC&H. The entire process was efficient and professional. The admission process was fast and courteous and in a matter of minutes I was in the examining room. Dr. Dean Bowman and Nurse Emily provided excellent treatment and care. I was soon released and walked out with the new staples in my head. In my experience and first visit to the clinic yesterday, I highly recommend the Texarkana Emergency Center & Hospital for urgent care and your medical needs. I was in excruciating pain and seen within 5 minutes of arriving, placed in a room with a warm blanket and diagnosed within the hour. Considering my case, it took a little longer for some results to come back, but I was checked on several times by the nurses and doctors while I waited. The staff is more than accommodating, extremely kind and understanding, and very professional. The Texarkana Emergency Center was recommended by my family member to me, so I hope this review persuades you to do the same.

I am pleased to say I had a good experience at Texarkana Emergency Center & Hospital while there for minor care. Admission was quick, the nurses were friendly and professional. The radiologist technician was very informative and calming for each step in the process of a scan which was comforting while being nervous of the unknown. The doctor was direct and to the point but could have been more personable (most doctors I’ve seen tend to be like that anyway…maybe it’s a doctor thing). Overall, I recommend this ER facility.

I had to take the dreaded visit on a Sunday of all days. The nurse and doctor were fantastic. I was really impressed by the care and how attentive the nurse was. I didn’t catch her name, I really do appreciate the professionalism.

My oldest son and I were genuinely surprised when it only took them 1 minute and 47 seconds to have us back in a room to check my youngest son's vitals. All of the staff were kind, prompt, and most Importantly thorough.

I was treated with patience and kindness. The staff were all professional. They were smooth in their individual tasks from the security to radiology to caregivers. Dr. Bowman was stellar and conscientious. I am still finding it hard to believe the extent of the fracture because Dr. Bowman’s stabilization has it so well supported. The fracture will need surgery but Texarkana Emergency Center has me off to a great start on my first fracture journey.

From the moment we walked in the door, I felt at home. We were taken into a room before I even finished my child’s paperwork and we were instantly greeted by sweet familiar faces. My child was very scared and sick, but she was given excellent care! We were in and out in about 30 minutes total, which was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the outstanding care and for taking such good care of my child. We will definitely come back.
