Went in for a simple zero trim. She used electric clippers and didn't bother to even my hair out. I have crazy uneven spots in my hair. I look ridiculous. And she cut it too short so now I have to wait for it to grow out before I can get it fixed.

I came in extremely close to closing time and wasn't turned away because Wendy, who had a fantastic attitude, was more than happy to help me! She did an amazing job and made me feel appreciated and not a burden. People like that are rare and definitely should be acknowledged! I will definitely go back to her! Highly recommend!

I would definitely give them zero stars if I could! I used to go here often they used to have great stylist…now they are rude…not very good stylists at all anymore…very sad…they should just honestly close this location like the others they have closed locally…

Just got my hair cut by Terrell. Worst experience with a stylist I have ever had. She was unbelievably rude!. When I walked up, she just stared at me until I greeted her. She then says, “Well, sign in at the kiosk then..”. It didn’t get any better from there.. My first and last cut from SmartStyle for sure.

Granddaughters hair turned out terrible. Color was streaked. I could of done it better at home. Was told it would be$70 then she charged $140.

LaLa is my favorite hairdresser! She listens to what you tell her then she works her magic!
