    Be more professional when dealing with customers. Don't just tell them something to get them out of your shop.I did get taking care of in the end,but it shouldn't have had to go there.I bought my roadside side protection for a reason. And it's not to have to go through a back and forth conversation with your shop lead associate,. In order to get service done.

    Was there to get stuff for my fur babies, and the young man in the pet department was so helpful helped me find exactly what I needed to help my animals and gave me food for thought on what could be the cause of the skin issue they were having with his personal experience that I didn't even realize could be hurting my babies. Thank you Josh for your valuable insight, and yes we have fire ants, so hope your puppy is doing well that medication shampoo has helped my pets so much. Will definitely come back there with such a helpful employee 👏!

    9/11/23 an out of town friend of mine shopped in store last night. When she returned to her vehicle she noticed her tire was flat. She returned to store, went to automotive/tire and asked if they would change her tire. She was told "No, we are closing in 9 minutes and we won't help." I have lived here 6 weeks have purchased a several hundred dollars of product in the last 6 weeks love 2 miles from Arkansas Blvd location, BUT YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS.

    I really wish I could give zero stars to this locations. Every time I come in, not only are they out of everything, but their electronics department is HORRIBLE. Every time I have had an experience here, they have employees scheduled in the area that are not trained to do most of the job, ESPECIALLY the photo lab. Their managers have absolutely no idea what's going on, how to fix an issue or how to do the job themselves. Tonight, for example, we waited for an hour for pictures to print, and then were told the machine was out of paper. A manager was called several times and we waited another 45 minutes for one to even show up. We were then told "you will just need to come back tomorrow because noone here knows how to change paper in the photo copier." So there are a few problems with that... why do you as the on duty manager not know how to eleviate issues within the store - any area? Why are we scheduling BRAND NEW ASSOCIATES by themselves in areas where they can't even ask for help? That's bad management and I feel so sorry for the employees thrown to the wolves. Walmart, you're setting them up for failure. The "manager," ap something... was very rude and not very personable or empathetic. I know it's just pictures, and typically I'm someone who would have just come back. But this experience was absolutely horrible and I was honestly beside myself. I have worked in customer service and management for years and I just could not believe what was taking place. It was disorganized, inconvenient for EVERYONE, and a real world example of what not to do when running a retail store... I wish I could say it was surprising but from this location, it was anything but.

    This Walmart Super Center was easy to get to off I30. We were able to get in and out quick. No long lines. My little dog with separation anxiety was able to come inside with me as we shopped for what we needed. Thank god because I don’t want to be on the news as someone leaving my dog in the car in the hot heat. Great Walmart Super center.

    I really like this location. The customer service is great, the prices are good, the selection of items in the different departments is always nice. They have a few things you cannot get at other Walmarts in the surrounding towns. I took pictures of a few. This location is the first one I have seen with what looked like a lounge area. Comfy chairs! The store is clean. The parking lot is usually clean and well lit. The management we had a chance to speak to were all smiles, nice sense of humor, and very helpful.

    I always get excellent pick-up service; one time around a holiday, they were slow, but the workers were skipping their meals to get us waited on.
