Hi guys! I’m a bit new, but this is such an amazing apartment so far. Theresa has been working on things by herself for quite some time, and I can say she has been doing an AMAZING job. She has been assisting me since about April and she has been so helpful. Her job is not easy, but she’s making it happen until new staff is trained to help her. The apartment is also lovely and looks exactly like the pictures. I will say the restroom is quite small in my unit, but it wasn’t a deal breaker considering I really loved everything about my place- from the nice appliances to the shelving in the closets and large power room area. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I want to give a full review after living here for a bit longer. But so far, it’s wonderful. The place was spotless when I moved in, no bugs or pests, and no major damage to anything. Oh yea, maintenance has been pretty quick so far!

I leased an apartment at Summerhill Woods for 6 years. Thoroughly enjoyed living there and really hated to leave. Teresa, the complex manager, was who I dealt with if I had any issues or questions. Teresa has gone above and beyond to help with anything I had. This apartment is the best in the Texarkana area. It is very quiet and we'll taken care. I would totally recommend anyone to lease from Summerhill Woods Apts.

Th entire staff are very professional and are very helpful to any questions we have. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. “A great place to call home”. The residents here are super friendly and the apartments are very quiet and peaceful. We have enjoyed our time here and definitely recommend it to others

Management acts fast on any maintenance requests. Teresa is very approachable and considerate.

Everything looks good and it seems quiet inside the complex. They were very helpful with the application and getting set up.

I lived here for 2 years. Management and staff are all friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issue was handled quickly and efficiently. I lived downstairs and only ever heard my upstairs neighbor walking sometimes, so the walls are not thin which is great! The apartments are a bit outdated in some areas such as the bathrooms with carpet in the sink area, but overall nice. I would definitely recommend these for anyone wanting a nice, safe, and fair priced apartment!

Maintenance is awful, they do the bare minimum for just about everything. Really, no complaints other than that. The ladies in the office have been wonderful, along with some of the best neighbors.

The floor plan was just what we needed, and a unit would be available “by the end of the year.” A few weeks later, our apartment was available for mid-October move in. Kind and communicative people, quick response to maintenance issues, and more storage than anticipated.

I have lived here almost a year. The staff is always on top of things, very quiet and I have quiet neighbors, occasionally I will hear my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance guys are always quick and make sure everything is in working order. I feel very safe at these apts. I will recommend anyone to live here.
