I
am
an
occupant
of
this
facility
and
our
air
conditioning
system
has
been
non
functioning
for
over
a
month.
my
roommate
and
I,
first
put
in
a
maintenance
request
on
April,
21st
2022
and
have
been
in
contact
with
management
about
the
issue
consistently
since
then.
Today
is
May,
28th
2022
and
our
issues
continue
to
be
ignored.
we
have
not
been
notified
of
any
visits
from
maintenance
since
then.
The
unit
in
question
has
been
around
80
degrees
every
day
and
no
efforts
to
resolve
the
issue
have
been
shown.
we
continue
to
be
told
that
maintenance
team
is
too
busy
and
will
follow
up
when
available.
We
have
not
been
visited
yet.
Reasons
this
should
handled
include
the
following
-management
has
failed
to
comply
with
the
lease
agreement
-lack
of
a
sufficient
amount
of
maintenance
members
for
the
size
of
the
complex
-tenants
attempting
to
live
comfortably
in
an
80
degree
unit
-lack
of
communication
and
trust
with
management
-rent
is
too
high
to
accept
this
quality
of
service
-our
utilities
prices
have
increased
due
to
the
issue
of
using
more
electricity
on
fans.
-overall
lack
of
management
showing
care
and
devotion
in
their
work.
Side
note
My
roommate
has
been
in
contact
with
a
maintenance
team
member
on
another
call
last
week
and
they
had
no
recollection
of
our
request
at
all.
We
have
suspicion
that
maintenance
requests
get
deleted
before
reported
to
the
maintenance
team.
In
conclusion,
overall
its
a
nice
apartment
but
our
price
point
of
rent
is
not
met
with
the
appropriate
accommodation
of
management
support.
