I'd hadn't been to a Whatabuger in a long time this was a pleasant surprise when I bit into my sausage breakfast on a bun an amazing burst of flavor from that sausage Whataburger needs to package and sell those sausage man there so good especially with those red pepper flakes inside. Also I'm just curious can anyone explain why places like Whataburger, Beaumont, Dairy Queen etc.. in country/rural areas be tasting so Dang Good! I live in the suburbs/city and it just doesn't compare in taste or presentation with the country. I don't even buy stuff like this while I'm home only when I'm on the road

The southern chicken sandwich was awesome with onion rings and strawberry shake. I hate they took it off the menu. But the workers are awesome. Mark the manager is way cool. Night shift way to go!

Amazing! Coming through from Texas heading to Michigan. We never heard of this place but wanted to try it before leaving Texas 😉 Huge! So much bigger then McDonald's or whopper, wish I could place them side by side in the picture to show the size difference 🤔 Onion rings are awesome 👍 like 100% better then other. Nice golden batter dipped and crispy.😋

The burger and fries were great. It was kind of like a nostalgic burger with all the veggies on the burger. I must say the spicy ketchup was worth the trip alone. We were traveling, if I lived near Whataburger I'd stop by more often.

We are a moving military family driving 13 hours and passed through this town and ate at this location. I am so glad we chose to come here. I’m a big Whataburger fan to begin with but the staff at this location were absolutely amazing. Every person was so nice, helpful, and hospitable. You really don’t see that very much these days- especially in fast food.. but the staff at this restaurant went above and beyond. They somehow made our grumpy, tired, road tripping selves crack a smile and even laugh a bit. Not to mention the fries were hot and crispy and the burgers were perfect. 10/10.

Absolutely Loved My Special Whataburger Made Just As I Ordered. Excellent Service. Friendly, Smiled With A Thank You And Come Back, Doubled Checked My Order Just To Make Sure, And It Was Perfect. Food Temperature Was Correct, Fresh, Hot Fries, Delicious Milk Shake. The Staff Was Very Busy, Store Was Clean, A Few Table's Needed Cleaned, Bathroom's Spotless. Customer Service Excellent. Manager On Duty Was On Top Of Her Game. Awesome Supper.

Don’t go here late at night smh. The last 3 visits where we ordered food online at night and my husband went to pick it up, our orders were all wrong! & I don’t mean just 1 or 2 items wrong, but the whole order was wrong. We were already exhausted so we refused to take the food back the last time and just ate it. Maybe the night shift just doesn’t care or idk what their deal is but we have not been back in months & don’t plan on ever returning. I gave 2 stars because the 2 times that they did get our orders correct, the food was pretty decent! There just needs to be some consistency with their customer service.

The dirtiest nasty restraunt ever. The guy behind the counter was telling us how he was sick and the. Proceeded to make our food. We got in the car and didn’t even eat the food. Bathroom, lobby and what we could see behind the counter was gross. Will never eat here again.

Whataburger is a real treat. I took my mother-in-law for her birthday lunch. She told me that it was cheaper than eating at another burger 🍔 place that has a red headed girl with braided pig tails! Two people can eat and enjoy the food and the price for one at Whataburger. It was so good and the people who work there were very nice. Thanks Whataburger for being great food at really great prices, now days we need good prices. I wish I took pictures, the food smelled so good, I forgot.

I don’t really have any complaints about the food. My fries were hot and my chicken sandwich was the way I wanted it. My only complaint is the girl at the window. Now I must mention that it is Thanksgiving and I wasn’t expecting people to just be thrilled about having to work today, but would it kill you to interact properly, since you are supposed to provide customer service. She made it very obvious that she did not want to be there and frankly I would have preferred to deal with someone else. Even when I said thank you as she handed me my food all I got in return is a silent stare. Seriously?! Girl go home.

Stopped here at 12:30pm Sunday lunch rush, place was packed to the brim. Employees were killing it, working hard, food came out promptly and perfectly made. Friendly staff when I asked for spicy ketchup. Thank you and keep crushing it! Also kudos to the management here for running a smooth operation. Will return.

Had an awesome visit as usual, to the stateline location. Food was good and fresh. Service was great and multiple staff members spoke and were so polite. It was just an all around great visit. The atmosphere was great as well. Everyone was laughing and joking but was handling business. Its nice to see a staff and manager working hard and enjoying what they were doing. Team work was great.

They forgot my Partners Hash browns. Never mess with a man's hash browns when he's hungry. Late at night. When your only distraction at work (is not stress)...but your coworkers. Remember the hash Browns.

We went through the drive thru. We honestly had not visited a Whataburger in years! Monica thru the speaker was so sweet and so patient!! I felt the drive thru was a little tight for my truck and the hamburger was cool when we pulled it out of the bag. I don't know about you but I felt it should have been warmer than luke warm. But overall a wonderful experience!!

I'd like to start by saying I love Whataburger. It's my go to burger place, however, not this location. We stopped for the night on our way home and picked up through drive thru and took back to the hotel. While my order was right, my wife's order was incorrect. Her order was a patty melt with no onion. Her patty melt was still raw inside. Now I work in the restaurant industry so I know everyone makes mistakes, no big deal. I go back to the restaurant and the manager apologized and said they would make a new one. BTW the order was rung up correctly. She hands it too me and apologized again. Get back to hotel and the burger was cooked fine, but had onions on it. I was not driving back to the store for a 3rd time so she had to do her best to scrape off the onions. So why didn't I check the order, simple, I've been going to whataburger for decades and never had an issue.

They were busy. But the food was good. They were very nice.

Stopped by on our way to Houston to visit our son. We had not been to a Whataburger for 4 years so we wanted to renew our bond. The food and service was still great but the prices have risen quite a bit. Good place to stop when you need something fast.

Did a curbside order. They only have 1 spot for curbside. Service was average nothing great. Order was all wrong. Asked for bacon on burger this was left off. Asked for mayonnaise instead of mustard still got mustard. I was able to call the customer service number to report issue.

Great place to grab a burger before coming home to Chicago went to see the Bears vs Cowboys, 5star service Stephon the manager was the coolest ever he was very friendly.

Travel warning!! Prices were way higher than in Houston. One person bathrooms that get backed up. People were waiting the entire time we were there. Gas station next door had bathroom closed. Area in general was a dump. Food was good. That was a plus.

They stopped serving the jalapeños cheddar biscuits... sad sad days shall follow. You will be missed... at least everything else is still amazing. It seams like the folks on the grill do a good job consistently. Give them a raise! [I say this in hopes the quality is taken seriously because it's everything.] I was a huge fan 9f the jcb's... it was the star of breakfast all its own... alas. 4 stars still remain. Hope everyone gets good service. This place can get busy... timing is essential so... don't be mad if you show up in rush hour... which is pretty predictable even though there's 24 hours to consider 🤔. Bacon cheese burger and chocolate shake... its the stuff that dreams are made 9f..

We ordered a chicken sandwich but received a burger. The young lady taking the orders and money was eating food while at the drive through window. It made me think she didn't receive a proper break to eat.

They gave me a chicken sandwich that was dry as cardboard! First they said that they were out of chicken. Then they turned around and said they had enough to make my order. I would've rather them say they were out of it than to serve me that! I didn't have enough time left on my break to come back and make a complaint. The employees were courteous but that sandwich was terrible...

The employees here are doing a great job, my burger and fries were very fresh and delicious. Some lady complained about her buns and they offered to replace her meal. She was giving them such a hard time, she was very rude. The employees did not deserve that. Hope my review uplifts their day :)

Repeated my order over and over to make sure and still got my order incorrect for 2nd night in a row. Ordered burger with no cheese and got a burger with just cheese and nothing else the prior night ordered same thing with no mustard, sure enough had mustard. Repeated multiple times my order and employee sounded bothered and annoyed but yet again my order wrong
