Cracker Barrel never disappoints. So much delicious food to choose from! The staff is always polite and knowledgeable! Love the quick quality service!

Love the atmosphere and friendly customer service at Cracker Barrel. They are always so welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied and the country store is absolutely amazing!

We ate on a Thursday and the daily meal was Turkey and Dressing, and sweet potatoe casserole. Was Very Good. And got a Beautiful Flamingo at 40% off!

Great place with great service. Sometimes it can be understaffed and the weights are a little longer on your food but really great wholesome food with a great variety of old American dishes. Very kid oriented and you got to love the store in front before you walk in to the restaurant side.

So Cracker Barrel is just pure comfort food and is always a defontate morale booster when traveling through places. So, needless to say, I have been to quite a few different ones. This one was fantastic. There were a lot of people, and still was able to walk in and get a table. The service was on point. Our server did an amazing job. The food was just as good and fast. I have seen many Cracker Barrels with way fewer customers work way less efficient. So kudos to this one for being a top-notch establishment.

This Cracker Barrel is by far one of the best I've experienced in a long time. The meatloaf was absolutely incredible—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And don't even get me started on the fried apples; they were like a slice of heaven, hitting a spot that words simply can't describe. I have to give a special shout-out to our waitress, who was beyond amazing. She was so efficient and attentive, it felt like she had a sixth sense when it came to refilling our drinks and anticipating our needs. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of this Cracker Barrel was delightful. The rustic decor and cozy ambiance created a welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. In conclusion, if you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with incredible meatloaf, heavenly fried apples, and exceptional service, this Cracker Barrel should be at the top of your list. You won't be disappointed!

Finally a refreshing, homey experience! We’ve tried several Cracker Barrels across the south during our travels over the last few years and had almost given up completely. Most have become dirty, slow, and poorly managed. But this one stood tall above all other Cracker Barrels! Our server, Zoe, was friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and though our food seemed to take an extra minute coming out, it was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. We appreciate the chefs taking time to prepare our food well. The store was also well stocked with fun items. We will plan to stop here again!

So I tried to put a order in last night and was put on hold only to be forgotten about. And called back to be put on hold again. And today I put a to go order in and was told it would be ready in 15 min. So I gave it 20 before showing up. Than I was sitting there for another 15 min. I understand it's hard to get help now days and feel for all businesses. But good or decent service don't cost anything. The only reason you get 2 stars is while they did not seem to care at all about my concerns or time they were at least not rude. And that's the only reason I would ever come back. and to be clear that is not the first time I have been left on hold and forgot about

Service at the register was exceptional. Atmosphere was very inviting. I didn't get anything to eat this visit only reason I'm not rating food and service in the restaurant. But I will be back and I am sure service and atmosphere will be the same and the food will be awesome.

I ordered hamburger steak with hash brown casserole and a salad. It was extremely salty!!! I could only eat half of it. It tasted like someone dumped salt on it. The biscuits were very small but they tasted good.

I ordered the fried fish okra loaded potatoes and turnip greens my daughter ordered an appetizer the fried pickles… the fish was very under seasoned the potatoes were old and the fried pickles were so salty we could barely eat them!

Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were on a long trip so we could do it. Some walked out. Food was good. Waitress was excellent. One cook controlling it all. Probably glad when people walked out so wouldn’t have to cook more. Don’t have the time to stop there again

I’m a fan of Cracker Barrel but when traveling last night I stopped at this location. I walked in I noticed a family eating. We were seated within view of them. They ate their food left. Table was cleaned another party of four was seated and eating for at least 10 minutes before our (party of 2) food came to the table. To make matters worse the dinner was horrible. The fish was way over cooked. The meatloaf was not good. Mashed potatoes and okra were cold. My server I’m not sure it was her fault but she was very slow.

I think my husband got food poisoning from your chicken. He didn't make it through the meal before it came back up. The corn bread was so overdone. Will not go back there. Asked for jam, only brought 2 needed 4. Very disappointed.... Wanted to buy extra jam, there wasn:t any. Our food was cold, our potatoes were over done, dry didn't even taste good

We placed a to go order that contained three meals. Upon my husband's arrival at the restaurant, he was informed they were out of the sawmill gravy and was asked if he'd like some brown gravy instead. He replied yes and was told they'd be right back with some. After waiting 10 minutes, my husband ended up leaving because they never brought it to him. He arrives at home to find that his entire meal was incorrect and bland. He ordered the country fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, and fried okra. There was no okra, and instead of country fried steak he had received fried chicken. The entire meal was plain without any type of seasoning. Additionally, the biscuits were dark and hard, which made them inedible. Strange thing is, the order was supposedly checked for quality assurance and everything marked as present despite my husband's entire meal being incorrect. Therefore, we wasted $12 on a meal my husband couldn't eat. My husband said it was his fault because he should've checked before leaving, however, it wasn't his fault because he's not an employee and it's not his job to make sure they do their job correctly. This was simply poor customer service and a waste of hard earned money.

We ordered food to go on our 15 our drive home. It was super convenient to order on the app and pick up to keep driving. We had 2 simple orders. I ordered sugar ham biscuits and got sausage (despite the order showing ham) and they forgot our fried pickles appetizer. No time to wait for corrections. We had scheduled the pick up just right.

Our food came out I ordered the Sunday country fried chicken. It was 2 little small pieces of frozen chicken. Was actually 1 piece they cut in half to make 2 pieces. It was not the hand dipped batter and fried like it is supposed to be. I order this nearly every time i go so i know what it's supposed to be. My wife ordered chicken fried steak and it had some sort of paper fried in the batter of it. Before she put it on the table she stood in front of us and picked it out with her finger nails. Then set the plate in front of my wife like she was going to eat it after she was digging in it with her finger nails. Gross!!!! We sent both meals back and ask to see the manager. After like 2 short minutes they brought her plate back it was the same steak they just put it in the grease for a minute trying to pass it off as different. You could even see where she picked the batter off that had the paper stuck in it. We sat there for another 10 to 15min. The manager never bothered to come out to talk with us they wasn't busy either. So we got up and left. Never had any issues with Cracker Barrel but this one is a big NO!

We have had a lot of issue with Cracker Barrel over the years, BUT this more than made up for it. The menu had changed. The options are great. The portions are huge and the food and service was on point. We will be back often.

do NOT apply to work here. I applied to work here and got hired. I did not start looking for another job because I thought I’d get to work here. A week went by and I called to check up- they assured me I still had the job. Another week went by - I called again. They said they’d immediately look into it. It has been two weeks since then and I still haven’t heard a word back. If their hiring process is this chaotic I simply cannot imagine how gross the food sanitation is. Get a grip Cracker Barrel.

The food is always good. Friday after Thanksgiving was PACKED with people. Not sure the same care was taken with food. The absolute best part was our waitstaff. Her name was Jolly. What a wonderful name!! Suited her perfectly. She made our trip enjoyable.

My first visit to this establishment, I loved the store and all the nostalgic items. The food and service was not very good. The breakfast was cold and the server just kept forgetting everything. I ask for honey for my tea and he didn't bring until the end. Which I just use some sugar. Then we waited a very long time for our meal . Which arrived as just two eggs and three slices of bacon and grits that I didn't order. My breakfast was supposed to come with biscuits and gravy and he never told us there was a delay. Which I would have understood but he end up telling us at the end. Then he brings our biscuits and for some reason he just kept asking us if we still wanted them. So basically the best thing about my breakfast was my tea and my biscuits. I don't really like to complain because I use to work in the food industry but this was bad service. I just told the cashier just to let the manager know that they need to train him a little better. Plus he even forgot our napkin and no spoons to stir our tea or coffee.

Our food was piping hot and the decaf coffee was brewed fresh for us. We were very tired and hungry, and our server Pamela C. was attentive and looked after us well. We felt very welcome and had a great dinner.

28th July ate dinner had great experience, Taylor was my waitress she did not slow down the 30-45min i was there. Was super nice and had welcoming smile. When others were walking around she had hustle to step and was striving to take care her customers with that next level of service. Hopefully management sees review and let's Taylor know how well of a job she did. Table of one man in light blue shirt, I might have been one her tables or another waitress she noticed I had not been helped and took it from therr didn't miss one beat. Fantastic Job.

Went a couple months ago and had decent service and good food. Almost got into an argument in the check out line because the place was packed and some guy was at the other end of the counter chatting it up with a girl behind the counter and decided to pop off at me for cutting line. I told him I thought he was already being checked out and he popped off some more. There were 4 women behind the counter and only one was checking people out. I said then that I wasn't going back. Got talked into going back today. We had an hour to be at a Dr. appointment next door and figured it was plenty of time because there weren't many people there at all. We sat for 15 - 20 minutes without even getting our drink orders taken while a waitress walked to the table beside us 3 times, looked right at us, and walked off each time. People that walked it 15 minutes after us were immediately served followed by the waitress walking right past us again so we left. Only reason I gave more than one star is the food was good the first time we went.

I've been here a few times, and the food never misses. I've always enjoyed cracker barrel so it's nice to be near one again. The last time I went, the honey tasted a little weird, but they had packets I could use no problem. The staff is always nice and attentive. It's a comfort food place I default on if I ever want to go out to eat.

This was my first time at a Cracker Barrel. I was in love the minute I walked in. The ambiance and decor was very homey and inviting. We went for dinner, so thankfully it wasn't to busy. My fiance got the chicken fried chicken with pinto beans and mashed potatoes, and he cleaned his plate. I got the fried chicken BLT with steak fries and mac and cheese. I also cleaned my plate. Absolutely delicious, and with a friendly waitress and quick service, I can't recommend this location enough.

A hair was on the meatloaf plate, meatloaf had some mystery items in it that couldnt be chewed, French fry in the Mac and cheese. When my grandson got a refill, his glass was dirty with food stuck on inside. Didnt ask for accept a discount was just wanting them to be aware. Never had such a bad experience before here. Waitress was sweet.
