This place is always packed. Good chicken sandwich, good chicken nuggets, pretty fast service considering how incredibly long the drive-thru line always is. Play equipment inside for the kids. Their green salads, with chicken strips on them are very good, but more expensive.

The drive thru is a terrible experience now. 20 minutes waiting to wrap the building to enter the drive thru, to divide into 2 lanes, to merge and wait for food. It’s not even lunch time. Closing the inside made the drive thrus so much faster. Covid chick fil a was 100x better.

Chick-fil-A is excellent in all of its ways. They just have it figured out. This is the epitome of true customer service. I love it.

If the rest of Richmond Rd ran as fast as the Chick-Fil-A line, I would have been at work on time..

Well prepared food and friendly service. Know in advance it's in a very congested area with limited parking. More so than your average CFA

Food was ok but the young lady at the drive through made it worth it. Our day had been AWFUL, traumatic even, and she brought smiles to our faces and changes our entire outlook going forward that day. I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you!

Always the absolute best! An employee even gave my kids two stuffed animal cows for behaving so well in the play gym and treating her so sweet. We we’re obviously glowing as parents but also thankful for the employee for going out of her way to give recognition to my toddlers 🥰

The 4 stars is based upon location, its a very busy area and sometimes hard to access. 5 stars otherwise, food has always been good and service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is clean and well maintained. Due to location I don't eat there very often , but when I can food and service is great

Store is always dirty. If you want a clean table you have to clean it yourself. I got used to carrying wipes in my purse just for this. We moved here from Oklahoma last May from a small town and we’re excited to have a chic fil an actually in the town and every single visit is horrible. Always dirty, I can’t even count how many times we have been there this last year. 30-40+ and I have NEVER I mean NEVER gotten my food in under 20-25, no matter if it is 2 of us or the 4 of us! It is ridiculous! The past 4 times I have went the manager has brought the tray out with my money refunded because it took well over 40 minutes for 2 meals. Employees are rude and if they forget something such as a straw, sauce or whatever they roll their eyes, huff and puff like it’s a huge inconvenience for them. I can’t name one certain employee because it happens 85% of the time. Every other and I mean every other chic fil a that I have been to I am greeted nicely and professionally, have my food in under 10 minutes usually closer to 5 mins and not once has an employee walked away or closed a conversation without saying, “ My Pleasure”, no matter the day, time, weather, etc. However, the unprofessionalism at the Texarkana location is unreal, I have been greeted with a smile and a “what can I get you today” but mostly it is an immediate “name for the order”, tells you the total, you pay, they had drinks and say “ Next “! Very very rude! Like I said my kids would eat Chic Fil A every single day, 5 times a day if they could and it’s sad when they say “ Mama they are rude there let’s go somewhere else “. Lastly, it is beyond difficult to take a team there after a game or trip because it takes over an hour to get food for 10-12 kids. 90% of local schools have chosen to eat somewhere else just because of this reason. One of the biggest things is they close out orders to meet their 10 minutes and then forget about it until you ask for it! There is not a day that I have been where they didn’t close the order out and have to ask me what I had or take my receipt, it happens to everyone!

It's honestly the better option for fast food in my opinion. I just don't like that I can't get a spicy chicken sandwich on a Sunday... Like, really? Come on.

Had a great time. The food and atmosphere was always what you expect at Chick-fil-A. They even had a new lemonade-tea called the Sunjoy. Very delicious

The store is kept pretty dirty. Trash is always full and tables not very clean. Surprising for chick fil a? It's new to us but I was surprised at that. Could just be this location, it's always very busy. Service is of course good and no complaints on the food.

So I've been having trouble getting my food in a timely manner. They do so much faster in the summer when everyone is out of school. But I've started using mobile ordering LL ast couple days. After learning how it works, I love it. Don't have to worry about being late for work. Just put my order in when I leave the house and it's ready when I get there. Great option! Now I can get my favorite breakfast every morning. Just gonna miss interacting with the employees as they are some of the nicest employees you could ask for. Thanks for the excellent service

Always good food and great atmosphere. Service is fantastic and the people are always friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite or a sit down meal.

Great food as always. The only problem is that their parking lot is so small and it just takes forever to get into the drive through and then get food. We need to make 1 circle just to get in the drive through, 2nd circle to get the food and the 3rd circle to get out of the parking lot.

Food and service are always great. Hopefully they can keep the parking lot manned though, too many people cut into the drive through line :(.

The drive- thru line was so long, but man were the efficient! The young man at the drive thru window was very nice. It was so nice to go somewhere that you don’t feel like all the employees hate their jobs. A

This is the place to go to get fresh great chicken. Friendly staff quick service and fun place to be to eat.

Just ok for me, it took about twenty minutes for to get my order and yet the food wasn't hot, I ask for sweet tea and although its usually pretty tasty, this time I could tell it was faucet water..Pew

Awesome food, awesome staff. They have excellent service. My food was being delivered to my table directly after I placed my order. I had time enough to grab a straw and napkins and find a seat before I was served and the food tasted freshly prepared. I couldn't ask for better service! CoronaVirus Update: Do not let the line fool you. They move it along fast. And, they have curbside pickup.

We received great service from the Chick-fil-A crew! I was a little apprehensive when I saw the vehicles lined up around the building, but they had things running like a well lubed machine. We had our order and were back on the road in minutes. The gentleman directing traffic definitely knew what he was doing. Great job to all!

Drive-thru is always very full. This place is always full of people, and entrance/exit isn't exactly pleasant. However, the wait is not long. This place is fast&accurate and does its best to serve.

The food was good as always and the service was great. John is an excellent employee.

Very friendly manager on duty. It was the end of the night when we arrived, so things were messy and cleanup in progress. Great product that I'm glad we stopped for!

Worst chick fil a experience ever. Kid threw up in the isle. Fries took 25 min (no joke). Water tasted like it was from the toilet… when asked for new drink the manager said “you must not be from around here”. Sorry sir but your water is wack. 1/5 stars and will never go back. Canes is the move if you’re in Texarkana.

Everyone knows Chick-fil-A has revolutionized the 'drive thru' experience- what more can be complimented or added to that? They are the friendless, most accurate as well as record timing in the drive thru- plus the food is quality, cooked perfectly - uh EveryTime no matter what store in which city or state- if you're going there to eat- which I highly recommend, you know what you'll get- and that the staff will be efficient & friendly.
