🫤 I want to start my review by saying that the staff here was GREAT, very friendly and helpful. Location is decent, not far from the mall and State Line Ave. The rooms have nice comfortable beds, good hot water and the fridge was ice cold. Breakfast is the standard: eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, waffl... People often mention room, hotel, stains, clean, stay, desk, rooms, nice, front, good,

I want to start my review by saying that the staff here was GREAT, very friendly and helpful. Location is decent, not far from the mall and State Line Ave. The rooms have nice comfortable beds, good hot water and the fridge was ice cold. Breakfast is the standard: eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, waffles, coffee and juice. That being said I would NEVER stay here again. I stayed the weekend of August 11-13, 2023. There is a LOT of deferred maintenance. The hallway carpets were stained and dirty, in particular on the second floor. In my room, the paint on the walls was peeling, baseboards were chipped, and the settee was stained (with what I don't even know). I realize that I wasn't staying at the Four Seasons but this is really unacceptable even for a budget hotel. I am not sure how this place has so many high reviews because it's really not great at all. Attached are some photos from my room. Hotel management should be ashamed!

After being on the road for 9 hours and needing a room to accommodate 5 people we found the comfort inn. The man on the phone was super nice and informed me the hot tub was not working and anything else I needed to know before making the reservation. The lady at check in was great. We got to our room and the room next door sounded like a party was going on and we really needed some rest. She quickly switched us to a more quiet room. There were a few stains on the sofa bed as other have mentioned and a small spot of discoloration on one sheet and the carpet was a little older looking. With that said everything was very clean and put together. The beds were comfortable and we got a good nights rest. Breakfast the next morning was next to the best we’ve had on our whole trip and it was free. They had banana nut waffles that I added fresh bananas too that were really delicious. They had plain Waffles, cereal, fruit yogurt, pastries, milk, juices and coffee. They had sausage links, really good bacon and eggs(scrambled and boiled. The guy in the breakfast was super nice and was restocking stuff quickly. Another laday came along and was sanitizing the tables after others had left. All this for $105 ($120 after taxes) for 5 people. Well worth the money especially if you’re on a budget.

This is a clean, quite, friendly hotel. It is easy to get to with ample parking. It is a bit out of the way for restaurants and shopping but not to bad. The area is clean and appears to be in a safe area. The desk was staffed with friendly, helpful and polite people. Check on was quick and easy. The room was clean and ready for multiple guests. It was a quiet area. Breakfast was more than just waffles and cereal. They had sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs as well. There was bread and bagels with butter and cream cheese available. Orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee, and tea was also available. I will stop here again when in the area.

Arrived after several hours of traveling, no rolling carts, had to make several trips when arriving and checking out, need to invest in more. Friendly customer service skills is lacking at the front desk by morning and night shifts. I asked for extended check-out to noon and told at check in I had to call down in the morning, instead of last year when told we had to ask at check in. I called in the morning and asked and was hung up on so I called again and asked and was told they couldn’t hear me and hung up, so that’s a safety hazard and need to fix their phone. I went downstairs to find someone and asked and she told me she couldn’t give me extended to noon cause they already had too many people, but could only give me to 11:30. Definitely need better customer service skills. They don’t accommodate the customers Toilet seat is too small for the toilet and the orange juice is watered down. Our family stayed here 3 times last year but this year was a bad experience so I don’t plan on coming back, nor my extended family!

Check in was quick and easy. The location is WAY off the beaten path which is easy to think you're going the wrong way. Rooms are good at first glance. Bathroom is disgusting with vent covers that clearly need changed and showers that have what appears to be mold in it. Don't bother ordering food to the hotel, I did and called the front desk to see if it was there and the gentleman working on 9/14 hung up on me not once, not twice, but 3 times to which I had to bring my two young kids down to check if it was there. He ignored me and walked in the back. This hotel has potential for being nice.

Absolutely loved the receptionist! I am mobility challenged and after a long day driving, I could barely walk. Normally our room is not too far from the front desk and I can make it walking. This room was all the way at the end of the hall, without knowing there was the possibility of going into a door, right by the room, I went in the front door, and was all out of sorts when I found out how far it was. She not only offered to help us get me and our stuff to the room, she pushed me in my wheelchair all the way through the door. Our bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was so peacefully quiet. The receptionist made my night! Thank you. We stayed the night of October 9, 2023.

Do not waste your time booking a room here. The front desk attendant was not nice and seemed to be inconvenienced of any help we needed. The rooms were dirty. Had stains all over the couches, stains on the floors, stains on the sitee and stains on the computer chair. There was nowhere to sit except the bed. I asked to be moved rooms and the front desk lady told me they couldn’t guarantee that any other rooms would be any cleaner. She stated that mostly all of the couches are stained like that and that she cannot go room to room to find us a clean and functional sofa bed. We changed rooms and it was the same in the other room. Sofa beds do not work and are filthy and staff doesn’t care.

Stayed overnight at this hotel (room with double queen beds). First, I would like to share that the breakfast was good -- particularly the scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage patties. However, when it comes to the stay in the hotel room, there are some things that need attention -- dust on shelving where washcloths and bath/hand towels are kept; mold on bath tub surface near wall; shower curtain could be wider to keep water from getting on bathroom floor; no where to hang used towels, except on the shower rod; dust on parts of wood furniture in bed area; small TV; black desk chair with white powdery substance on lower part of the mesh back rest; smudged long length mirror; and partially opened plastic on paper coffee cups.

Bodily Fluid stains EVERYWHERE!!! Rooms 206 AND 211 beware! Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. We were passing through and just needed a place to stay the night after a long drive. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and I should have listened to the 1 stars but I gave it the benefit of the doubt considering all the good reviews, as you might be doing, but please please don't stay here it's a mistake. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in and for $108 on a Sunday night. When we entered the room we were immediately hit with a strong musty mildew smell and my worst fears came true when we saw the stains on all the furniture. On the couch there was clearly vomit that was barely attempted to be clean. VOMIT!!! That's where I drew the line as I'm usually a very easy going traveler that is a beyond disgusting. The curtains were broken, coffee machine/outlets didn't work, mold all over the bath/shower, stains on the walls and carpets. Oddly the beds were clean and comfortable thank god. When we went to ask for a new room there was no one at the front desk. Then a woman came walking in smelling of cigarette smoke with her cell phone in her hand. When I showed her the pictures of the VOMIT stain she didn't say a word to me. NOT A WORD. Just rolled her eyes and typed on her computer and handed me a new key. Not one word was exchanged except the number of our new room as she handed me the new key. Then she casually walked back outside and lit another cigarette and stared at her phone. This woman should be fired PERIOD. My jaw about hit the floor. I could have gotten better customer service from a Kiosk. If I hadn't been driving 10hrs with my 70 year old grandma I would've packed up and left right then. Moving rooms was very hard on her at this point, it was nearly 9pm, even a passerby in the hallway asked her if she was OK!!! she was exhausted. And to no surprise the only improvement in the new room was there was not obvious VOMIT on the furniture. The stains in the new room I couldn't tell what they were. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The room was big, beds were comfortable, I didn’t see the stains others mentioned. The pool wasn’t working nor was the hot tub:( the front desk staff was great, the breakfast was a general hotel breakfast, instant scrambled eggs, sausage waffles and such. The morning staff working the breakfast was a bit rude but I was in the way out so didn’t pay too much attention. For the price it was great! Would stay again if they fix the pool and hot tub

Hotel is farther off the highway which makes it nice. It is a little dated though. Room was clean and comfortable they just have a tiny television. Breakfast was good only downside how do you not have coffee that’s a must. Other than that everything was well.

The rooms were disgusting. Our first room felt sticky and damp. The air-conditioning didn't work properly so they moved us to another room. This room had old food in the fridge, stains on the mattresses and sheets/blankets. The couch was torn and had bodily fluid stains on it as well. The bench had disgusting stains on it as well. The tub had mold growing on it. Oh, and the lamp was broken. Had there been any other availabilities close by, I would have packed up my family and left this place.

Rented a suite but the fold out couch was broken and unusable. Long black hairs found all over the room. Sheets wrinkled like they may have been slept on. Breakfast was easy to pass up. Entire building did not "feel" clean. If it had not been 2am, we would have moved on.

This place was ok for one night. It's nice to have a "suite," although the "living room" area was not actually a separate room. That was fine for me, I didn't need anything other than the bed. My problem with the place is that the lamps by the bed didn't work, as though a fuse had blown. I called down to the desk. It rang forever with no answer, so I had to call again. When she finally answered, the phone didn't work and she couldn't hear me so i had to dress again and go downstairs and she didn't seem very concerned. She did say that she was full and therefore couldn't change my room. So it was like not the worst service but one wants to feel that the staff cares more than she demonstrated. It was all a bit unpleasant. For the price I guess I'd stay there again, but I'd rather pay more and feel I'm in better hands. Room was pleasant enough.

Carniesha was excellent!! She was cleaning the entire time we were eating! She sanitized, she wore a mask, she kept the food coming in hot! She was super hospitable and a classic representative of what the hospitality business should be! Wow! Comfort Suites is so fortunate to have her as a team member! 🙂👍🏿

This hotel exceeded all expectations and best of all was the most courteous young man who checked me in at midnight. “Jaylan” Is his name and he deserves specific recognition. Very curious and professional with a huge smile and obviously cares a lot about his customers. I am a diamond with Choice which means that I stay in their hotels 60+ nights per year. Half of the choice properties could take lessons from this one. Very clean rooms, clean property, very comfortable bed, an excellent breakfast, and front desk staff who understand what customer service means. Lisa runs a tight ship! Will absolutely be coming back here!

Easy to access from the highway. Lobby is huge and we'll organized. Desk attendants we're eager to please. The appearance of the room was awesome! And the bed was extra comfy...fell right asleep!!!

This hotel has an dusty odor. The couch in the room had a dusty smell that made me cough. The shower head leaked, the shower room had no ventilation so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed while showering. Not sure when the last time they changed their filtration filers. Comfort inn is where I always stay, but I feel the carpets need a deep cleaning.

nice hotel clean rooms the over night guy was really nice understood our situation and took care of us. He truly understood the meaning of customer service a very patience man ... thank you for dealing with my wife who is not so patience. Decent breakfast eggs and waffles needs some work but overall it was a great experience

This hotel is surrounded by many other hotels, which makes me feel more safe. This is a very well lit area as well. This hotel is pretty good for what you pay. I stay here every year with a family member for they can't meeting that we go to the area. The rooms are clean and I love how much space and storage they have in them.
