The experience was not what I thought it would be. I went in for 10 braids to the back on july. 3, 2020 (which I paid $100 for)..... Feed-in Corn roll style. I complained several times that the Owner Mrs. Fanta was braiding my hair too tight. After showing her the picture, it still didn't look Professional. My husband after coming home to show him, noticed my hair was Burnt in the back (My real hair) and my ends were cut uneven....on top of that, hair was sticking out. Will never go here again!

Where do I start? 1st. Saturday June 2, 2018 I paid $110 for a retouch on my mirco braids. 2nd. The GIRL that was braiding my hair clearly didn't know what she was doing. She did not knot the ends of my braids! (Which means they will unravel and slide out!) And that's exactly what happened, 30 mintues after leaving! 3rd. I called the shop several times to no answer so I was forced to go back. When I returned the owner gave me attuited and had the same GIRL braid my hair again. 4th. Sunday June 3, 2018 more braids fell out!! This is ridiculous I would not advise anyone to go to this place!!

First time going here and it was the worst experience ever! I've been getting my hair braided for over 10 years (In Memphis, Tn). Since now I reside here in TX, I was looking for someone who could do the normal simple kinky twist...well, I went there at 5pm, Fanta had every chair occupied by a customer getting their hair braided...she told me it will be a couple of hours before they could start on my head, I decided to wait even tho I Sat on a couch behind 5 other people who were waiting also, to make a long story short...I didn't leave there until 5am the next day, had to be back at work at 7:30 that morning and my Kinky Twist looked like a Hot Mess!! My twist were to thick, ends was not curled completely, and 2 days later I was sitting at the urgent care center because my braids were sooo tight on the nape of my neck, till it had blistered and swelled up ( took the two bottom rows down)! $205.00, waste of a lot of money and my time! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I gave them two tries, months apart to get my hair right, they failed both even though they claimed that they could do the hairstyle just like the picture and they also take your money upfront, and you guessed it no refund even though I had to pay someone to redo my hair correctly. They will never get my service again. I don’t recommend this place at all, beware .

They played in my hair. My “Marley twist” are definitely kinky twist & although they charged me extra for long only the front is long. The back goes to my shoulders. It looks so ridiculous & I had to take them down in a week.

They did a great job. I called and got a same day appointment. They were willing to stay late for me and I really appreciated it. They did a really good job on my hair and they have good prices. I will definitely be back.

I went in to get 2 strand twists and was told they don't know how to do it to the scalp. So the lady did braids to the scalp instead and twisted the ends. I thought the concept was the same, twist or braid and doing them to the scalp was the hard part. It was $75 which is high to me considering I didn't get what I actually asked for. I also didn't care for the TON of product in my hair. I just dyed it the day before and all the stuff in my hair made my color fade and flake out. I wanna say I'd go back but not for the price and too much hair product that I didn't need.

I had a great experience. Mrs. Fanta did a really good job on my box braids and she was very sweet. They were closed for the storm but she drove all the way from Houston to do my hair. I am extremely tender headed but she was gentle with my hair. I will be going back 👍🏾❤️
