The people at the front desk were so so kind and helpful! The hotel was quiet and clean, and had a full size kitchen with a stove so perfect for longer stays! A good price too!

It was a nice stay. The employees were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Room was very clean and I liked that you can't hear the noise from the rooms next to you. My kids were making some noise and you couldn't hear it from the outside. We had full size fridge and that helped a lot! The coffee was great but it only makes 2 cups , so if you plan on staying longer please bring more coffee lol. Other than that everything was great.

It was decent not great but decent. The beds and decor feel dated. Carpet has a smell. The good thing bout candlewood is the cook wear so it's great to stay @ if on business for a long term. But for night to night stays it's not the best but decent..

The room was supposed to be a queen. If it was it was very small. Other than that it was ok. The front desk person Denny was very rude. We showed up a little early and she actually said that she was to busy the night before and sitting there playing on her phone. Never seen anyone so rude to there customer. If I could have found another hotel I would have. Never had such a horrible experience with candlewood. Very disappointing.

Where do I start? I arrived at about 10:30pm from out of town. Had to wait a good 10mins while the front desk lady finished up her conversation in the back. When she finally came to the desk she still had food in her mouth and then got irritated I couldn’t understand her. Now let’s talk safety! I came in the side door with my things, you know the side doors you need a room key to open? Nope! Not here. Anyone can walk right in. My room also didn’t have a safety lock on it, well it had half of it. so I shoved the chairs against the door when we went to sleep. The room smelled soooo bad of mildew! So bad. Bathroom I will say was mostly clean. The shower/tub faucet was broke so I had to play with it to get the shower on. Decent pillows but man the bed was super hard. I had a 2 bed room, the size was nice. Tiny tv tucked in the corner that you can hardly see from one of the beds. For the $200 I was charged, it was not up to par. I will say the morning/afternoon staff were much more pleasant.

The room was nasty. Bathroom smelled like urine and everything in the room needed a scrub-down. It appears that they habitually charge twice for the same hotel stay. A couple was questioning their charges - twice for the same stay and now I see that they charged me twice as well.

Clean, great service, and comparably inexpensive. Though the place is user up for extended stay with kitchenette we used it just to stay over night as we were passing through. Would stay here again.

The Lady at the front desk was wonderful. Super kind & helpful. We walked into our room and there was an incredible over powering smell of mildew/mold. I'm not super sensitive and let me tell you, this was so strong. You could tell there had been water damage in the ceiling and walls. We asked to switch rooms right away which they did kindly. The room we ended up staying in still had evidence of water damage and very very strong mildew smells. We pulled back the sheets and there were 3 long black hairs on the cover sheets and pillow. Carpet was super gross. Glad we only stayed for one night. Not sure what's wrong with those rooms but whatever mildew/water issues in their walls, etc is going on needs to be fixed.

Carpets smell. Looks like i time warped to the 90s. The gym is really nice. The service and people were as well. My co worker loved it there so he stayed a few times (i did not)
