Its totally unacceptable and unsanitary to have ur kids helping you on your job site! Especially in sandals. Its one thing to have your kids visit you while at work but to be in the back where you make the pizzas? Nasty!!! Corporate needs to be informed

the crust was barely cooked and I had an upset stomach less than two hours after eating. threw the rest of my 25.00 pizza out this morning. The delivery person was the only thing I can give a good rating for. I will not be ordering from PH again.

Pizza was okay. Breadsticks were hideous. Dried out hard dough with no seasoning whatsoever. Are you kidding me? I could have made better breadsticks in my oven from my freezer. I'm so tired of paying money for bad food from this place. They never answer for or acknowledge that their quality is unsatisfactory. They just keep pumping out poorly made food and refuse to accept responsibility.

Placed order online and drive to pick it up they hadn’t even made the order yet and the app said it was ready. I got there and the lady argued with me about how the “system” works and the timing is off. Well if they were paying attention to the system they would know they had an order to be made waiting 3/8 min not an issue but 15 / 20 when I ordered 25 min prior is just poor service. I stoped going to Pizza Hut in TC because of poor service and lack of quality the Pizza Hut brand promotes. Wanted pizza today, gave it a second chance and it failed.

Called to ask if they still offered a certain item on their menu. The conversation went like this: "Thank you for calling, is this dine-in or carry-out?" "I actually just had a question, do y'all still-" They abruptly hung up. Maybe they thought it was a prank call? I just sat there in silence.

Had ordered a pizza never got to me called and there manager was great and quick to help! Definitely 5* for there customer service

Not as good as the pizza hut closer to kemah. I almost always order the pepperoni lovers melts and there grat when I doordash from kemah but at this pizza hut I ordered the same thing and my melt was way overcooked no parmesan on top and skimpy with the cheese. I couldn't even finish it it was so crunchy. Pizza hut is great normally maybe it was just the cook they had that day.

The picture on the site looked like a full sized restaurant from the old days but it turned into a rink a dink hole in the wall. And the food looked like something my cat hawked up 3 years ago. So if you are really hungry and I mean really hungry I guess it's your call if you want to eat there.

Was great, Requested extra sauce on Large Supreme and quantity of toppings was good! Was an online pickup purchase with a tip. Very satisfied!

My order was missing the additional toppings that I paid for. I asked for mushrooms and pineapples to be added. Not to mention I specifically asked for no ham since I'm allergic but I had to pick them off. I called 6 times to the store and kept getting the busy signal. I even called customer service and was transferred without notice to another busy signal. I would like to be able to get a correct order.

My pizza was 2 hours late and I was never able to speak to anyone that actually worked at the store because it kept putting me through their call center. When the call center would transfer me to this store, nobody picked up. I tried 3 times, someone from complaints in the call center answered and I had to ask her to cancel the order since it was all she could do since I couldn’t actually speak to a person that worked there. Really wish you could speak directly to someone that works there so they can better assist you instead of a stranger who can’t really help much when there is a problem. Huge waste of time.

I was expecting a hut constructed using pizza ingredients, but after nearly choking to death on stucco, it became clear to me that this was just another case of false advertisement. They should be legally required to change the name to Stucco Pizzeria. Pretty delicious food though. I recommend the stucco.

This is a good pizza hut. I order the supreme with white sauce very tasty. I would recommend this location to anybody near by this location.

I ordered my usual BBQ sauce pizza cuz I prefer it over standard tomato sauce. I also ordered a 2nd pizza and some sweet chili boneless wings. The food was good and eye appealing, no complaints. My wings were more spicy than sweet but I liked them. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because this location doesn't appear to offer stuffed crust, or seasoning on the crust. There wasn't an option to pick either. Also, their coupons aren't as good as every other location I've eaten at. The store doesn't advertise with signs or at all, so I wouldn't expect the food choices to be that great. I won't order from this store anymore.😕

Went to this location about a week ago over Father’s Day weekend. Called to tell them about a glitch in the app but most importantly that my pizza was not cooked in the center. The manager told me that he made this pizza himself and he knows for a fact it was cooked for the allotted amount of time. So I asked him then why do I feel raw dough between my fingers and he hung up on me. They never brought my root beer and I couldn’t even eat the pizza. I called customer service the same day and never heard anything back from the company. I have pictures of my pizza still (I don’t know how to put them on here) I’m honestly just disappointed. I’ve worked for Pizza Hut and from what I remember this is NOT how they usually conduct business.

Pizza Hut went above and beyond for our ladies Bible class. We had a fun day at the splash pad and they delivered pizzas to us at 11am…. And they were great. I might add they don’t even open till 11am but did this special for us!!!!

They made one pizza wrong, didn't get the toppings that were promised because the woman that took our order went home. They burned one ,had to remake it, remade the wrong one. Original wait was supposed to be 15min, 30 min it later someone came out and said it would be a few more minutes because of the remake. All in all a very unsatisfying visit. Will not return ever. Pizza hut on 2004 in LA Marque is great!

Pizza hut in Texas City is the worst. My granddaughter order $42. Worth of food. The whole order was wrong. She called back the manager on duty said that they would remake her order. After 2 hours later still no pizza. She called again they ask did she eat any from the one that wasn't correct, she said yes 1 slice, since she ate a piece there refused to remake it. So I called the the next day and explained what happened. The manager on duty said they would give her credit. Four days later my granddaughter decided to use her credit. When she called at first they claimed they didn't have a credit. So again I called and they found it. By her phone number she tracked her delivery. About 11/2 hour later her phone said the pizza had been delivered. Still no pizza. So I called the manager said door dash should have delivered it 30 minutes ago. Manager redone the pizza again and I picked it up. So this was about 5:30pm . I guess about 9:00pm I go outside to get something from my car I see a Pizza Hut order sitting on top of my hood of my car. This is ridiculous. First of all if they're going to use doordash they should make sure they got people that's going to deliver like it should be done. Second of all Pizza Hut should have better values of treating a customers better than what they did. If I go to the Pizza Hut in Galveston I have never had any problems there if my pizza wasn't right the manager always met sure that I left happy. So kudos to the Pizza Hut in Galveston take notes Texas City from the Galveston Pizza Hut. Thank you

Sad review because pizza hut has always been my favorite. But last order was horrible. Waited for my carryout for 45 minutes in the store. Got home every single pizza was wrong. Like my meat lovers had blobs of tomato sauce on top and barelyany meat or cheese. Wth.Even my breadsticks were wrong. All the food was thrown away it was so bad. I reached out to the store and they apologized stating they would email me store credit for my 64.00 order, which never happened. Contacted the corporate and they never emailed me a credit either. Sadly I'll be going elsewhere. I don't have 64.00 to throw away. That was a treat to my family with my broke a$$.

Pizza was alright, but my wings had been left so the it took another half hour to get them I live within 5 blocks. So that's a lot of wait time, but it's convenient with the kids. Will order again just not for a few weeks cause my I'm in my feelings

I ordered a pizza and it t took one hour and fifty five minutes to get to me. I live literally 6 minutes from this place. The pizza was not even hot any more, it was barely warm . The s is very bad , I use to be a manager at 3 different pizza places so I know how long it takes to get a pizza ready.

I have ordered Pizza Hut before when I was in Conroe, but it has never been this good and delicious. It was more expensive here then in Conroe. But it was so Good

3rd Pizza hut I been to and my last.. This Pizza is nothing like it used to be I paid for extra toppings and wondered what the Pizza would have looked like if I hadn't. Even tipped for what I don't know everywhere you go everybody's got a tip jar. I got a tip for you "do your job satisfactory and you will generate more customers because people are tired of paying for subpar services..

First I ordered on line and there was a mix up with the phone number so yall canceled my order. Then when I called to check on it yall wanted to tell me it would be another hour and a half to deliver its already 1100 pm at this time. So I say it's cool ill just pick it up instead. Then when I get there yall were ok but looked lost. Then when I get home and get ready to eat I see that you didn't cut the cheese sticks the pizza was over cooked and had no sauce on it. The pizza had only a few pepperonis on it and no sliced red chili peppers like it's supposed to. Let's work on doing better next time if I chose to order ever again.
