If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered online and had it shipped to the store. I received a email online on September 10 saying my order was still being processed. I get a email today September 16 saying my order was cancelled and when I called the store, I was told it arrived on the 7th of September and they cancelled my order on the 14th. Clearly there is miscommunication and I fell victim to it.

Best place to shop for big size women. Prices may be high but the quality of the clothes is worth it. The staff at Texas City Outlet is ao much better especially with the new mgr. Store is so clean and they always great you as you come in! ❤ Love it
