Still
skeptical
on
why
you
have
to
pay
office
copays
all
in
advance
when
copays
are
supposed
to
be
per
visit
(my
mom
has
the
Medicare
devoted
health
plan
which
is
in-network).
I
was
told
it
was
because
it's
hard
to
keep
track
of
copayments
with
as
many
patients
coming
and
going
as
there
are.
Still
seems
kind
of
shady
to
me.
Another
thing
is
how
they
try
their
hardest
to
"sell"
you
their
service.
During
the
evaluation
&
X-ray
review,
the
consultant
was
constantly
repeating
over
and
over
the
problems
they
saw
in
an
attempt
to
"convince"
you
that
this
place
will
solve
all
your
back
ailments.
Reminds
me
of
the
snake
oil
priests
who
perform
so-called
'miracles'
by
putting
their
palm
on
your
forehead
and
praying.
My
mom
gave
it
a
shot
anyways,
despite
their
annoying
&
unprofessional
selling
tactics.
I
refused
to
pay
all
of
the
future
copays
all
at
once
as
they
suggested
(I
really
don't
think
that's
legal
&
I
will
be
looking
more
into
that).
Instead
I'm
just
paying
month
to
month
(but
still
had
to
sign
a
contract??)
using
my
credit
card.
They
tried
to
get
me
to
sign
up
for
care
credit
to
pay
the
eight
hundred
and
something
dollars
worth
of
copays
all
at
once.
DO
NOT,
I
repeat
DO
NOT
sign
up
for
care
credit
just
for
this
place.
Care
credit
is
a
trap
unless
you
have
the
means
to
pay
off
your
bill
entirely
within
the
specified
period
(otherwise
30%
interest
rate
-trust
me,
I've
been
there)
and
the
provider
gets
all
their
money
up
front
from
care
credit
and
you're
stuck
with
the
bill
if
you
decide
you
want
to
cancel.
It's
very
hard
to
get
your
money
back
for
unused
services
then.
Be
sure
to
get
copies
of
the
documents
you
sign.
You
have
to
ask
for
them
upon
signing.
Anyways,
ad
break
over;
getting
back
on
topic....I
can't
really
review
the
actual
long
term
effect
of
the
services
as
of
yet.
My
mom
has
only
been
to
4
sessions
(which
you
basically
just
walk
in,
go
to
one
of
the
machines
they
have
and
if
you
need
your
back
popped,
they
will
pop
your
back
or
whatever).
No
individualized,
specialized
or
customized
treatment
plan
for
you
or
anyone.
My
mom
says
she
feels
better
after
a
back
cracking,
but
hey,
if
it
will
save
us
$150
a
month,
I
will
just
do
it
myself
if
that's
all
she
needs.
I'm
giving
this
place
a
little
longer
to
step
it
up
a
notch,
otherwise
I
will
be
cancelling
all
future
appts
and
putting
a
stop
payment
on
my
cc.
