😐 Great facility, high priced, not well-run. Cons: The high entry fee only gets you through the door. You have to pay for everything inside. They search your bag @entry like customs @the airport. No food/drinks allowed from outside. And water costs $4/bottle. Do the math for the rest. Seating has to... People often mention water, great, family, friendly, staff, free, experience, time,

Great facility, high priced, not well-run. Cons: The high entry fee only gets you through the door. You have to pay for everything inside. They search your bag @entry like customs @the airport. No food/drinks allowed from outside. And water costs $4/bottle. Do the math for the rest. Seating has to be booked in advance, but the website isn’t clear about this. You find out when you get there. Even if some seats are empty (unreserved) the employees won’t let you use them cuz you didn’t book in advance. The activities also aren’t free and have to be booked in advance. They don’t take walk-ins. We tried to do the bumper boats, which were sitting idle, but were told we can’t cuz we didn’t book. They’d rather not take our $15/person. They’re clearly making enough $ from the exorbitant entry fee. Pro’s: The beach is clean, the sand is a nice touch. There’s a DJ playing music, coordinating the dance floor. There’s lots of food/beverage options. If you walk down further there’s lots of seating, and aqua cabanas.

Over priced for use of additional services and not user friendly. There are multiple section however if you wish to purchase chairs you must purchase them for each section/ pool, beach area. When checking in after 4pm tickets are $14 however thank goodness another worker heard them tell me no that’s only for weekdays but she was incorrect thank goodness I asked again. This was my experience, hope you enjoy yourself.

We went for the 4th of July and we had a great time with our family. Let me start with The food and drinks were absolutely no more expensive than any other water park and I say that because of all the other reviews. The bathrooms are AC, and very clean, the food was great many options available as well as great portions, the drinks were awesome for our family who did drink. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff at the parking lot (free parking) friendly faces at the front of the facility and entrance to the water park. We did not do any of the extra activities offered there we just hung out at the pool and enjoyed ourselves with our family and that’s all we really needed. The music was such a vibe, great DJ’s, great entertainment shows on the side as well. The water was about 3-3 1/2 feet deep. We laid out some towels and sat out in the grassy area throughout the day when we wanted to eat our food as well as many other people who did the same. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful and upbeat atmosphere with music and interactive staff. There were light competitions to win ice cream, etc; several food trucks on site, and an abundance of staff. I never had to worry about safety here, with several lifeguards at each area, security officers on site, and amazing servers. Jennifer was our server and she was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Went today, kids loved it. Young teenagers. The sand was soft and the water was beautiful. The water is shallow but plenty of space. Great food options and they had 5+ food trucks on site! The cabanas we're well worth the cost so comfortable and had a server dedicated to us, Jennifer. she was awesome!

It is what you make it to be. My family and I had a great time. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I was upset about misleading information on the "VIP" Pavillion I paid for but the management team took care of my guest and I Cons Don't order anything online. Get there and see for yourself how seating and rides work. Online information is very misleading. There are no food trucks or activities near the Pavillions. The food that is there is so so. EVERYTHING is expensive, plan accordingly Yes, it is a Giant Swimming pool BUT the sand does give you the Beach feel 🤎

Water was cool and refreshing. There were plenty of activities you could do. We just chose to relax in the water. With the 100-degree heat, the Cabana was almost a must. Cabana hostess Cadence was excellent. She made the visit even a greater experience. Parts of the food service were great, like the cheeseburger and fries. They were hot and fresh. The salads, not so much. Don't worry about trying to eat healthy. Go for the Cheeseburger or chili dog.

Awesome place to relax, enjoy water activities or just enjoy seeing the clear blue water. I had a blast purchasing the package deal to ride the kayak, do the Aqua obstacle, and slide down the tall water slide. It's a kids friendly place also, and great for party groups to enjoy drinks in a cabana with a full bar and food trucks there.

I love it here! Very family oriented place. Food, adult beverages and entertainment was on point! I highly suggest you get early seating under an umbrella bc it was really hot. We had to rent a cabana to keep everyone cool plus all the seating was full. The water is not that deep which I like for the safety of the kids but still fun and enjoyable to swim around in. I will be returning with the family and highly recommend this place to visit!

I recently visited the Lagoon Water Park on a weekday, and it was a fantastic decision! There were virtually no waits for any of the attractions, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Facility is appropriately staffed mainly younger adults, they could use some training on customs services as it seems many of them may not have experience. However, a noticeable downside was the limited shade available. Given the amount of time that this facility has been opened, you would think that this issue would’ve been addressed long ago. Another point of improvement would also be training stuff to clean up after themselves, as a crew was performing maintenance on a specific section of the park, staff came to bring them water when the crew left. They left their trash behind. .Overall, it’s a great spot, but more shade would make it perfect. Highly recommend visiting during weekdays!

Beautiful, clean gigantic pool. Very fun outing for our family. Beach vibes with sand, abundant lounge chairs and umbrellas, but with clear pool-like water. We went at opening at 10am and had no trouble getting two umbrellas and 5 chairs for our family. The huge slide was free to ride; obstacle course was additional $5. There are also paid rentals for kayaks and other water sports. Food was not cheap, but not worse than other family entertainment places. You can bring empty water bottles to fill inside.

First of all, Captain Tanner was fantastic! Second, there needs to be a rinse station for your feet. The bathrooms were clean and air-conditioned. We didn't pay for extra attractions so it was a little ho-hum. The live music was great. I'd recommend researching YouTube for more in depth and unbiased reviews before you go.

Lagoonfest is fun, great vibes, and super chill. The water sports are neat, but can get pack later in the day. The water is refreshing, but there’s not many spots with water higher than 3 feet deep. I would recommend getting there earlier to get seats.

It was unique, the floor had some type of covering that made it springy. Fairly empty so we got an umbrella and chairs. Pool was refreshing and Kayaks were fun. Needed a foot wash at the exit to remove sand. Drinks were normal event pricing, staff was friendly

We went during the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We purchased the $99-Family bundle for 4 people in advance. A single ticket purchase is around $36. The bundle was the best option. There is plenty of parking. Luckily, we got a parking space in the 1st of the park. It's probably because we visited during the morning time. Which was a good idea, and there were plenty of empty beach seats available. I love the beautiful scenery and the beach vibes. It's a beach on top of land. There were cabanas to sit at. These have to be reserved in advance. They fill up pretty fast, and it large enough to seat 8 people. There are a few places to purchase food & beverages. I got this huge snowcone from one of the food vendors. It was delicious!! I like how you can have food & beverages delivered to the cabanas. If you are looking for a change in scenery and different experience. I recommend it's a good place to visit. I will visit again during the time of year it's not so hot.

Giving it 3 stars because the price is high, but the worst part is they charge for just about everything inside as well. The food and drink prices are high, which is what I was expecting, but they only have a few free things to do besides swim. The slide on the other side of the park is free, and the bumper boats are free. Everything else costs something. The obstacle course is $5 per person for 30min, all of the ride on devices are so much for a certain amount of time. For my husband, me, and our 2 kids with tax, we paid 120 something just to get in. If you want to go for the experience, cool, but not somewhere to keep going back to for the prices.

We loved Lagoonfest! We got there as soon as they opened and it was very nice and not crowded at all! Drinks were amazing. Only complaint was the food from the bar. It was just frozen food heated up, nothing special. I’m sure the food trucks had better food.
