I don’t really understand how this is a 4-star hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful but the facilities are old, the rooms need proper renovation or at least the prices should be 3x lower to be justified.

Clean, very scenic great for photos no fridge, no full length mirrors, room service ends too early...biggest problem front reception does not speak English. ...important for hotels to have staff that speaks English. 5 five night stay no English speaking reception staff in the evenings :(

Although the hotel grounds are nice, the location is not very ideal because it is far from Cuernavaca. Hotel staff was nice during my stay, but when I booked my room by phone, they only offered me the event promo and later on were completely inflexible when I requested to change the reservation or cancel it. It was very frustrating and I came to the conclusion that the hotel is not interested in their guests, and is only thinking of making a profit.

Nice and clean placer to stay

Went for a wedding, did not stay. Location is a little far away from cuernavaca, expect a 40 minutes ride. Service was good but not great, could easily get better, the place is expensive. Gardens are very pretty and is a good place for a social event.

It is an amazing place, it has beautiful gardens. While there are few rooms, all the spaces are widespread which makes you feel very comfortable.

It is a beautiful place, people are very nice, but the service in the restaurant is awful. THEY GAVE ALL MY FAMILY FOOD POISONING! The chicken they served was spoiled.

Extremely expensive for Cuernavaca and it’s far away from the city, to have meals in the restaurants are $300 pesos pax no matter what you eat

The great lobby, the art on the walls, the Tequila Collection, the gardens...all very very cool.

This relatively new hotel is located in the outskirts of Cuernavaca, a close distance to Tequesquitengo (lake). This makes it as not ideal if you need nightlife, but perfect if you want some privacy. Also, they are only a few minutes away from la Hacienda de Chiconcuac, a very popular event site, specifically weddings. The hotel itself is quaint, with many amenities, and surrounded by lush vegetation and very old constructions. Their restaurant offers a nice selection of Mexican specialties, some hits, some misses. Their Cecina de Yecapixtla and their Arrachera, really excellent! Other dishes, like their Chilaquiles, so-so. A stay here, a great experience in general. The only blemish happened when at checking-in their staff neglected to hand us our free breakfast vouchers that were included in the rate (not cheap, by the way). In the end, this mishap was sorted out. Service was friendly and efficient. Recommend!
