👍👍 Mind calming experience. The team of rangers they have is just unique. Drunk in the essence of nature and otherwise. That Mahindra jipsy of theirs is capable of doing a 360 in air. The watchtower experience is a must. The bond they have among themselves, nature and animals is just ..... beautiful. People often mention sanctuary, wildlife, forest,

ROAD:This place is open in winter and temporarily closed during flood season. Difficult to find the way in Google map. From Tezpur go to naltali, then via ambagan to Laokhowa. In the roadside you will see Laokhuwa Burachapori Wildlife sanctuary Gate. You can ask the forest office there for information. From this gate go straight (see Burachapori arrow signboard and go straight into small forest) 4to 5 km , and cross a river (dry in winter) and you will find your way to Burachapori WS. Ask someone if you feel lost. FACILITY: No Jeep Safari available till now. You will be allowed to enter forest with your vehicle with guard. There is Guest house with three rooms till now. (Feb2021). Food available only on order, or you can bring ingredients, and they will cook. ANIMALS: Wild pig, methon, deer, and Tiger. Birds you can see inside the forest river.

Beautiful riverine landscape. This is situated southern bank of river the Brahmaputra. Best time to visit January to March. From April you can see migratory green Bee eater bird colony at Koroitoli camp area. Besides lots of bird you may see elephant, tiger and some small cats. Now a single rhino roaming at Burachapori. Visitors may stay at Forest Guest House Burachapori.

Peaceful and service is great.... Just talk in phone with the host about everything related to food and stay. You will have to carry your own food, water even salt and tumeric. If you can talk to the host and ask him to get the things done may be he will assist but no sure about it... For one day visit its best to reach early. Because at 4 pm you will have to leave.
