Had a very worst experience in this PG. I recently had an misfortune of staying in this PG managed by Rashmi Tambe who displayed a complete lack of basic professionalism and subjected the guests to constant mental harassment. The lady who managed PG was consistently rude and disrespectful, and this indifference always lead to frustration and threaten all girls. I strongly advise against choosing this place to stay because of the lady. Please don't go there. I would highly recommend to avoid this place for your well-being and mental peace. "Stay Safe"

It is the best PG in thane along with good management and services. People are easy to reach and quick in problem solving. They provide the best accommodation along with a pocket friendly budget. I stayed at dev ashoka, a very friendly and secure place for girls. It is clean and well maintained, and would definitely give homely vibes. Lastly I would like to thank Rashmi for always being supportive and helpful.

I recently stayed at this PG for women in Thane and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The building is well-maintained and clean, with comfortable and spacious rooms. The bathrooms are also spotless and well-equipped with modern fixtures. The management of the PG is also great. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. However one member named Manoj needs to be replaced as he has not co-operated ever. Thanks to Rashmi for providing all the required facilities. Management also take security seriously and have measures in place to ensure the safety of all residents. I was in Saikunj's PG for almost 7-8 months.. For gals it's a really good place to live as they're having good security and also strict rules and regulations. Also we'll get help from the caretaker if we're facing any issue.

Very Specious and ventilated room. With neat and clean washroom and kitchen facilities. Located in a good spot with access to all kinda shops. And Aman( PG owner) is very friendly and helpful person, easy to communicate with and very supportive.. Overall my stay was fantastic. All the best.

I stayed 4months in Saikunj pg in lokpuram. This area was very good. Management was also too good. Owner aman who was the only person i contacted for all my issues in pg . He managed the things very well time to time. ❤️

It's a very good paying guest accommodation for students and working people. Everyday they are cleaning the floors and toilets once in a week. This place is easy to commute to Hiranandani estate as well. Aman is owner of the PG and he is nice a nice person

We booked PG flat at Teejadeep Heights, Gokul Nagar and the service provided by them was worst. No water storage availability for daily use or no provision for drinking water. The toilet flush not working properly and cleaning done only once 15 days. Sapna who manages their property is very rude and not responds to calls or messages as we asked for refund as the there was no basic facilities available.
