Hotel Vits Sharanam Thane Stayed here from Jan 14 to Jan 15. Room No 308. Here are my observations: The Property: ============================================ A beautiful three star property located at Thane, with close proximity to Eastern Express Highway and Korum Mall. Great location. This is a luxury business hotel. An ideal place for those on the move. The Place: ============================================ 1) The room is a fairly large-sized room with decent leg space. 2) A service road view, almost 180 degrees. 3) Comfy high-level beds. The mattress and the pillows were fairly thick. Good sleep quality. 4) Extremely well-lit. Full marks. 5) A decent size bathroom. Adequate frills. Adequately hot water temperature. Good Bathing quality. 6) Comb, Dental Kit and shaving kit all available. 7) A 32-inch LCD TV. Didn’t check for HD Channels. 8) Great working wifi. A great working AC. 9) Mobile charging points on either side of each bed. 10) Two drinking water bottles were given. 11) They have two banquet halls inside th hotel. But no swimming pool, which was the biggest downer. 12) A decent spread in breakfast. Their restaurant Pepper Fry has a charming ambience. They only serves vegetarian food. But, trust me the food was so delicious. 13) Laundry service on request. Definitely a Yes for next time.

VITS Sharanam hotel is at the good location near the main road. It's service is really good. I visited thane for the official work. While looking for the hotels which has parking place. I got to know about this hotel. I had booking through make my trip for the 2 persons. As it's a four star hotels it's rate is little high. When we went in the hotel we had a smooth check-in experience. We given a Ids to the reception and had a entry in the register. As we were tired we requested to give the key of the room. Hotel staff is cooperative and had a necessary arrangements for the 3 persons in the room. Rooms are big but if you seen the wall condition is not so good. Also AC temperature was not reducing it was constant at 27 °C or 28°C. In Mumbai or thane temperature is humid so we need good working AC. We taken some efforts to reduce it but it was not working. We switched fan on and stop taking efforts on AC temperature. Parking place, reception place is really attractive. Entrance is also well designed and easy to drive vehicles in side in the parking. I seen one small ground behind the parking area but not sure about its belongs to hotel or not. When we visited It has restaurant also but it's so expensive so had a food from outside. It's provide complementary services such as tea or coffee making, drinking water and ironing on request. Room service experience was good and they quickly responding. It's common Bathroom and toilet is big and clean. Hotel kept the everything clean and neat. They provide complementary soap and shampoo. Dental kits will be provided on the request. Breakfast was not complementary we had a checkout and had a breakfast outside. Overall stay experience was good.

Vits Sharanam situated on eastern express Highway Thane is best in city hotel, first of all its nearby to station, second the homely feel you will get as it's surrounded by trees. Rooms are amazing with all the facilities. They have in house restaurant where you can indulge in variety of food but in dessert you should definitely try out mother of pearls, it's my favourite dessert from that place. Rooms are spacious, so if you are thinking any of your guest to accommodate in hotel, you can book them here.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. It is located in Thane. Guests can have vegetarian Indian cuisines at Pepper Fry By Kamats. Room service is available. They also have Banquets and Lawns for perfcet wedding themes. Also they have conference room too. It features free Wi-Fi and free parking. They have variety of rooms Suite, Deluxe Room, Suoer Deluxe Room. We opt for Deluxe Room which was really awesome.The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. High quality room (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience with the (Vits Sharanam) staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Wish we weren’t just passing through!

What an amazing relaxation staycation at luxurious hotel in Thane. Very clean and neat rooms with wonderful hospitality. Enjoyed the perfect family time. The best part is that it is fully vegetarian hotel. The pepper fry by kamat served yummy Jain food. Overall good place to visit again and again.

The room was good and gave positive vibes! Room service closes at midnight 12. If you order at your room, it comes from the Hotel itself hence it can be costly for many people. But quality of the food is really good. Zomato is available as well if wanna order from somewhere else. Overall a nice place to stay! Good job!

Hotel Vits Sharanam is located at Thane’s prime location on Louis wadi service road near new RTO and Wagle Estate. It’s ultimate destination for discerning business travellers with comfort and convenience. The location is easily accessible from South Mumbai and upcountry. 🎯 They have a large premises with ample car parking on the busiest street of Thane. The property is well maintained, decorated and well lit. The whole property is amply surrounded by lush Green trees giving the feel like a garden 🪴. They have a banquet hall for conducting business meet, seminars and training. They do have a large open garden for hosting receptions, marriages with in-house 💁‍♂️ decorations and catering services. I had booked a Deluxe Room for one night. The rooms was neat and clean. All the basic amenities for a traveller like coffee set, soap, toothpaste/ brush, towels, shower cap and stitching kit were provided. The room was centrally air conditioned which was efficient plus a ceiling fan was also provided. The Maharaja styled curtain bed was comfortable and branded mattresses/ pillows were used. The bed sheets, quilt and towels were sparkling white. The room was well lit and well decorated. The big glass window 🪟 ensured that during the day the room is bright and sunny. The curtains were Thick and ‘black out’ type. Free strong WIFI was provided. The hotel serves free quality Breakfast and parking for all the guests. 🆓 They have PepperFry by Kamats restaurant at site which serves pure vegetarian lip smacking food. It’s a very popular restaurant among Thanekars for the quality and service. The staff is courteous and professional. At all levels the hygiene is ensured. Under the guidance of Mr. Fayaz, the hotel ensures that all the customer’s expectation are met and he becomes a regular one.🙏 A must visit Hotel when in Mumbai / Thane for official or personal travel. Rooms were very compact.. The overall stay was ok but rooms needs to be upgraded specially the chairs placed in the room.. Don't except anything fancy. A basic 3 star hotel

I dont know why they charge so heavily. Dont get me wrong. Rooms are functional, but they r just too old n dilapidated. I wont want to stay there again

It was a disappointing experience. For the high premium they charge, the room was stinky and not the best-maintained one could imagine. Their food is pricy and mediocre. The only saving grace was the room attendents, who were always ready to help, and proximity to the highway for easy access to buses.

The bed was double bed with two separate matress🤔. how does a couple with a small child are supposed to sleep. Also the used towels were lying in the bathroom which led to question there hygiene maintenance . Over all it was disappointment.

Order came almost 50 min late .last time I was amazed with pizza and service. But on Sunday staff was not ready to handle customers. There was plastic on sabji served. Rotis were thanda. I can see lot of order getting delayed... Many ppl are left as their order was delayed by hours. There was only half order placed

Food is ok. Service is slow, chairs not at all comfortable, especially for people with back problem. Ambience is good.

Its a quaint hotel right by the highway and easily accessible by road. Its about 20 minutes away from Thane station. Check is smooth and their suite is gorgeous. But their service lacks accountability and can definitely be improved. The jacuzzi was not working and we recieved no response even after multiple requests. Food is good, in room dining is available but only vegetarian food is served here.

Receptionist is not good, she don't know how to manage customer even she not gibing value to customer. Also room is not good as ac and room interior but charging 4-star hotel tarrif. I will never recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

Attended 2 days training program. Halls are good for function/business meet. but service is not upto the mark. Food taste is also moderate.

The rooms were stinking with typical smell, and all the walls were damp and moist, causing the paint to come off the walls. The bed linen was clean, and the bathrooms were ok in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Room service was horrible as we had to call four times to ask for a single bottle of water. Even the Wifi used to get disconnected every now and then, and it would hamper the uninterrupted connection process. Check-in and check out process was very smooth and nice. It has a proximity to Korum and Viviana Mall in Thane, Mumbai. Korum mall is at a walking distance from the hotel. Overall experience was not good than expectation, and the hotel is not at all worth it. There is no value for money in terms of a good sound staycation. Ample of parking area in and around the hotel. Have stayed in other Vits Hotels, but this one was not at all worth and hence would not visit again.

Worst experience Staff dont have courtesy to talk properly AC not working.. They charge you huge amount But gives tatti room and service I recommend choose any other hotel in that area But definitely not VITS sharanam

A perfect place for a comfortable stay and delicious food. It’s a family-friendly, corporate-friendly hotel located in the heart of Thane. I stayed in their Super deluxe room and it’s a cosy space to stay in Thane. Room comes with curtain wooden nest surrounding the bed, has work desk, wardrobe section, full length mirror on the wall, and a cosy washroom with vanity kits and basic facilities. It’s little pricey though for a cosy space. But their multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant there called pepper fry is a must try. All the dishes are so delicious and amazing there.

The food quality was very pathetic compared to the cost of the items. It was horrible food. Only Juice was good in the whole menu.

Excellent food. Everything in the menu tastes delicious. We had Pasta, Noodles, range of starters. All taste exceptionally good. The highlight of the meal though, were the Popsicles we had for dessert. The Popsicles here are a must try!

It was my second time stay... i have always chosen this property. its a purely veg property. however you can order food from outside if you wish. overall, it has always been pleasant to stay here.

Service is very poor .. Staff is not gud and food was very disgusting taste And they use bad products ...fir making their food 😔 Without permission room was opened in the apsance of gest ...

Celebrated grandson's first birthday here..it was a very good experience.The ambience is good and food was tasty.A big thanks to Mr Pravin Yadav because he proactively guided us from decorations to selection of menu . Very efficient and friendly too.

I tried their restaurant it was pathetic we were the only visiters in the whole restaurant and food was zero delicious and cost was too high,,,it would be better if I would have opted for khaoo gulli of ghatkopar or mulund 👎

Hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. Service good, excellent clean and neat. The rooms are good and its preferable to stay here if you have work in Thane since you can get a much bigger room as compared to Mumbai at lower rate. In shortfor me, it’s the perfect hotel for veggies.

Staff is very friendly Rooms are neat and clean Ample space for car parking "Biggest USP is their Food" Any food item you try, be it veg or nonveg or dessert it has amazing taste. Even if you are staying in same city you should visit their Resturant Pepper Fry By Kamats to explore authentic food.

Stay was really comfortable. They have provided room-wise mini fridge as well, which I really liked. You can order in food from outside and stay comfortable in your bed for the entire stay 😇

We stay at Deluxe Room in Vits Sharanam. Interior was great and room service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also have sapphire - conference Room, small get-together and small party. Do visit with your friends and family. Best Part of our room was the view. Overall had a wonderful day

Recently visited this hotel with my family. We stay at Deluxe Room which has beautiful interior along with luxurious facilities. Hotel staff is very helpful and humble 👍👌. The room was clean and washroom was very well maintained. Room service was on time. Great option if you're traveling to thane.

Had a great experience at Vits Sharanam hotel. Just 10 min from Thane station. Room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is surrounded with greenery that's the best part . All the rooms has beautiful view from window. Great Staff with wonderful service. Inhouse veg restaurant is also very good. Overall had a great time.

Just OK hotel with some basic facilities maintenance of rooms could have been better and room decor also having vibrant colors.Actually I didn't stayed there but I booked it for my guests. If maintenance of rooms improved then definitely it could be more liveable.

Hotel management needs to improve the room quality and ambience against the tariff. The service is at par and the location is good. Also need to improve the complimentary breakfast menu. Very limited menu. For business trips, one night stay is OK.

I visited this place with my friends for lunch especially to try their newly launched wood fire pizza. The place is clean and quite spacious. We tried variety of wood fire pizzas and they were so delicious and yummy. Pizzas were hand made with good quality ingredients and also place was super hygienic. A part from pizza this place has other food options also available but pizzas were so delicious we just had pizza but definitely trying other food options next time.

We visited this place for lunch. Pathetic is an understatement. We were a group of 20 people. Right from the arrangements, food, service, everything was literally a nightmare. No doubt that the restaurant was empty even though it was Sunday, a day before Diwali. We booked their hall a week in advance but manager wasn't even aware of it Advice to management: Please rethink if you really want to run this business. If yes, you really have to go a looooong way to make it work.

At the time of check in I have to wait for almost 3 hrs, as per the front desk they want additional 1 hour for cleaning and extra charge for early check in but still they will not provide any kind of room but they will talk first for the additional charges. The way the front office speaks is not appriciated and will not encourage persons like me to re visit the place for any kind of stay or official meeting. Tomorrow I have also planned for official meeting and as the office is near by so I was thinking for fixing the venue for repeated official meetings. But now again I have to think and act accordingly.

There are few cons in the room. All amenities were not present in the room like dental kit , mini fridge. All rooms were non smoking. The dinner time is upto 10:30PM only. After that you will not get food in rooms also. Location wise it is near to airport. In evening it will take 1 hour to reach and in morning it will take 40-45 min to reach .

Top notch service. Top notch staff. The receptionists are well trained and good. Rooms are amazing. Central AC is amazing. They have a cafe that provides room service which has such great food. It's a 10/10. And when I say it's good enough trust me it is good enough

The VITS Sharanam hotel is more suitable for attending events. The rooms, service and food are ok. The hotel gets very noisy in the evenings. Avoid the second floor as the central part of the second floor is used as the dinning area.
