My stay at Planet Hollywood Thane was a memorable experience. The hotel's location in Thane offered a peaceful escape from the bustling city of Mumbai, yet it was conveniently close to all major attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The modern decor and amenities added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They provided excellent service, from check-in to room service and housekeeping. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional, with a variety of cuisines to choose from, satisfying every palate. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered stunning views of the city. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. Overall, Planet Hollywood Thane provided a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

Its a wonderful hotel located in Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder (Thane). We conducted a medical conference here. The banquet was amazing. Even the lunch was good. Overall it was a really good experience.

I have visited along with my family for dinner and opted for buffet option.Food quality is pathetic chicken starter is raw not cooked properly. Even service is very slow not value for money. Hotel should extend dinner time till 12 and required drastic improvement in quality of food . Egg items not available and liquor is also not available of choice.Overall poor experience spoiled my evening and suggest not to visit for dining purpose.

Recently my daughter got married at Planet Hollywood and if I have to describe the experience in one sentence, it will be “smooth experience with a quite professional and capable team”. Red Cherry events - Mr. Sanjay Gurbani had organised both of our events scheduled for the morning and evening of same day (including decor, DJ, MC, bridal entry, etc). Given the limited time for preparation in between the two events, everything was specked to perfection. Mr. Lambodar was my primary contact during the day and he managed all our requirements quite well, was very responsive and enabled a stress free experience. Coming to the hotel team, every staff member was cordial and hospitality level was very high. Starting with the Sales rep- Sheetal Baste who was with us since day 0 of planning process and was quite helpful. The banquet manager - Mr. Naidu was very responsive and gave personal attention to every detail. Our 2 day stay with our guests was great, thanks to the amazing duty manager and their team. Lastly, coming to the food- it was to date the best gastronomical experience for us and all our guests! Head chef (Mr. Salunkhe) was very Co-operative. Chef Sumit was till the end of our event present and was personally ensuring perfection in all the dishes. It’s been almost a week but our guests are still in awe of the food and overall quality of the event. It takes a village to make a successful occasion and we can’t thank the teams enough to make ours such a great one!

Having stayed at the Planet Hollywood (PH) Hotel in Thane for several weeks for business and leisure, I can truly say it has been an exceptional experience. The warmth, hospitality and professionalism shown by all members of staff has been brilliant. This is a testament to the 5 star rating for this hotel. From the initial welcome at Reception & Concierge desk from Mayuri, Joyesh and Vikram set the tone for my stay at PH. They and others made sure I was attended to at all times throughout my stay with total courtesy and a welcoming attitude. My thanks to the Restaurant team. There are so many who I got to know personally, but to name a few: Sandip, Pankaj, Grishma, Ajay, Sanjivani, Kunal Vrushali, Pradeep, Abdul, Chouba Dhabanjay & Roshni. What a team! Always attentive, welcoming, with a smile on their faces going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had all that I needed. Absolutely brilliant team! Special thanks to the Chef Kadak Singh who made time at every opportunity to ensure that the excellent food was to my liking and taste. Chef came out from behind the scenes to make sure that he and his team catered for anything I wanted. Thanks to Chef Kadak Singh and his Team for making such delicious food. I just want to highlight the Gym Instructor- Satish, who took it upon himself to teach me and subsequently train me in the gym. Satish was brilliant, advising me and carefully training me in all aspects of health and fitness. This training and his expert knowledge dispensed with a smile will be invaluable as I return home. Thank you Satish. I would also like thank Pankaj in Housekeeping who made sure that my room was kept clean and all provisions made. Pankaj did this with so much care and made sure at all times that I was happy. Thank you Planet Hollywood Thane! I will certainly be using this hotel next time I come back to Thane.

We celebrated a family function at the banquet hall. The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The food options, the taste, and the presentation were simply the best. We loved both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The service was very good and the staff was very polite. The air conditioning was top notch, and it gave us a pleasant experience even when the banquet hall was full of guests. Lastly, the washrooms were very clean and well maintained.

This was a average place where you can find a descent atmosphere and food. Service was not excellent but good. Cost wise expensive. You should think twice before you plan to visit this place.
