Love visiting Decathlon ❤ This place always has something new to offer. Thwy are not just selling sport ans sports related materials, equipments, gear etc. But they are motivating and inspiring a normal human being to try out new stuff to keep himself fit and active.

Nice setup and affordable prices. Staff is cordial. I would have preferred if there were more personnel available for answering questions. The billing system is faceless. Payments can also be made over the app. Just show the payment on mobile while exiting.

Good place to visit and buy things. And you can have a trial also there. Say like you want cycle, u can 've test ride(drive) 😉

This Decathlon is located in first floor of Big shopping mall, Thane, Godbunder Road. Very good place for buying any sports, picnic items, bycycles, shoes, scandals, items for exercise, shorts, shirts, track wear, skates, wave boards swimming costumes etc. I bought wave board and inline skates for my son from this decathlon. They also provide service for the item purchased from here. Staff over here are very polite and helpful. Self payment, online payment facilities are also available here. You don't have to wait in long queue for payment. Outside decathlon there is a playing area also. Ample amount of parking is there for the mall. Parking fees is Rs. 20 for car.

Product quality not good, when compared with the price they charge. It's better to buy other brands or unbranded products rather than these. Their stores seems to be working because there is no competition from an organized player at it's scale. This needs to change for customers to get better quality products, & value for the amount being paid.

Good store but not so great costumer acknowledgement. We were allowed to play for 4 days but suddenly their mind changed. Apparently it rained 2 hours ago and the area is dry enough for anyone to play but as per Decathlon Thane employees we cant play because the area is wet. But it is safe for them to conduct their own karate and Zumba classes even if the area is wet. Update: All the issues I had has been fixed! They have started to make communities to better support the people who are interested.

Its located in Hyper City Mall, Kasarvadavali on 1st floor. Place is huge and has all the things for camping, sports, winters, rains, etc and In general everything you expect in a Decathlon

Amazing place and best deals. Good stuff at good rate and Decathlon since they started I have been a loyal customer and in my every visit I have bought a lot of stuff. I usually go to the Atria Mall store but this time visited this one and it was huge. If you don’t find a product or if it’s not in stock they also deliver it free to you. There are lot of options in every category. The best part was after billing a staff to come us and asked how was your experience and was there something that you were looking but couldn’t find. This is called customer centricity. Staff working here are very very courteous and helpful. I recommend everyone to visit here and I am sure it will be worth it.

Amazing store with the great staff! All the staff around is very supportive and they are so much trained on the products. It makes buying process a lot easier and you buy the exact thing what u need. Please make a proper trial room with good lights inside the cubicle. Can't expect to come out everytime to see the outfit in good light

Best place to buy sports material and all products related to sports

Completely useless store & staff. Spent today an hour identifying trekking items with the help of staff. On checkout the prices mentioned on the rack & checked by employees was more than double. Spent more than an hour bearing suffocation & heat as aircons were not working and at the end it was a complete waste.
