Had the worst shopping experience at Westside, The Walk. The manager (Sarvesh) is too arrogant and has no respect towards customers. I happened to visit the store to get few of my products exchanged and faced a lot of issues doing the same. The manager and the staff (Rahul and Ankur) kept misguiding me with their policies and the conversation reached a point where they happened to yell at me. Towards the end, they decided to not help me with exchange of my items and ended the conversation by saying that the policy is not applicable in their store. I fail to understand how a policy which is accepted nationwide happens to not work in that particular store. Instead of helping me out with this, they started speaking about my shopping ethics. Moreover after all the arguments the manager and the staff had the audacity to smile and were completely okay with us filing a complaint. “Kar lijiye appko jo complaint karni hai” were their exact words. I really hope some action is taken towards this. I never expected to be spoken to like this as a customer and I am highly disappointed.

We had a very good experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Kudos to Ajit and Sweety. Sweety really helped with browsing through the collection and sizes. Collection here was up to date and stock was available too. Highly recommend this outlet.

First time went to West side.The price & the ranges available was decent. I need to specially mention the Customer Service of Ms. Kanchan( photo attached). She did amazing service. Her service made both myself & my wife to buy more. She made my wife tried many options & was moving between the trial room & the dress section so many times.Her attitude towards customers was amazing. She did not once wink an eye to do service. I was totally impressed. I request Tata West side manager to take note of this. Her time for duty was over till she waited for us to finish our shopping. Kudos to her attitude. I requested her for a photo to just highlight her attitude towards work. God bless her with amazing success.Being a salesperson myself there are times we get down with customers demand but not Kanchan.

Untrained staff. Take forever for billing. Very pushy to offer the membership ‘benefits’. Also rude when you don’t buy the membership. Only one counter is working for billing. The manager and staff here have a perpetual look of boredom and disgust. Will refrain from shopping from this particular Westside. Let them learn the basics first. Seeing the other reviews it’s obvious this is a recurring problem with some of the staff with their disgusting attitudes. The management should consider reconsider keeping such untrained unprofessional staff.

Sunita Jadhav was very great and helpful with all the products .. very precise and specific with matching the clothing with the concerned persons skin tone .. weight and body type and moreover the way she was promoting the products as a perfect employee should promote their organisations product .. amazing experience overall..👍🏽

Situated within The Walk at Hiranandani, ground +1 facility. Having all kind of apperals for different size, especially for women. Shope peaceful.. not at all crowded like shopes in malls. Best for western and Indian fashion.

Located in the core of Hiranandani Estate, The Walk, this Westside outlet is expected to have highly customer service trained staff. Unfortunately, the staff from both counters on ground and 1st floor have less than road-side type vendors' attitude, extremely unpolite and impersonal, bordering with disgusting.

The shop is really good. New sizes and options come in weekly. The customer service team that is staffed here are very professional and helpful. The selection itself isn't very pricey and is just about affordable in terms of quality vs pricing. Thank you for the service! Cheers.

Its a welknown brand of woman and men clothing. Cost is affordable. Quality of cloths is good . My teenage daughter loves this shop for its variety of products , styling of cloths, fashion sense and uniqueness. Mens cloth variety is little less as compared to woman is the only flaw.

One of my favorite places to hang out while I was in Thane. Even now I visit it once a month. I like the whole walk from one end to another. The fairs that keep happening in between add to the charm of the place. Chaayos, maezze bistro, theobroma are some of my favorites

The collection is good sometimes and range available from kids clothing to adult clothing including western and ethnic both. Prices are good.

The store opens at 11am. There are 2 floors with 6 billing counters. Sadly only 1 counter of each of the floor is operational. Considering it is the only Westside in the nearby vicinity there is rush. The staff seems absolutely unwelcoming even after complaining on opening up the other counters for billing. Request the team to look into it. The floor manager seems unresponsive as well.

This rating is not for the Outlet. This is for the billing guy, who is forcing to take their membership and when denied, he is showing his arrogancy while billing in a wiered way, if membership not taken, we cannot register your number and you wont get any offers.

Westside at the Walk is a two storied store with a wide selection of western and ethnic wear for men, women, and children. They also have accessories, footwear etc. It's located inside The Walk, a popular shopping promenade and has a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Except for its central location..it lacks 1. Good Staff 2. Clean Changing Rooms 3. Billing Counter Services are worst 4. Men's Clothing same stock lying last 1 yr... Plz improve

Staff is not efficient. On asking for help they will just say look around your self. i wanted shorts for kid and they said the size i want is inside and not easy to find. Don't expect this answer. At billing counter they will do everything except Bill quick.

Good choices but service is too slow. We had to wait more than 5 minutes for some 'manager' to come for exchange of a clothing we had bought. Place is nice, a bit cold but overall big. Choices are almost unlimited here and beautiful. The only problem was the changing rooms. There was only 1 trial room available and the other 2 were filled unnecessarily with some boxes and my son had to change in there as there was someone else in the cleared one. Unfair, request to improve this.

This store has the best billing staff. Very polite and patient. Also, thanks to the lady at trial room who allowed me to try stuff although the trial time was up. I just took 2-3 minutes but she was very polite and helpful. Amazing customer service.
