Had a relative's birthday @ this place. The hall was not quite big. Around 100 peoples were invited. The decoration made was good. The chairs for guest sitting were found less. Many guests were standing due to lack of chairs arrangement. The food was ok. There was not table arrangement for having food for guests. The guests have to take their food on their hand & eat. Many of them have to stand & eat. Management have to take a lot of care & improve all this.

Beautiful ambience, tasty food. A good and spacious place with greenery and flower decor gives a soothing and peaceful experience. The family restaurant also has a separate bar section.

A good place which has an ample amount of space to accommodate a big group of people. It has parking space for two and four wheelers. A jungle theme entrance to the restaurant. It has a variety of dishes. We liked cottage cheese roll for starters which was delicious. They have a facility to cook non veg dishes in a variety of styles like agari or malvani etc. Order will be served in quite a time which is acceptable as it takes time to cook fresh food.

Visited this place for dinner in Malwa, thane near highway. I was amazed with the decor and food . They have huge space for outdoor and indoor seating with a banquet hall for functions.valet parking is available. Must try sea food here

Had been there for marriage function. Hall could accomodate 200max I feel. But more had come. One life at backside near bride n groom's room. But people who did not know this had to take stairs . Food was really good and served on ground floor.

Had a great experience dining here. It's a place where you can chill out with friends and also have a couple dinner night. A place with good ambience and very delicious food. Just tried tandoori surmai... It was just Wowwwww.... Also me tried Bombil fry , and sizzling brownie. Must visit this place. Come here and enjoy their delicious food and good service.

Have always been a fan of the original or the first sai sagar. This is truly the next as it is made to a level next. They have almost 3 dining sections one open and two air conditioned. The food as usuall will never disappoint you and if it still the staff is more than willing to make the particular dish taking your customisation into consideration.

it wasn't an enjoyable night as the food was not good and the service was adorable. as we reached the hotel by 11.15 in night. while taking the order the attender inform us that '' we have to first and the last order as the kitchen is going to close soon''. So we order as per it and the crowd was also less. But to our surprise the starter came after 20 min which is too long time as per me (As their hardly any customer). Meanwhile other guest came and they started taking the order which was shocking to us. As the food quality was not OK also. it didn't had any taste but as we dont have any option and being with family we didn't want any back and forth of the dish from table to kitchen. i neglated it and take the food. On top of that attender came and ask me how was the food. i inform him all the missing things. He inform me that the head cook has left as the time was over and other had me the food. i was quite new as the chef had done for the day before the hotel has close. so please think and go.

First of all the ambiance and the service is really outstanding.. very warm people.. will fix everything for you.. the chef and the food preparation with the presentation is amazinggg.. its a must visit place..

Lovely ambience... Food quality and taste for me is by far the best in Parsik Nagar... Service is quick and the staff is polite... Kudos to the lady manager who will always greet the customers and make us feel welcomed

I have visited 4 times at this hotel and had nonveg food (either fish or Chinese) and we all have ended up with upset stomach everytime. My mother has always ended up vomiting the whole day after eating from here... Don't know whether the food is stale or not cooked properly. But there is something that's not right here. Would not recommend

I will give zero star but that option is not available. Ordered full chicken tandoori but they delivered only half chicken tandoori. Don't know why they are running this restaurant if they can't check online order properly. Totally disappointed I will never suggest anyone.

Amazing hotel! The ambience is very beautiful, especially the decoration of flowers. The variety of food is just crazy and i love it! One can try many international recipes which you can't eat at normal restos. The food is on pricier side, but i think it's worth it. The service is great, however i feel that service time could be improved. But the wait is worth the dish haha.

I have attended family function at one of the banquet hall. Good appearance. Recommend for excellent food quality from starter to lunch. Manager attitude is noted aggressive for some accident incidence, may be he in tension due to 2-3 events on same time. But manager should be always with ice on head, sugar in mouth & wheels in foot.

This review is for wedding function 1. Food was delicious and of good quality. Specially pineapple raita and veg manchurian and spring roll in starter. Veg biryani was also prepared well. 2. Room services and management was pathetic. For all small small things we need to contact manager.staff is not responsive. No water in rooms also extra bed was not arranged which was promised. 3. Decorations on event was not at all satisfactory. You can only consider this for food services.. Nothing else.

Being a cost effective hotel we checked in without great expectations. Even with low expectations it was a poor show. Service of all staff just ok. Only security service and attitude was excellent. Had to wait 15 mts for lift as room I'd cards and replacements were not working. Overall below average.

I went to attend wedding event in their banquet hall. Very nice AC hall. Welcome drinks very nice. Hall is good for 100 people event not more than that. Food was served at ground hotel area. Food quality was awesome kudos to their chefs. I enjoyed the buffet lunch. IceCream was very nice. Good parking area outside. Near reti bunder road. Very nice area of parsik nagar. Entry is from reti bunder side road. One advice for the owner. Please avoid using plastic packaged water bottles, use some other alternatives this will reduce pollution. Have a pan shop as well outside or in campus area. Plant more real flowers instead of fake ones. Green area can be improved by giving a nice theme.

We went to this hotel as recommended by my family friend. I have to say, this is a hidden gem in terms of food, quality and the ambience. We had ordered ghee roast Tandoori it was so mouth-watering that I wished I had ordered one more plate but I was full. The best part was we ordered both non-veg and veg and I was surprised to see they all were truly Amazing, Panner was so fresh it was melting. I would recommend anyone and everyone living nearby and those from thane, Kalwa and Mumbra to visit this place and try it for yourself. You will not REGRET it! lastly, the manager and waiters were so polite and respectful that I genuinely thank them for the professional service they gave us. Thank you All.

Really nice place in the locality. I've been visiting this place since 2 years. It's great for celebrating family functions, gatherings and they have a lawn area for hosting big celebration events as well. The only problem I face is there's no seperate place for couples where smoking is allowed. So, either you need to go to the men's section or need to getup and go far in between drinks to have a smoke. Would be great if they do a partition and make a small area for families with smoking allowed. Overall, the ambience is really great.
