Hello guys visited cinepolis for the movie it was great. They have well hygiene and the washroom are also clean and maintained. Everything is maintained properly the theater hall was clean proper temperature also. You can go with your friends and family and enjoy the movie with popcorn and multiple other options are available. You can order it also and get it on your seat.

It's better and cheaper at Starbucks which everyone thinks is expensive! Also there is some kind of weird smell which is disappointing. Gave the 4th star only because washrooms are nice and clean.

Yeah, they got the best Dolby sound with surrealism. IMAX screen are pretty good with area coverage. The price of popcorn combos are reasonable. Option for middle seats for the best experience.

Overall experience of watching the movie here was quite good , got the tickets of the movie I wanted but the ticketing staff needs to be more polite with the customers , really liked the clean washroom they have just they need to add a big mirror for a selfie , price of the tickets are also reasonable for the services offered.

Nice movie hall with 8+ screens. Imax and 4DX facilities available along with that a premium feel (only) screens available BUT they start show way to late. No response from staff even after saying them from past few years. But that said, if you want to watch movie when you in Viviana then this is your go to place.

Cinepolis Viviana is a multiplex movie theater in viviana mall. Its really big and havie 14 screens in it. Out of these fourteen, four are Cinepolis VIP. It has a large waiting area and lounge with comfortable seating arrangements. It has two sections for foods and beverages. One is at the main entrance and another one is on left of the entrance toward cinepolis VIP along with one dedicated icecream counter. The later one has a comprehensive menu including pizzas, salads, ricebowls etc. It has multiple movie experience systems say Dolby atmos 7.1, IMAX, IMAX 3D, 4DX etc. Recently we watched 'Avatar-The way of Water' in IMAX 3D and it was such a breathtaking experience just loved it. Being in Viviana mall, Parking is not a problem. It has also a small souvenir shopping store inside.

Apart from 4dx the theatre is having comfortable seats, high-quality audio and visual presentation, a clean and well-maintained environment, and a variety of refreshments. Cinepolis in Viviana Mall located on the Thane Eastern Express Highway, Cinepolis is very well maintained,washrooms are very well painted and kept clean.The ideal location I'll be there with family and friends. There are plenty of snack options available, including popcorn, boiled corn, and momo...don't worry about timing, as the movie will start 15 minutes late due to advertisements and future movie trailers.

The place is good. Have a lot of halls for movies. Seating qualities are comfy. The ticket price is reasonable.They support and encourage some social working NGOs in their premises for the donation collection which is a good initiative.

Very awesome experience, especially in IMAX. Good visuals, good comfort and felt that sound was a bit less but it will surely cover well. IMAX is a better experience for some extra bucks, if you are looking for quality experience. Enjoy it once.

Only place in thane where 4dx is available, but not the best experience. I'd prefer IMAX rather than 4DX. But, quality is great and cleanliness is top notch

Went there to watch Thor love and thunder ...had good experience... audio quality was as good as expected in Cinepolis......outside food was allowed...so we took our fav soya chaps. And clean toilets ..hence5*
