First up, Spinny has best used car collection. They keep car in great condition, you can see it right from your first test drive. I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Vento and I must tell you, the car was in a really good shape, better than I expected. And the staff is REALLY amazing right from the advisors to loan department, the delivery guy and even the driver who brought the vehicle for the test drive. Everyone is professional. Digvijay really helped me out in everything, right from the delivery to solving each and every query I put forth. The person is really helpful and listens to you, which is really important. And yes, I got my car in just ONE day from my booking date. Everything was so super quick and they delivered the car before my loan disbursal. They promised to deliver me the car in one day and they did it! I am super super impressed!!!! WAY TO GO SPINNY !!

In 2022 I first bought a Celerio from Andheri Spinny hub and everything was seamless, no issues and the car was delivered the same day. Unfortunately I did not experience the same from Korum Mall Spinny hub. In Nov 2023 I bought Renault Triber in exchange of Celerio and I was given a decent value for the car and i accepted to exchange the car with Spinny. The journey starts from the moment I decided to buy the car. (I am not going to name the people individually) First the person who sold the car was extremely confused and I received calls from her for every 15 mins for each and every tiny query. Example in the first call I told her that I have loan approved for this car so I have to pay only 1L from my pocket. I received a call in one hour asking me how will I pay remaining 6.5L. The entire process restarted and this happened atleast 3 times on the same day. Then she said the car will not be delivered and I need to pick it up which I declined then after 15 mins I got a call back stating that car will be delivered by 8PM. I was waiting for so long then I decided to call and check the status at 9PM and guess what she absconded and no response. I received a call at 10:30 and the delivery guy said he just left from the mall and what is the address. After reaching home he informed that madam did not tell me that there is a delivery and she forgot about it. Now coming to second part of the story, while this entire car buying process was going on there was another process was going on behind the scenes, which is selling the old car. The guy who I was in touch with for the entire process was so nice to me and explained every single steps and said you will also receive exchange bonus of rs 10,000/- which will be transferred to your bank account. It’s been 22 days so far and no news of the exchange bonus. Guess what the guy who was so nice to me for the entire process he is no longer available for a call nor he responds to messages.he replies in between and says he has informed the team and you will get the money soon and still now I have not received anything. Over all the car I bought is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, as usual Spinny as a brand is good when it comes to car. Unfortunate for me that I chose a car which is from this particular branch where either the staff is not well trained and they need to understand what has to be promised and what should not be. I have had bad experience and I hope I get my 10,000/-.

Spinny sucks compared to other car sell platforms. Dont leave the place during inspection of car as they handle things as if they have purchased the car already, very rough handling they might break things for sure if owner is not around. Spinny takes more than 24 hours to give offer price and they offer peanuts. Not yet an established player in car sale market. During 3 km test drive my car was oversped on speed breaker and silencer could have broken, please guide driver dont assume they will drive nicely.
