I
first
bought
a
Celerio
from
Andheri
Spinny
hub
and
everything
was
seamless,
no
issues
and
the
car
was
delivered
the
same
day.
Unfortunately
I
did
not
experience
the
same
from
Korum
Mall
Spinny
hub.
In
Nov
2023
I
bought
Renault
Triber
in
exchange
of
Celerio
and
I
was
given
a
decent
value
for
the
car
and
i
accepted
to
exchange
the
car
with
Spinny.
The
journey
starts
from
the
moment
I
decided
to
buy
the
car.
(I
am
not
going
to
name
the
people
individually)
First
the
person
who
sold
the
car
was
extremely
confused
and
I
received
calls
from
her
for
every
15
mins
for
each
and
every
tiny
query.
Example
in
the
first
call
I
told
her
that
I
have
loan
approved
for
this
car
so
I
have
to
pay
only
1L
from
my
pocket.
I
received
a
call
in
one
hour
asking
me
how
will
I
pay
remaining
6.5L.
The
entire
process
restarted
and
this
happened
atleast
3
times
on
the
same
day.
Then
she
said
the
car
will
not
be
delivered
and
I
need
to
pick
it
up
which
I
declined
then
after
15
mins
I
got
a
call
back
stating
that
car
will
be
delivered
by
8PM.
I
was
waiting
for
so
long
then
I
decided
to
call
and
check
the
status
at
9PM
and
guess
what
she
absconded
and
no
response.
I
received
a
call
at
10:30
and
the
delivery
guy
said
he
just
left
from
the
mall
and
what
is
the
address.
After
reaching
home
he
informed
that
madam
did
not
tell
me
that
there
is
a
delivery
and
she
forgot
about
it.
Now
coming
to
second
part
of
the
story,
while
this
entire
car
buying
process
was
going
on
there
was
another
process
was
going
on
behind
the
scenes,
which
is
selling
the
old
car.
The
guy
who
I
was
in
touch
with
for
the
entire
process
was
so
nice
to
me
and
explained
every
single
steps
and
said
you
will
also
receive
exchange
bonus
of
rs
10,000/-
which
will
be
transferred
to
your
bank
account.
It’s
been
22
days
so
far
and
no
news
of
the
exchange
bonus.
Guess
what
the
guy
who
was
so
nice
to
me
for
the
entire
process
he
is
no
longer
available
for
a
call
nor
he
responds
to
messages.he
replies
in
between
and
says
he
has
informed
the
team
and
you
will
get
the
money
soon
and
still
now
I
have
not
received
anything.
Over
all
the
car
I
bought
is
in
EXCELLENT
CONDITION,
as
usual
Spinny
as
a
brand
is
good
when
it
comes
to
car.
Unfortunate
for
me
that
I
chose
a
car
which
is
from
this
particular
branch
where
either
the
staff
is
not
well
trained
and
they
need
to
understand
what
has
to
be
promised
and
what
should
not
be.
I
have
had
bad
experience
and
I
hope
I
get
my
10,000/-.
