I bought two specs from here. It’s not even 1 year and both the frames have broken.. I went to get it repaired they denied saying it can’t be repaired and that you have to buy a new one .. tried repairing it from various shops other than lenskart but, nobody is ready to repair it as it turns out that it’s a poor quality frame .. very disappointed by the staff for not helping me repair it. The scheme that they have one plus one free it is a total scam as the frame quality is very bad.. They are not even ready to provide compensation for all this and on top of that all they can offer is to buy the same cheap quality frame.

Very lovely experience of Meadows Branch of Lenskart. The sales person Jasvika was very helpful and supportive. Although it was a weekend and the branch was crowded she patiently solved all our queries and helped us choose our frames as per our face cut. A big Thank You to Dear Jasvika.

They have a really good collection of frames and the offers are mind blowing. The staffs are very patient and helpful. Delivery lead time depends upon the lens and not all items can be delivered to home. Parking is a concern. Eye checkup can be done.

Horrible experience. No response after giving my lens for some repair. Only buying time you get service. Post that you are at their mercy. I will definitely think twice to buy from them again.

Cool place which provides different types of specs, frames and sunglasses. Offers are also available which provide discount and other perks. The place is well sanitized and clean. Staff is well behaved and are very cooperative. Must visit to buy a pair of specs. My overall experience was good.

The store attendant Mr Manish Trivedi is rude. Reluctant to help. Bought a rimless specs in December and visited the store to fix it today (it came with 6 months warranty) At 8:34pm , the shutter is half down, Mr Manish Trivedi told me that the store was closed for a month and will be opening tomorrow He added that, he has to send the glasses to the lab and it will take atleast 7 days (!)to repair the frame balance. He was not in mood to assist but push me out of store He even suggested me to go nearby lenskart showroom Horrific experience in 3years. Lenskart aap aise to na the! Guys. Try other local players and Titan nearby. They fixed the issue at nominal fees in flat 13minutes. Shame on Lenskart,

Visited the store on 2nd September 2023, gave my no. For eye check up they said to wait for 30 minutes , while that I was looking for specs, after 40 minutes asking them about the test they said that they called our name and we did not responded, whereas we were in the store itself, the Lenskart representative who was assisting us also did not hear them calling any name, it was Pathetic service, staff is not helpful, and this is what happens when the brand grows it starts to neglect the costumers, most pathetic experience ever at Lenskart.

A wonderfull experience.... visited this brand randomly as the brand we used to was not available that day but man.... The brand we used to visit prior to this was our go to brand in eyewear for decades and we felt they were reasonable but after visiting ang buying from this place. We were shoked to know we were paying wayyuyyy more then what we would have paid here. I got a pair of basic glasses in here for only ₹2000 and which was a shocker for me cause I used to pay 5-6 k on the same pieces and designs in my older brand .... Even the customer service in here is super friendly and cooperative and the best part is THEIR IS NO COUNTER IN FRONT OF THE SHOW RACKS SO U DONT HAVE TO RELY ON THE STAFF TO CHOOSE A PAIR OF GLASSES FOR YOU CAN PERSONALLY TOUCH AND FEEL THE GLASSES ON YOUR OWN AND THAT'S A PLUS POINT WHEN YOUR GLASSES ARE BROKEN AND U CAN'T SEE THE FRAMES FROM 5FEET AWAY ON THE WALL. and thier delivery scheme is so considerate they delivered both the pair of specs separately so that if one is ready first it's sent and customer can wear it by the time other one comeswhich is a good point when u r managing with broken specs....

I am really impressed with staffs engaged with me at store. There was a young girl who were helping me was extremely professional & skilled in her area. I am impressed with staff though company has to also think about services which was getting impacted to customer due to lack of space in store. Store was extremely small made lots of inconvenience.

I have to go 4 to 5 times just to get my spectacle fit and make it ready to use. There was centering issue I was totally taken back by seeing such service issue.

Good store experience only if you had more staff who can attend and guide customers for more information on products and pricing since some of the models didn’t have prices

In-shop experience is very comfortable and the sales persons are very well spoken and understanding. Money's worth with the frames, lenses and the customer services. 100% would recommend. Manish Trivedi was my support when I visited the Shop.

I found the store well maintained with good variety of frames. The staff was polite and professional. The thing that amazed me the most was, the views shared by eye check up attendent (I was attended by Ms. Muskan) were similar to the view's shared by my opthamologist. I usually am reluctant about eye check up at such store's, however was enlightened here!

We bought 2 spects each for 3 members in our family. Multiple times frames are broken, not repaired properly.Very poor craftsmanship, after sales service compared with competition.

I found staff professional & polite. It was first time for me but experience was very good. The only limitation was range of product/frames for Kids as I couldn't get much options.

They get ample customers but not able service them. Product is good but pathetic customer service. Wont be availing service here on. Better to pay high price at stores besides them for service.

Not at all good they have the worst customer service my experience was horrible the staff was not bothered no one attended us we waited for about 1hr and we were only going to the staff to ask them about the price in that also they were acting as if they were doing us some favour..at the end also they were not bothered they just wanted to finish the business and shut the store and my time got wasted as they were not helpful at all.

Visited lenskart for the first time since I had to get prescription specs for my wife. The doctor prescribed her Progressively lens. Even though I am wearing prescription spectacles (progressive) for a very long but this was my first visit to lenskart. I had previously bought from Titan eye+ and other local manufacturers. So after discussing the choice of store between us, we decided to visit lenskart. It is a new experience of buying prescription lenses. Mr. Deepak, at this particular store greeted us upon entering and enquired about our requirements. Upon understanding it, he explained how the process works, the cost of frames and cost of lens and also told us about the scheme of buy 1 get 1 free. (Even though I had a specs with me, I opted for the free one and got myself another pair). Unlike other stores, where you are handed frames by a salesman, We can choose and try frames which suits our face, was a new experience for us. Deepak also suggested, what types of frames to choose, since we had to buy progressive lens. Upon final selection, Deepak explained us the types of progressive lenses available at lenskart along with it cost. He entered all the details, like: Power of the lenses as prescribed by doctor, model number of the selected frames and also took pupil distance and the selected lenses. The specs were delivered to the store on the committed date at the store and we collected it the next day. I also received a call from the store confirming that the specs are ready and can be collected. We tried the New specs and found it to be perfect. The build quality, and casing all looks good, but how it performs over a period of time, has to be watched. Overall a good experience. And I would give Mr. Deepak a rating of 9. Some suggestions, I am not sure but I hope that lenskart would be already following it. The frames are handled & tried by multiple customers. Which makes it prone to infection (which can be of any type). Thus, regular sanitisation of the frames is very important. Please keep the good work and certainly you have made the competition feel the heat. As this is an essential product and the cost of prescription lenses is very expensive, and lenskart has tried to make it pocket friendly to an extent.

It was great visiting the store and the staff was also great as they did eye testing properly and advised which frame would suit,and explained the benefits of gold membership and extra protection coating on the glasses. And Sheetal here helped in selecting the right frames for my family.

I have reach out to store and doing inquiry regarding power lenses, but female representative was not much helpful and little bit aggressive. This should be fixed otherwise customer loyalty will be rid off from the LENSKART store.

Very poor service, I have been visiting the place since last 2 years, but have never experienced such low treatment, the previous staff was very attentive and focused on the customer satisfaction and providing proper service. This time the staff is new and all were just chit chatting with each other and making fun of customers and least bothered about clearing customer doubts and giving them proper service. This is very least expected from Lenskart.

The lenskart expert at the store is very helpful and an excellent guide. We entered the story a bit late at night, but she attended us very well. Showed us the required frame, helped select the right lens for my son. Overall a pleasant experience. The delivery was also quick and smooth. And i trust to get a similar post sales experience too. Best service ever!! They fixed my bent frames within minutes during peak hours. I was worried that they might break if anyone tried fixing it, but Fazal from Lenskart was swift enough to fix my frames effortlessly.

Very supportive staff. Guides you and answers all your questions and stays with you throughout the ordering process. To get eye number tested please go to other places where proper eye drops testing method is followed and with that prescriotion come here. I am coming to this place since 5years as it is worth it

Wonderful service given by Pradeep, extremely polite and friendly. I just had to get my glasses fitted and they did it within minutes with no extra charges. Seriously the best place to get this kind of stuff done.
