I'm really disappointed with the quality of the frames and the glasses. Its really not worth the money anymore. Fitting is clumsy and unreliable. Staff are polite but even when I told them about my fitting issue with my new frame they just wouldn't help. Instead, they start giving really unuseful advice which makes the whole experience worse than it should be. Its probably because they experienced staff has left the place and the current ones are not trained very well. I've been using Gangar for more than 25 years and I've been visiting this store for at least 5 years and I can really see that quality is deteriorating while prices remain high.

Gangar shop is located inside Viviana Mall, on 1st floor on the corner side. Shop has basic eye testing facility and stores branded and in-house Frames for spectacles. Men, Women and Kids sunglasses / frames are available Ray-Ban ,IDEE , and few other brands of sunglasses are also available. Sometimes there's offer on glasses or frames, Good to check those out. Servicing is free of cost of glasses are purchased from Gangar, Excellent service is provided, Team would give a call once your spectacle is serviced. Genuine advice is given by salesperson Polite and courteous staff, Ready to share the information. My Experiences : I had visited when there was an offer on Carl zesis lens Buy 1 Get 1 Free , I had purchased the 2 frames and 1 lens and I am happy with the glasses. It's been closeted to 1 year now using those 🕶️ I have serviced specs couple of times free of cost with a smile I would recommend shop for buying frames/ sunglasses. Have been coming to Gangar optics for years and always had a positive experience. But this time it was next level, it was time to get progressive lenses and the decision was tough. However Sikandar was exemplary in helping me, not only was I able to get the perfect pain of specs but he also helped me get numbered sunglasses and upcycle my old pair of specs with new lenses. Awesome guy, best sales rep.....I will be back a a repeat customer.

Hanger Eye Nation, this is my parents favourite spectacles shop. They usually visit this outlet to check their vision as this outlet offers free check up of the refraction error and they have so many choices in selection of spectacle frames and glasses according to your choice and budget. I found the price is on upper range. The lense price is high while frame prices are ok. The service is nice and polite. It is not crowded and staff is helpful. Located on ground floor and it is on the corner near right end of the entrance hence easily visible.

I had very bad experience with this store , I bought Rayban glairs from them they gave me a case with it which got torn within a month and when I went and ask them about it they were like , sir isme hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai glairs are fine na ,I mean seriously they even did not tried to resolve my issue directly no , It might be possible they have given me old case but still they din bothered and tried to exchange it ,,,I would rate below 0 to them they are good at time of purchasing but later it’s hard to get any services , worst shop won’t ever recommend anyone
