Though
i
been
working
out
in
this
Golds
Gym
for
an
year,
but
i
have
started
workings
out
way
before...
Till
now
i
am
fully
satisfied
with
the
equipments,
the
location
which
is
easy
accessible,
the
parking
and
mostly
our
trainer
we
got
here...
I
was
83kg
before
and
now
I
am
65.8kg
and
it
took
hardly
6
months
to
achieve
it.
The
valuable
tips,
suggestion
he
gave
helps
me
a
lot
in
weight
loss...
About
our
trainer...I
always
seen
him
giving
advices,
guidance
and
support
to
all
those
who
come
to
the
gym
for
workout.
Moreover
he
always
motivates
and
pushes
you
to
your
limit
and
helps
to
accomplish
your
fitness
goal.
I
am
posting
this
today
because
i
have
seen
someone
has
newly
posted
unfair
and
untrue
comments
about
the
gym
and
our
trainer
that
i
can't
dijest
as
being
one
of
the
members
in
the
gym...
Though
I
had
been
trained
under
few
trainers,
never
seen
a
trainer
who
is
so
generous,
comfortable,
having
a
thorough
knowlege
in(
weight
training,
weight
loss,
aerobics,
cardio,
ground
exercise
etc)
and
moreover
a
good
friend.
I
would
like
to
*thank*
our
trainer
on
behalf
of
all
the
members
of
our
gym
for
giving
us
all
the
support
and
motivation
and
looking
forward
to
do
the
same
magic
in
the
future....
