I had the most amazing experience at Pure Indulgence. The customer service was amazing and the lady (who sorry, i've forgotten your name!!) was so great. She didn't rush me through my massage, she let me relax and do things at my own pace, which i found was quite nice. I was offered tea, and a little sweet treat, before we dove into the most relaxing massage i've ever had. I literally fell asleep a million times, and had to wake myself up each time i did. (I snore, so that's a little embarrassing haha). It was exactly what i needed. I'd recommend these girls to everyone. A+++++++++

What a wonderful experience. Greeted by Robyn with a warm smile and shown where to change for my 30min spa. The choice of a glass of bubbles or juice was offered...it's Friday I'll take the bubbles please. Not sure after 30 mins which bubbles was more relaxing 😉 Nikki came out to the spa area and introduced herself before leading me to the Lotus room to where she explained about the honey melt I was about to experience over my entire body. Her unhurried, calm and soft approach is refreshing . Thankyou Nikki for making me and my body feel great. I recommend you. I recommend the honey melt as well. I will return . ❤

What a wonderful place to spoil yourself or a friend. Bliss. Lovely staff to greet you and your personal therapist. Lovely serene feeling. Rooms clean and facilities top standard. Special little treats. Very good parking. Lovely setting. Highly recommended.

It's a great little beauty spa hidden away. They offer some great services. I have only tried the hot tub, but we had such a wonderful time! We got a glass of bubbly and a little homemade treat to nibble on. The building is an old villa that has been kept beautifully.

I can’t rate Pure Indulgence enough. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had the experience they are so well known for. Amazing pregnancy massage, and the other lady knew where all my husbands sore spots were. They truly care about their customers experience.

We loved our experience here, everything from the minute you walk in and the amazing customer service/care including the amazing chocolate snack in the spa - the nice tea and the relaxing massage.. can’t recomend enough. Amy and Nat were incredible and we can’t wait to come back, thanks again PI girls - Nic and Neil (also love the recipe books you have for wellness and have already been making the treats - yum!)
