Had
a
very
bitter
experience
at
DHL
Global
Forwarding,
Peliyagoda,
Sri
Lanka.
I
went
there
to
get
some
medicine
from
a
Warehouse.
The
gate
was
open,
there
were
three
security
officers
including
officer
in
charge.
Date
2022-07-11,
17.00hours.
They
didn't
stop
the
car
and
since
the
gate/the
bar
was
open,
we
went
in.
Then
later
since
our
vendor
asked
for
a
gate
pass
(it
was
first
time
I
went
there)
I
went
to
get
the
gate
pass.
The
security
officers
started
to
blame
me
for
not
getting
the
gate
pass
at
entrance.
I
kindly
told
them
it's
their
responsibility
to
keep
the
bar/gate
closed
and
stop
the
vehicles
and
check
the
vehicles
and
the
people
who
goes
in.
They
got
angry
and
further
blamed
in
an
uneducated
manner.
I
complained
to
the
vendor
and
they
too
accepted
that
their
were
several
such
complains
regarding
the
said
chief
security
officer.
I
went
there
to
get
the
gate
pass.
They
should
have
apologized
and
issued
a
gate
pass.
This
is
highly
unacceptable
behavior
to
a
place
like
DHL
Global
Forwarding
with
international
standards
and
customs.
I
am
deeply
concerned
and
would
like
to
express
my
displeasure
towards
the
management
for
keeping
such
people
at
the
front
gate
who
do
not
know
how
to
talk
to
customers.
