It was a great experience, The best dentist i have ever met.The whole staff is soo nice and make us comfortable and everything is done so well down to the smallest detail.Dr. Roshith was awesome he will go through all pros & corns of the procedure more over such a calm person. If you're looking for an honest dentist who can deliver a painless treatment, Roshith is the safest dentist you'll find in England. A few friends recommended Roshith to me. I live in Kingston and went all the way to see him in Broadstairs to get a quick treatment. I am so so glad i did. He did an xray of my wisdom teeth using the fanciest latest technology i have seen at a dental clinic. Typical xray machines don't provide a full view I realised. One look at the xray and he told me both of the wisdom teeth are poking out of alignment and while I can live with 1, the other way will keep biting into my cheek causing infections (something previous dentists ignored causing me infections). I agreed to remove it. I didn't feel the local anesthesia at all and the wisdom tooth was gone quickly. I have never received such a painless dental experience in my life. I will go back to Roshith for any dental issues because I trust him. Sadly I haven't been able to trust various local dentists in Kingston. I know Roshith's focus is to provide quickest relief to his patients and not drag treatment to make money. Thank you Roshith! Don't waste your time with dentists if you know you need a surgeon's opinion. Go straight to Roshith.

I am in the process of dental implants - all staff & dentist have been amazing ,explaining everything, not rushing through so you understand. They have been very professional and kind and I'm so happy with the results even though I'm not finished treatment yet!

Such lovely caring professionals, from the friendly receptionist, wonderful dental nurses and two dentists i deal with who are superstars. I cannot recommend this surgery enough.

I have been attending this clinic for several months now for dental implant treatment. I am pleased to say I had the final crown put on today and am very happy to be able to smile with confidence again. I believe mine has not been a straightforward case due to an infection in another tooth root and complications with that. Roshith was happy to see me regularly to check on the healing process of the gum around that and I have found him to be exceptionally kind and caring throughout. In fact all the staff have been courteous and considerate and nothing has been too much trouble for them. The implant process itself has been excellent as Roshith is clearly very skilled at what he does.

Just had implant completed - very professional job. Thorough explanations of all of the work to be done and also talked through pertinent information on the x-rays. Recommend

Outstanding service and care! Rosh and his team deliver expertly across a range of specialisms. I was quite nervous about having implants but was supported through the whole procedure most sensitively. Felt listened to throughout consultation; communication is clear. The centre's new refurb is pretty snazzy - state of the art use of digital imaging is impressive. I am absolutely thrilled with my implants. Highly recommended! Subsequent clean-up session with hygienist Ezhil and assistant Trudy was excellent too. Thorough job and quite a transformation!

Absolutely delighted with the implant I had done this year. The staff at Southbank are, without exception, friendly and polite, and the Oudh-loving Rosh is particularly charming, reassuring and, of course, highly proficient at what he does ... my implant looks great - I wonder if you can guess which one it is?!

Went for the first time for a hygienist appointment. Staff was friendly and the space was nice The hygienist seemed to be in a hurry as there was no precision in her movements during the cleaning, which left me with several wounds in my mouth. I could feel how careless she was while doing the procedure.

Absolutely amazing experience for my wife who was extremely anxious and intended to have sedation for one tooth. The team settled her THAT much that she had TWO out WITHOUT sedation. We cannot recommend you guys enough, you have a superb attitude towards people who have a fear of dentists 🦷. Roshi……. My wife has no words to thank You. You were amazing !!!!!

If you’re reading this review then you’re considering a visit to Southbank. Let me say, this is an absolutely superb practice with highly skilled Dentists / Oral Surgeons. I have just finished my treatment with Roshith Valiyamannil (3 extractions, and 3 implants) and could not be happier with the end results. My new teeth look fantastic and it’s a joy to be able to chew properly again. I should also say, that all the staff here are great - very friendly and professional. They will make anyone with any anxieties feel completely at ease. You don’t need to read any more, just give them a call…! You will not be sorry!

I’m a very nervous patient So far I’ve been for new client check up and 2 fillings and my dentist has been Samir. Both he and the dental nurse were so so lovely to me, calm, kind, reassuring and encouraging. Very sweet, gentle and non judgemental. Also friendly and able to have a bit of a laugh. The centre is spotlessly clean, all staff are welcoming and friendly. So far I’m really happy I chose to become a patient here Thank you.

I recently had a crown fitted at Southbank Dentist and Jens my dentist was simply amazing. The dental nurses were too. I would highly recommend them.

I broke my tooth accidentally, consequently I had to have the tooth removed and I opted for an implant. The whole process was carried out smoothly and sympathetically by all concerned. The resulting implant has so far been very successful.

I have always been very pleased with the care that all staff have given me and the work of the hygenist and the dentist. I am not the most brave of patients but am always put at my ease. In recent weeks, my mother has also had cause to be delighted with their work. Her new dentures make her look like my mum again and for that I am so grateful. I can recommend this Southbank unreservedly.

Many thanks to Samir for a great service. After too long of a time not seeing a dentist, he has got me back on track and sorted. Would gladly recommend Southbank.

After thinking long and hard I decided to have a dental implant. My own dentist doesn’t do implants but referred me to Southbank. I visited the practice several times before making my final decision. Roshith always made me feel very relaxed, knowing that I’m a very anxious patient. I started my treatment three weeks ago, the next visit is April.I had decided to have sedation, but on the day my blood pressure was too high, Roshith explained calmly that I could rebook, or continue without sedation., I decided to go ahead without sedation. I did not experience ANY pain, and was really proud of myself for continuing without sedation, I put this down to Roshith and his staff helping me to feel calm and confident. I cannot recommend Roshith and his team highly enough. Will update after my next visit in April.

Excellent treatment this morning.l had an extraction which was done so smoothly and efficiently. Very kind approach with full explanation of the procedure and after care. I have attended this dental practice for many years and have always found all those who work there very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend !

So I had the 1st & 2nd stage of my tooth implant done yesterday! Roshith and the team done an amazing Job which I felt no pain at all. The worst thing was the needle going in at the beginning but that lasted all of 2 seconds. I would highly recommend Southbank for anyone thinking of getting this done. If I could give move stars then I would!!
