Internet said closes at 10pm. But when I turned up at 9:05 they looked closed. Even though everything was turned off and packed away. They still made me 2 different krushems coz I had the munchies 🍃🍃. Big respect to them for not refusing service and making them without any issue. If the staff see this thank you ♥️

Such a worst experience with this KFC which is located in Ramsgate. We ordered huge amount of food and they missed two Items and look at the freaking wrap its completely burnt and vegetables are bit different in taste. So the Franchise owner have to look into this issue. Thanks 🙏🏻

To be honest with you folks I was homeless around a half of decade ago and me and the boys used to go and collect bags full of KFC wastage, which was mainly chicken that was too old to sell. This tasted worse than what we were getting from the skip. The drumsticks were dry and the batter was soggy the teriyaki bites were so over sauced that you could barely taste the chicken. I do understand that there's money to be made but please keep up your food service standards.

I visited this place the other day. I liked everything very much. Friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices, great selection. We got our order quickly, so everything was hot and tasty.

Olly is a marvellous employee .I came in and the person that served me had difficulty understanding my order .Olly completely took over very professionally and completed my order .If only everyone was like that it would be great .

The best place to take a meal, the food is fresh and hot every time. The staff is friendly and so polite, and I don't have to wait too much to get my food. Is a pleasure to eat in this clean restaurant. Very happy

This is going down hill every time I use it! I have had cold, raw in the centre, smelling off. Its pretty disgusting. Off the menu for us from now on

Rude lady at counter (bright blonde hair ) wouldn't stop giving us dirty looks the whole time she has a staring problem wont be comming back unless she sorts herself out

I was there late, so food was cooked to order and it STILL comes up almost cold barely warm. I was last to leave and the staff just grunt as they let you out the locked door, Service with a smile , Hmmmm.

Missing food from simple order as WOW box this morning. Had saggy chips without salt,chicken burger was like been re-heat in microwave,peace of chicken missing and I bought extra wrap of the day which was so disgusting and too me straight on toilet after all .do not recommend. So disappointed

Service through Just eat app was like a scam...took my order and money lied about it being delivered. Then I had to email just eat to complain which can take up to a few days. Do not use!

I have had 3 orders where food was missed now on the 3rd u complained and pretty much got called a lier. And today at 9pm gone to the store that lights are on, o closed sign and door is open just to have a member of staff look at me like I have broken the law or something tell me they are closed. Sorry but service and food quality are disgustingly low customer service is a joke. For a brand with such a big name this branch needs alot of work if not closing

Used one of the kiosk machines to order (eating in) and the order was made very quickly, we were called over when it was ready. The food and drinks were all very nice and good price.

Makes orders incorrectly, sometimes missing just a sauce, other times missing a whole meal. Online ordering is worse as its always wrong.

Been here twice and won't be going back. Both times food was overcooked and drippin with grease. I've seen friendlier faces when I visit my pal inside than the face on the big ol lump behind the counter. Cheer up luv, it might not happen..
