Ordered X- large chicken shish. Protion was defently not x-large. chicken is burnt, not tasty at all, dry meet. Worst chicken shish I ever tried

We have used this place for 7 years. Unfortunately under new ownership and it has gone downhill rapidly. Food orders wrong, waiting over an hour or more for what used to be out and delivered in 40 mins. Rude staff on phone. Shall use elsewhere from now on. Such a shame as it had always been so nice and reliable before.

After recent change of ownership it is terrible food left on counter to go cold while order is finishing salad looked limp with brown edges to lettuce chips sweating in containers while order is finishing and most importantly prices have gone up and portions have got smaller. Second time I have used them since new ownership and second time they have messed up Will not be using again

Burnt kebab very poor quality 😢 And was told that the food was delivered 30 minutes before. 😆. So it must have got Burnt before we started eating.. No sorry only we offer you a free can of drink. Never again poor....poor.

Fantastic food and very friendly and helpfull staff. Never been let down and the service is always amazing. Being a lorry driver i eat all over the country and yet i have not found a takeaway that does better food. Well done guys. Can't wait to park in Ramsgate again.

Amazing veggie kebab . Amazing staff . I lost my diamond ring last night and went back the next day and they had found it !!! How many places / staff would give you back a ring worth a small fortune ?!? You have a customer for life !!

The smallest portion size of any kebab shop I’ve ever encountered, large shish was a joke, £20 down the shaft

Really disappointed, we’ve been regular customers for a while now, this time around we found hair in the food when we got home. I called up and explained that we had friends over and we wanted a replacement, they refused to replace apart from the one kebab with the hair in, the rest of the food had gone cold having had to walk all the way back to show them the hair. On the phone the member of staff was very rude and implied that I was lying, and he even questioned whether it was our hair, he then said he didn’t care and hung up on me. I walked down to show them since he’d hung up on me, he refused to refund me for the meals apart from one even though I barely touched mine. We’ve always had really lovely service and everybody is usually very friendly but based on the way we were spoken to we won’t be going back. It was quite shocking to be spoken to like he did.

Over an hour wait doner was tiny pitta bread not even toasted garlic bread cold and soggy burger was unedible would add photo but straight in the bin twenty pound wasted dire

Had a chicken doner mixed with lamb shish this evening.. 2 hours later threw it back up.. was gona add a review earlier to day to say the spices ruined it but thinking now mustve been something wrong with it.. never in my life been sick having a take away think this is my very last

If I could give 0 stars I would, took over an hour. When I phone them the guys were rude, food was cold over cooked and soggy chips. Garlic sauce tasted slightly off could work out why it tasted so tangy.

waste of money, Ordered a takeaway for my family and it was disgusting! Food was flavourless and extremely burnt, small portions and an embarrassment to send to customers. Do not recommend.

As with a lot of takeaways a change of ownership does not reflect the current reviews. This meal I had today is vastly different from previous meals. The ingredients (lamb shish) was poor , the seasoning was non existent and was like warm. Not an experience I will try again.

Absolutely rubbish, ordered on just eat and never received my order, my partner went there to see if it had even been delivered and they phoned the delivery driver and they said it had been delivered, refused a refund and refused to make another, baring in mind I’m pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day due to being busy, had to order from somewhere else in the end and was waiting from 8pm until 9:30/10 when they’re 4 minutes up the road yet still was never delivered, DO NOT ORDER

Used for first time today. Food arrived barely warm and given i live half a mile away it must have been sitting around for at least 15 mins. Mixed shish was very tasty though but cheesy chips (with unmelted cheese!) were not edible as they arrived cold. Shame.

We only wanted kebab with salad and he could not have been more helpful. Food was lovely I had chicken it was very nice partner had kebab and he said was best he had had in a long time. Till next time thank you

Very poor quality food, pizza was burnt from bottom & raw from top, also smell very bad, chips was taste not right 🤮

I love queen’s kebab it’s my favourite takeaway in ramsgate . The staff are lovely especially the manager who knows my order and is always so nice. I recommend the chicken tikka shish and samozas I get it every week

I had ordered a lamb shish with rice, it came with salad and sauce, a can of drink, so I chose Rio®, The lamb was the nice, perfectly cooked, but however it wasn't much food for £11, the Rio® I was served was light and id been charged the same as the full sugar version, and I'm allergic to aspartame, the salad wasn't delivered until I notified them of them leafing out my salad! Saucy buggers!

We've been using Queens for a few years and recommend it to others but we won't be doing so again. Our food took well over an hour to arrive (ordered at 6.30 on Thursday night) and when it came it was cold and soggy.

I used to really rate this place but recently its gone so downhill. Over an hour for delivery, cold food and waking up feeling ill the next day. After last nights experience I will no longer be ordering from them again which is a shame as has always been my go to kebab shop.

We've been using Queens Kebab for 8 years and never had cause to complain until tonight. The food was delivered and the salad looked a couple of days old and the meat was luke warm. I've just read other reviews and other people who have been regulars are complaining. I rang them up and they said that they now mix the salad in oil!!!! I'll be changing my kebab house now. Such a shame. We loved the old owners.

Prompt delivery, polite delivery man. Food was exactly what we ordered and was hot. Food was lovely too.

Not the best ! Ordered tonight the food was burnt hard and cold I Always go here and the food use to be really good but now 9/10 times it will be burnt and horrible I've asked them before to make sure its not burnt but it still is so starting to get a waste of money now Will be looking for somewhere else to go

Not sure what is happenning. Have been using Queens Kebab for 2 years and the portion sizes have halved. Small chips in a large box and Chicken Shish half what it used to be. Looking for a new kebab shop. Must also say that it was tasty, but very small
