He watched TV while colouring my hair. He treated another client while leaving the colour to develop,this took longer than the 20 mins he said it would need. I did not get an even colour and it is dry ,and the texture has changed. I went in with bouncy wavy hair and came out with uneven lengths, shorter than I asked for and dry, straight lifeless hair. Very disappointed

I booked in for a spiral perm and am very happy with the service and result. Max discussed all the possibilities with me and listened to what I wanted, and my own knowledge of my hair. He fixed the curlers at high speed but still catching all my hair correctly. Am returning for colour treatment.

Had my hair coloured and cut here for the first time since last August. They managed to fit me in within 15 minutes and were absolutely amazing!!! Found my new hairdressers

Very unpleasant experience! My hairdresser was Max. I showed him what kind of haircut I wanted and asked him to keep the length as long as possible. In the end, it wasn’t even close to what I asked for, plus it was very short and there was a very visible transition at the back. When he asked if everything was fine, I said yes, because I didn’t want him to do anything else with my hair so that it wouldn’t get even worse. I wanted to get a haircut to grow my hair, now I have to cut my hair short again to fix everything. I don’t know about other masters, but I don’t recommend Max.

Wow fantastic colour and max worked his magic, would definitely go back even my son who has used the same barber in London for years was so happy with his hair cut.

1st haircut in 2.5yrs....changed from a scruffy hag to a hag with glorious hair! Many thanks Max...you can NEVER retire! 🤗
