Bought some garden furniture here recently. We were somewhat undecided and had various practical issues to consider. However we were served by a charming young man called James who could not have been more helpful. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great variety of items here queues are prety non existent so if your in a hurry you can go in get your goods pay and leave quite quickly. Good prices in cokparison to specialist suppliers with things like harware kitchen ware etc etc great shopnofnyour on a budget has a poundstretchers vibe

Many types of household items are found in this store, so if you need something, the chances are they will have it. I needed picture frames but also a coffee and a toasted sandwich for my lunch. The cafe is excellent value for money. Recommended!

Great little place to find all sorts of bits. The Christmas decoration section is good this year i found some good deals. Good for cheap pet bits, dog toys/treats etc. Use this place a lot just don't always find the staff overly helpful

Our first time here. A good store and we found a few things that we haven't seen at other stores. Picked a lot of Christmas decorations for the end of this year. Roll on 2024 mostly we'll be here again.

Often come into The Range to get bits for the house, they usually have everything we're looking for. Great for Halloween and Christmas decorations. It's all reasonably priced. Sometimes there are queues but they go down very quickly. Friendly and polite staff. Everywhere is wheelchair accessible, including the cafe, which there is a lift to. And also an accessible toilet. Cafe does lovely food from Sandwiches, paninis to burgers and chips and pizza. And also a delicious range of cake. Good choice of hot and cold drink, changing through the seasons.

Depending on what you want, most items available, good selection, prices on some things slightly elevated, quality not bad, well worth a visit. Kind,helpful, happy staff and you can stop of in their restaurant if feeling dry and peckish, suitable for pple with disabilities as a lift to take you to another floor.

Great shop and as the name of the shop says a good RANGE of items to buy. It is clean though the ladies toilets need updating especially the floor. The shop floor may not always be tidy but it is plain to see there are not enough staff but the staff they do have are grafters and are helpful. Coffee shop brings people in for sure especially since the menu has been changed. Had a good meal at a good price will be going back again.

Take your time to walk round as there are bargains every where. A good place to go as their range of goods is very comprehensive.

Good selection of homeward items and outdoors. Crafts are varied. It's a large store and plenty of free parking.

The Range always has that special item you need be it a gift or for home. There seasonal selection of items are superb and they are always cheaper prices than elsewhere.

I wrote a bad review a while ago, but I have been back here 3 or 4 times in the last month and I had great service, the staff are helpful and you can get served much better. I have brought wall paper, curtains, and pole all excellent. Good to buy in here now thank you

My daughter took me here, whilst I was visiting her in Kent. I've not got a Range near me, but I have visited occasionally one, which is quite a way from me. I thought that was big, but this Range totally beats it. Such a large shop, with plenty to buy, shelves filled with such a diversity of things. We decided to visit the cafe upstairs and ordered a baked potato with cheese each. It was delicious with plenty of cheese, and the salad with it was really nice too. Toilets were nice and clean, and there is a large free car park outside which is a bonus. Needless to stay our baskets were full of lots off goodies when it was time to leave.

Always enjoy browsing through this store and found just the right table in here also £150 cheaper than where we might have bought it from. They do some solid oak pieces in here reasonably priced. Also bought 2 nice comfy garden chairs. Plastic but nice shape. Our 2 top quality solid wood 2 seaters with adjoining centre table were stolen late last summer. Spent £40 on a pair we can now pick up and store in the garage!

Well set out store and some great bargains. Crafting and Art area is excellent. Café is also good.

Enjoyed walking around the store, as there's lots of goods and xmas decorations/ lights etc for reasonable prices.

Amazing amount of 'stuff', everything from clocks, paintings/prints, mirrors, gardening, keep fit, arts and crafts and kitchen. Perfect as my better half put it "for a Sunday shop". We can spend hours in here just looking (and have this weekend !). Place is fully geared up for xmas now!

Went in to buy some art canvas,they had some but not the size I needed,very helpful staff and a good atmosphere, will go again.

The Range has plenty to offer, but why do people put items on the shelves when there is no price to say what the item costs. Eighteen items we looked at, fifteen had no price label. One assistant was very put out because we asked her to find the price of an item and we had to follow her to the tills as she said it was the only way she could find out. Bad management, shows bad practice and lack of skill. Price your stock for customers to see and this applies to all the Range stores.

Staff in the coffee shop were lovely and very accommodating when I took my elderly father. It’s these things that really make his day not being rushed and enjoying the time out.

Brilliant shop and a massive range of household appliances ect. Only issues I'd point out are the stores always in a bit if a state with price labels missing ect making it a bit of a guessing game... Staff are always happy to help however I do feel like the store as a whole is understaffed bar Xmas.

I love this store. There is such a huge variety of items in the shop I can spend hours here. Everything is very reasonably priced.

Not wheelchair or even pushchair friendly every isle is cluttered or blocked by products it's impossible to get around the place without knocking things over or getting stuck, nothing has a price on and the staff are miserable and rude. We gave up in the end and walked out, your better off going to the Canterbury branch. Oh and disabled parking is nonexistent.

September and they have started doing their Christmas range! I know it's now a business and not a religious festival, but really? How many days a year do you celebrate your birthday?

Went to buy some garden plants they were very reasonably priced...

I like the store and staff are always nice but it would be nice to have more mens skincare products.
