Usually very good but unfortunately got a drive through this morning and the apple pie should have been disposed of a couple of hours before.

Have to say, the employees here are particularly pleasant and polite, in comparison to some of the other Macca's I've been to. Great job!

Food not to bad lots of staff lots of walking around order machines no receipts delivery food more care taken care of than normal orders

It was ok as the way things go mc Donald's have gone right down hill and not even very enjoyable anymore. Food was barely warm. Just is what it is. Our chocolate milkshakes were not even chocolate and had to be refunded.

Big car park is reopened due to driver, staff safety, and offcourse the bosses Porsche, thanks Paul for telling certain management that they don't have the authority to close it and is to be reopened immediately! Pointless putting them pathetic barriers across in the first place 😂 what a silly billy, you must feel like a right idiot lmao, Beep beep 1st stop the big car park!

Well a McDonalds is a Mc Donald's. This one has a very prompt order set up and the food is delivered very soon after. You either love the food or you tolerate it. But as always the premises were clean and efficient so as food outlets go if you like McDonalds you won't be disappointed

The staff are lovely and service is quick. The restaurant is clean. Great coffee. Live the fact they’re open at 5am for a morning person like me. I don’t know what it is with MacDonald’s restaurants but the music is always so loud. And the choice of music is dreadful. Especially early in the morning. It’s not particularly inclusive - those with hearing impairments and older generations with hearing difficulties would struggle to have a conversation with their families, and children/people with autism and issues with loud noises would be uncomfortable too. There are other ways to create a fun environment that don’t involve blasting out pop music.

It's a McDonald's they sell ok food and terrible coffee, seriously how is it that in all they years they have been serving coffee it's still this bad, even costa coffee is better and I truly dislike costa, thankfully there is a Starbucks next door Also, please make the big tasty a fixed menu item and maybe get a real expresso machine. Charge extra if you must, but please sort out your coffee 👍

The drive-thru here is always nice and quick and the staff are welcoming and friendly. If you use the app to order ahead, you can cut down the wait time even more. If you venture inside, you'll find more welcoming staff and a clean and tidy eating area with plenty of self order screens. Top marks for this McDonalds.

I scoot here to the Westwood Cross Margate outlet most days, or should I say nights at around 5.00 am. Where else in Thanet is open to keep fit nutters and insomniacs like me. Great, friendly, and helpful staff ( despite the unearthly time!) and good value coffees. Cant go wrong! Love it. ❤️

Good food! but someone ordered MacDonald and went to someone's house and didn't give it back or give refund

It was beautifully clean, the service was excellent and well a McDonald's food is you get what you pay for. Very good coffee too.

The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The tables and seats are cleaned regularly although we have had to wipe down the table ourselves on a few occasions when it's been really busy. There are ample parking spaces and the drive through is well planned and spacious. There is an outside eating area which can be enclosed when the weather turns however on a lovely summer evening, its a good place to hang out while you finish your burger.

The staff do their best, but it's always a bit grubby as there are so many kids throwing food around faster than they can clean it up.

I came across after shopping on Westwood, however it's easy to cross to the diner, but safely getting into the place was not easy as have to cross several exits. The ambience was good , and was nice seeing management talking to those people in the restaurant

What a refreshing experience - Nice friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and super fast service. Mature members of staff who engage with customers, help when it's needed and act promptly when tables need clearing... excellent

This was a great little place we found whilst on our travels out to sandwich and a welcome put stop. Friendly staff ample parking and a quick service. They accept both cash and card payments. And have inside and outside tables. The food was presented quickly and was nice and warm. I Would use again.

This place has recently had a update and in my eyes it is not money well spent. There is now one till which is not always manned. Everything is done on the kiosks or mobile ordering which I don't have a problem with however you then queue your number is in preparing for about 1 minute then moves to collect even though it is not actually ready. I don't mind waiting and don't expect it to be ready in seconds but why move it to the collection screen if it's not done, just asking for complaints.

Food is always pretty fresh so no complaints about that. I don’t eat here often but when I do it’s always a drive through. My last three orders have been wrong, including tonight’s. I’ve made complaints and got a free meal ( which is fair ) but this time I feel I’m after a free meal and complaining for the sake of it…… it’s always when you get home and someone gets the wrong thing. It’s annoying to say the least. My next order will be checked at the window 🙄🙄

After buying pancakes & sausage with extra sausage & an egg as a meal coming in at £6+. I asked for an extra syrup with the reply “it’s going to cost you an extra 40p? After paying for syrup with my debit card I sat down only to find out I was missing the extra sausage. Couldn’t even get that right! Gave it 2 stars because it was nice. Maybe here’s a thought why can’t we charge the money when they mess up your order!
