I have had nothing but lovely service during my appointments with Lauren, she made me feel completely at ease when I had my first eyebrow appointment - I was a bit nervous as I am quite fair. I love how they are tailored to suit your own face and I am really pleased with how my brows have turned out each time. I also had a lash lift and tint which looked amazing! I will definitely be returning regularly!

My first treatment was HN Signature Brows in which I was very nervous about having as I haven't really done anything much to my brows before. Molly put me completely at ease from the get go. I wanted my brows to suit my face keeping them looking natrual and I also explained my worries about not wanting the tint to be too dark and Molly got it all spot on. Truly a hidden gem of a salon! I’ve had their facials, brow shaping and most recently had Ombré Powder Brows done by Sophie - wow, totally amazed by the results. I was very nervous about having semi permanent makeup, having never done anything like this, but from the very begging, the treatment, during the healing process and after Sophie and the team at HN were brilliant! Most importantly my brows now look super natural and I don’t need to fill them in every morning - all round success! Also love the understated skandi decor of the salon. Highly recommended!

I booked into Hayley because I wanted a skin consultation as I had areas of my skin that I wanted to improve. After my initial consultation I booked in for an Electro-Sonic facial as well as taking away some skincare to start my routine at home before the facial. I could not recommend Haley enough, she has an incredible knowledge when it comes to skincare and instantly put me at ease knowing my skincare concerns were going to be listened to and treated properly!

Lauren did my make up trial yesterday for my wedding and I absolutely loved it!! She really listened to how I wanted it and gave me some advice on what would look nice on my skin texture. My first even lash and brow treatment (other than threading and waxing in the past). Absolutely love my lashes and brows. So natural and exactly what I wanted. Lauren was so lovely and really understood what I was after. Brilliant experience.

I started by just having my brows done here which are always the perfect shape and exactly how I like them. Then I added a tint which I absolutely loved, Lauren was great knew exactly what I wanted! I have recently also had a lash lift and tint for the first time and they look incredible. I love this salon it’s so sleek and professional.

The only place in Thanet that uses the best lash lift products that exist in the world - inLei system. I am very pleased I found them and they did wonders for my incredibly stubborn eyelashes, that has been burnt now twice before in other salons! The salon is beautiful, with some amazing bespoke carpentry throughout which I appreciated very much. It also has free parking outside, which is just hard to believe these days. They have very good online system with lots of sent reminders which is very handy and very organised. Highly recommend, as you won't need to go anywhere else, just go there and get the best treatment in Thanet for sure.

I had the inlei lash lift a week ago.. I have not had to wear mascara once!!!! So impressed. Will definitely be having this treatment again. Also had my eyebrows laminated again. Which I love every single time.

I had semi-permanent ombré brows by Sophie yesterday. My experience from start to finish was fantastic, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I was initially pleased with the results but it wasn’t until this morning that the real impact of waking up with perfect brows hit me… I didn’t have to spend time pencilling my brows on and I did the school run with no makeup, because I can now! Morgan was so understanding of my worries with having brow tint as I didn't want them too dark, I was reassured that with HNsignature brows they would make the colour to suit my complexion. I can honestly say I had the most amazing experience from the first contact with booking my appointment to the appointment itself. I was kept up-to-date via email by Joelle and the connection was lovely. Everyone is professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.
