Awful service, went for the first meeting where you are introduced to the councilor and everything seemed good, went to the first proper therapy session where I was told I was attention seeking, that nothing was wrong with me and that I needed to grow up. 4 years later (after a year of testing) it turns out that there's an extremely high chance that my seizures are Dissociative Seizures caused by Depression, Anxiety and PTSD that was not treated earlier on. If I had been helped back then I could drive by now, I'd be able to remember places and people, I'd be able to hold things and not drop them randomly and I'd have been able to sit my Alevels with a better chance of passing than I have now.

Been trying to contact my daughters councillor and been ringing for 2 weeks to speak to Angela or Karli left messages with receptionist for them to call me still no phone call. Waiting on phonecall for my daughter to go on medication not a good service and so hard to get hold off

Absolutely garbage, nothing gets done, the staff are rude and the "professionals" make you want to die more than the mental illness does. Pathetic. No wonder the suicide rate is so high after attending this circus of clowns.

Never get a call back. My son way over due a review been trying everyday. Having major difficulties with in the household as my son needs new medication. The worst service

Every time we need to get a perscription there is always a huge problem, last time it took over three weeks to get them to write it. They never pick up the phone or have any appointments / reviews available

I was Held in a que for 1 hour yet I was caller number 1 this happened 3 times I was needing to cancel a appointment for Monday if someone would have answered I'm sure some body else could have had the appointment instead. considering the backlog of review appointments to catch up on

If I could of put zero stars I would, I think their service is disgusting! They cancel appointments without even notifying you, and just chuck you on medication and thinking that will solve the issue absolute joke!

Never call you back when they say they Will, even when you call them begging for help.

I hold this place responsible for my overdose. When i was younger, i went for an appointment where they had my parents in and spoke to them about my life. I hardly got a word in and i was so depressed but did know what depressed was or meant at the time. The “therapist” told me they didnt know what my problem was (talking down to me, not that they didnt know) and i was probably attention seeking. . As you can guess with my opener i was not given the care that was needed. Completely let me down and lots of other vulnerable young people. Left me too embarrassed to seek therapy for years. Would never let them anywhere near anyone i know or even didnt know. Shocking service.

Started off as great and I couldn’t understand why so many people had told me about their bad experiences but now I completely get it. There is a definite lack of care amongst most of the staff, including the receptionist.
