    I love these workout classes! & even in a group session you really feel that Nat still gives you 1 to 1 attention, focusing on what is going to work best for you and your body while changing up exercises to suit you and your abilities so that you get everything possible out of her classes. Also, even after just one session she makes you feel, comfortable, at ease and immediately apart of her bootcamp family :)

    I love these classes! Hard work, fun and satisfying! They are different every class aswel which keeps it fun! I joined Thanet Fitness after having my first child and she knew I was post cesarean so she worked with me gradually on what was safe to do and built me up slowly. The difference I've seen to my fitness and body was amazing! I then had another child again post cesarean and I returned to Natalie's classes recently as I know I can can trust her. I've already started to see results after just a couple months! Natalie has helped me get energy levels and strength back aswel as my body back into shape so I can run around after my two children. She is also very knowledgeable and can help with any aches or pains you might be experiencing. Tailoring exercises through the class to suit you at that time. Highly recommend.

    I’ve tried a lot of Bootcamp and CrossFit gyms but Thanet Fitness is my absolute favourite. Every session is different and Natalie is able to get the most out of everyone. Natalie makes sure I do everything properly, that the technique is right and that I am challenging myself. I would encourage anyone to some along and enjoy it as much as I do 😁

    Nat’s boot camp’s are amazing. Every time is different and you never know what is going to come!!! Never get bored and the time goes so quickly!! I have been going for about 3 years now and never been to 2 the same!! Nat is always quick to spot if you are struggling or have an injury and offers an alternative so you don’t make your injury worse. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend these classes to anyone of any ability x

    From day 1 Nat has been a very professional trainer. From assessing personal circumstances to tailoring the session to suit you requirements. Having not done any boot camps or training sessions, I am finding these to be testing, but am really starting to feel the benefits already having only been going for 5 weeks. Nat really pushes you to reach your goals. Nice group of people also makes the sessions fun. If you want to improve you fitness then give this a go, you’ll have a blast

    I have been going to nats boot camp for a number of years. I thoroughly love it. Nat is a fantastic trainer, she has dedication & profession. All fitness levels are welcomed. It is a friendly atmosphere. Nat is a very professional & caring trainer

    I have been going to Nat's Bootcamp for 2 and half years. It’s tremendously improved my fitness, my motivation and confidence. Even in a class, Nat still gives you 121 support and really pushes you to achieve your goals. Have also had PT sessions with Nat over the years and would really recommend her to anyone. Always a lovely group of people to workout and laugh with.

    Nat is an amazing instructor, she is super friendly and points out if your doing any exercises incorrectly which is great as the whole point of being there is so we get best results. Everyone who attends is friendly too. I definitely recommend.

    A fantastic atmosphere and supportive environment. If you are serious about getting fit and want results. Thanet Fitness Bootcamp will support you to reach your goals. Natalie is a fantastic personal trainer with a huge amount of experience and knowledge of personal fitness. I highly recommend Thanet Fitness Bootcamp!
