Really helpful staff, great place for all things fish.

Brilliant! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, patient, and can't help you enough. And they really care about their livestock. Edited to add that this is still the case 4 or 5 years down the line!

I Buy my fish from here a lot and never seem to have a problem with them and have a pretty big selection to choose from. Don't buy my fish food here though as I find it a little expensive so I always purchase my food online from places like amazon. Good customer service and always answer the questions you have to ask

Well stocked with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wide range of products for all types of fish keeping, outdoors and indoor cold water, tropical, marine, reef. Plenty of well kept livestock. Tanks galore. Good value own-product brands, plus Oase, Aqua Evolution and more.

Nice shop, helpful staff. Great advice for setting up a garden pond.

I emailed weeks ago and still have had no response, so I went in store to buy goldfish for my pond. Completely refused to sell me fish because I don't have a filter. Pond has been set up for 3 years with plenty of plants and wildlife thriving, if they'd bother to respond to my email they'd have saved me the humiliation of being refused in store. I know plenty of folk with happy, aged goldfish and no filter system in their ponds, so I was definitely unaware of such strict goldfish laws.

Sold me aquatic plants that turned out to be house plants (Dracaena sanderiana white) plants which could have killed everything in my tank, only found out when I asked on line why my plants are dying, not had a chance to go to the shop as now shielding but will do when I can.

Great place to go to get all your fish supplies, the fish are healthy and they have lovely varieties and everything for your fish and pond. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing experience. they were helpful and gave great advice/ information, which shows they care about these fish. unlike some places where they just want your money and don't care about if the buyers know how to properly take care about them.

Well there is a good ish selection of fish cold water tropical and marine but there massive down side is the lack of selection on everything else looking to set my new tank up with sand and Aqua soil base and and plants and couldn’t find any sand asked and they had one bag out /stocked/ and no real Aqua scaping products at all really! Very disappointed as I thought I would try a new store and left empty handed.
