Came here for lunch with mum. Two people and we spent 979 000 VND. We chose two flavours - small size hot pot: mushroom and bone broth. One thing we really enjoyed here was their customer service. Staff has great recommendation for their dishes and suggested how many dishes we should order for two in order to save us money (since it was our first time I was planning ordering a lot more 😅). The manager came to our table to check how the food and everything was. She also gave my mum a free Longevity soup to wish my mum good health. Later on, staff brought out a little red gift bag to give my mum and a beautiful rose in a small transparent container with ice cubes. My mum was so happy to receive so many free gifts and wishes of good health from staff (even though it was not her birthday, we just happened to shop at Vincom and stopped by for lunch ☺️). Thank you for your small but beautiful gestures and care towards my mum. It did make her feel special and made her day 😘. Highly recommend this place for their food and customer service. Attentive, caring and professional.

An unusual and new experience in the way food is prepared and eaten. Causes the whole family to prepare the food together and engage positively in the cooking process. In addition to that, there is ice cream and sweets for free and outside you can do nail polish for free 😜

If you come here. You can get food after order 40 minutes more. Management skill poor and never do good take care. If you want to get terrible experience, i would like to suggest Haidilao Vincom.

Haidilao in Vietnam is highly dangerous. They offer free nail service, unlimited snacks, and ice cream while waiting. They also offer unlimited boba and toppings??? You already know I got all the toppings and boba refills haha (no food wasted. I ate it all)!!!

The service is always the best at Hai Di Lao. Free manicure, ice cream and fruit while waiting for the queue. However we dont have to wait during our visit Food is good and great. Hai Di Lao flavoured beef is our favourite. Very tender and tasty beef. There's many choices of sauce that you can mix it as you like it Price is acceptable for the service that was provided. The restaurant staff very attentive and pay great attention to details. Toys for kids upon arriving, phone cover to keep the phone away from the oil, always refill the drink. Very good! Do order the hand pulled noodle to see how they made it in front of you. It's kind of like a show..really fun to watch

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been visiting Haidilao s restaurants across Asia for the last few years . I do generally love it . In my Vietnam my local Haidilao is landmark 81. On this occasion we changed . As usual, I booked table in advance - I don’t know why they gave us a table where the air conditioning was not working . We got hot and stinky - The fish , smelled and tasted rancid . To which the waiter tried to laugh off , and say it was “normal “. Well, it’s not normal , because I have visited other Haidilao restaurants many many times . - I found the staff here to be impeccably slow - in comparison to other ones (particularly landmark 81) - the que outside side was impeccably long , and the really lacked any organisation.

We had Quốc Bảo as our waiter during our dinner. He was phenomenal and very helpful, constantly attending to our every need. Highly recommend both Haidilao & Quoc Bao for your visit!!

The map location is absolutely wrong, the HaiDiLao is located in the Vincom Center Đồng Khởi. The staff there is the sweetest. They provided a cleaning wipe and hair tie when I first arrived. Out of some 3-4 drink choices you can pick one and you get unlimited refills for that - I chose milk tea which was delicious (according to my liking and not super sweet), the broths are absolutely fantastic and they give free fruits in the end. I went alone, they put a stuffed toy in the other seat which was too funny and at the same time super cute!

Nice for organising events like birthday party. However it’s a bit hot and expensive.

Great hot pot experience if you want the noodle dance experience. Quality of food is decent with pricing being not cheap but reasonable for what you get. Service is generally good, they cater to waiting lines serving ice cream and drinks, however they do charge premiums on basics like condiments which seems a little greedy.

Exceptional services, We were provided apron, glasses wipe, and even toys for the kids. The food is good enough. One note is that the spicy soup is way to hot for my taste, but my friends love it.

Very good food and service... A bit noisy like most restaurants these days but very good otherwise. Free tea & ice cream outside while you wait. 👍

Heard stellar reviews about the service here, and they were definitely onto something. Food was delicious, but the service was exceptional. We even had someone come out to hand toss noodles for us. It was Lunar New Year, and so there was also a fun performance celebrating that. Overall, it was a very fun experience!

I don’t know about other Haidilao branches in the world, but the Vietnam one is famous for its varieties of random, free services. However, as a person who loves hot pot, I don’t rate this place’s food highly. Food. You order through your table’s designated iPad. The prices are decent, not cheap but not expensive either. They offer a 10k vnd unlimited drink buffet where you can get drinks like iced tea and boba. I don’t remember what I got but notably, I got a plate of marbled “snowflake” meats. When you say marble, it’s obviously has to have parts of fat and parts of lean meat - the one brought out to us was just fat. Other side dishes like enoki mushrooms or tteokbokki have nice portion sizes. Also the way the table was situated was weird, the hot pots were in the center, and it was quite hard to get stuff because it’s a little far and inconvenient. I have a bit of concerns about the sauce bar. The sauce bar is a buffet that is priced 40k vnd. That is fine, but I just don’t like how they try to make the sauce buffet seems “optional” because you have to pay extra, but in reality, you obviously need the sauce buffet in order to eat your hotpot. I also have concerns on how I just couldn’t understand why many people like the sauce bar here. It’s very interactive, you can basically play with it until you get your desired sauce, but I made 3 sauces - 1 my own recipe, 1 Haidilao’s recipe, 1 TikTok’s recipe - and I didn’t like ANY of them. Was it just me or were the ingredients in the sauce bar missing something? They lacked so much flavors to me like I think it was too oily and not enough sweetness and just too much?? I ended up not finishing my hotpot because I couldn’t like the sauces I made. I feel like it’s on me for not creating a nice sauce, but also I just don’t think the ingredients are great. Back to marbled meat situation. Our server from the beginning was very very rushed. She talked in a very rushed manner, and I couldn’t understand her because she was just speaking very fast and was lowkey rude sometimes. When we asked her if we could change the meat plate because it was just fat and looked nothing like the photo, she said no and didn’t try to cooperate. We ended up talking to the manager who did give us a new plate as well as gifting us that plate of meat and a plate of fruits (which is already free at their fruit station but they’re trying to act nice ig). They also have this nearly empty cold dessert fridge of panna cotta, which didn’t taste good but at least it was free. So yes, overall, Haidilao’s service is great (except for that server we had). But the notable thing about Haidilao in Vietnam is that they offer so many random, free services you can get. They do your gel nails, they give you free drinks, snacks, and ice cream for waiting guests, they even have a photo printing machine that I loved because printing photos in the US is not free! Overall, nice service with random, free amenities. I wouldn’t recommend it if you like a simple hot pot place with pre-made sauce and cheaper prices (it’s not super expensive, but there are more affordable places).

NV: Lê Chương I visited Haidilao hotpot in Vincom Ho chi Minh City with my friends and we had a great time. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable seats and tables. The service was excellent, from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They offered us free drinks, snacks, fruits, and ice cream while we waited for our table. They also gave us aprons, hair ties, and wet wipes to keep us clean and comfortable. They explained the menu and the ordering process clearly, and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious and fresh. We chose the tomato and mushroom soup bases, which were both flavorful and rich. We ordered a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, which came in generous portions and were cooked perfectly. The dipping sauces were also tasty and complemented the food well. We especially enjoyed the beef slices, the shrimp balls, and the enoki mushrooms. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food and the service. We paid about 300,000 VND per person, which included the soup base, the ingredients, the drinks, and the service charge. We felt that it was worth it for the experience and the satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Haidilao hotpot to anyone who loves hotpot or wants to try something different. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with your family or friends, and to experience the excellent service and hospitality of Haidilao.

Most child-friendly hotpot experience we had! They provided us with a baby seat that can be put on the bench, and even offered to make steamed egg for baby. Our baby also really enjoyed the noodle dance. Atmosphere was friendly and chill, service super attentive, staff would come by every few minutes to help us put ingredients into hotpot n replace plates/top up drinks for us. Free bubble tea! Many choices of customized dips in a buffet style counter. Menu is big with wide selection for everyone, suitable for spicy, non-spicy, vegan, etc... Tomato soup base was our favourite. Would definitely come back, super recommend.

It’s my first time eating Chinese hotpot. I tired four types of soup for our hotpot. Among them I love their sichuan soup. The waitress are very polite and care the customers with smile. We got free flow of drinks. Lime juice was 10/10. Bubble tea and fermented plum juice is okay. All the ingredients were fresh. Right from the vegetables, seafood, and meat. Try their mushroom sauce as a dip. 🤤 One downside of this place is always crowded. I wasn’t able to book the table in advance. They follow token system, you may need to wait longer on weekends.

The food is steam boat or hot pot. You could have it in many restaurants, but they try to make it an experience rather just having food. So they will celebrate your birthday and your wedding anniversary. In this particular store, there was a perfomer in a traditional chinese opera custume who changed the colour of his face mask by sleight of hand. They will also make a show of pulling the noodles by swinging it around. Since it could be a long wait, they offer drinks, fruits, ice cream and even a manicure while you wait. So it all makes for a customer experience. If you have time to spare, and you enjoy an noisy meal while cooking your food in broth (they have a few flavours), then you will enjoy eating here.

Service above all makes dining here a bit comforting. Busy place with many patrons. Service crew can be busy and some delays in serving some foods.

Such a horrible service. We was waiting for more than an hour and half. Once our number called, but they let people with number after us came first. Then told us wait for next available table. I was complain them why they did that, and they lied to me that people with the number after us didn’t come yet, but hell no they walked in in front of us. First time and will be my last to come here. The front lady was so rude. And also the manager or whoever with red uniform. They didn’t even say sorry to me.

It is hard to find the right order to have a good experience with this type of hotspot. Nothing special, and I hate thinking too much when come in this kind of “service-oriented” hotspot. Get very crowd in the weekend, but they have some stuffs for you to waste your time while waiting. Not worth the effort for me.

Located on the top 3rd floor. This side has a low ceiling, so the space feels narrower and narrower than that of Bitexco branch. The quality of the food is still the same. The staff is also enthusiastic. Now I see the delicious seafood sauce. You don't need to mix a lot of fancy things, just use the sauce for now. And for those who like rich Thai hot pot like me, sometimes it's enough without dipping sauce. The Mala hotpot is too spicy, spicy, but choking. There is tea at the sauce counter. This side has fresh ice cream, ice cream cones, but no ice cream cone. My table got a gift of a teddy bear, I don't know how to share it :))

The wait for our party of 8 was over 2 hours, near 3. In the mean time, they had a complimentary ice cream machine with complimentary toppings and an area of various fresh drinks. They also offered free nail painting but the wait line was very long, being 52 people ahead of us. They didn't have any vegetarian options at all, so do not come here if you are vegetarian or vegan. You will starve.

Excellent service. You can choose any kind of mix you want in a single hot pot table. They also offer free nut, ice cream and popcorn,... Avg cost per pax: 400-500k (bigger group will be less)

FIRST OF ALL, the staff is amazing! Very friendly, supportive and well-organized. The food is somewhat good but nothing really hit my food-lover soul haha. One interesting point I want to mention here is the number of the ingredients for making a dipping sauce is numerous! They also give you an instruction to make many different kinds of sauces, BUT you have to pay an extra fee for the sauce, which I don’t like :( Overall it was good and definitely will come back :) 5 stars hands down!
