After a short boat ride in Alleppey backwaters, we were searching for a decent place to have lunch. Ramada hotel is very close to the boat starting points and is located close to KSRTC bus stand. Car parking area at the hotel was small but we found a spot. Restaurant is elegant with good ambience. Staff is also very energetic and courteous. Food is good and prices are slightly on the higher side. But for a decent ambience, price is justified. They understood all our special requirements with food and made them to our satisfaction.

Good food, after couple days around this area we were looking for some high quality food. Good buffet dinner.

Service is good, food is okay but hygiene is terrible (tableware and toilets). Lots of cockroach and bugs - alive and dead - in the restaurant’s restroom. Hopefully kitchen is cleaner…

Food not upto the mark and also high price..

Had buffet lunch .....not upto the mark.....far better food will be available in much smaller or lesser hyped hotels.....too expensive with mimimal number of dishes....no juices/drinks.... pathetic

24/7 restaurant in Ramada, large seating space. Had the fish moily which was decent but was served Luke warm.wife had mushrooms which were well cooked.high prices, service could be better

Just awesome for a 5 star dining in punnamada with variety of North and South Indian dishes along with some western cuisine
