Worst stay. No hot water , no wifi , sink is not clean and broken . Worst experience ever . Room service is not good . They didn’t provide any towels . Even we book ac rooms prior, they gave non ac rooms . Won’t even recommend to any one .

Very good resort for family also for bachelors. Just five minutes walk from punnamada Nehru trophy boat race finishing point. Normal rates. Also have house boat for guests. Staffs are so friendly. You may feel home. Quite and calm surroundings.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews about this place that too from Local guides. The place is dingy and is in a very narrow road. The reception boys were strange. We had the worst experience ever. After paying they denied room and refund and we were asked to leave . Ugly rooms, damaged ACs, unclean toilets . Avoid for your own good.

Good staff. Nice behaviour. The location is not easy to find as it's little inside from the connecting road. Easy to reach as there is a hotel of the Ramada group just on the other side of the same road. Not too far from the Alleppey central bus stand.

Great room and hospitality. It is just opposite to Ramada. The staff is very welcoming and if you book it in Oyo you will get rooms lot cheaper that you expect. There is a lot of foreign guests as they keep their standards. I'll prefer to call it a hotel than a resort. Because it works like that. Just near to the main road so that you won't find it difficult to find a ride to where ever you wanna visit. Getting into the rooms, they are clean and painted artistically. Clean and maintained well. Staff is ready to help any time of the day and night. There is a beautiful balcony that will give you a good view.

Wrost Wrost WROST || BAD FOR COUPLES We book in Oyo & when we reached there, they said they won't provide room in Oyo price, asked to cancel the booking or they need more to accommodate.They were rude and suspicious & this happened in midnight. We left from there. Never choose this place. And couples better don't think about this

This is the best and highly recommended hotel for all types of travellers. It is away from busy traffic and located in a calm neighbourhood. Houseboat jetty is just nearby. Ample parking space is there. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very neat and tidy rooms. Polite and courteous staff will guide about all the tourist attractions. They can arrange houseboats and vehicles. This place is in the lane quite opposite to Ramada hotel. Various food joints are available nearby. Please stay in this beautiful hotel and enjoy your holiday.

With limited staff managing so well. One of the very few places I have given 5 stars including the ambience, décor and everything. Will post some pics later. I stayed in a bigger and better room at 2nd floor with views than the posted staff room snaps for example.
