First,
let
me
say
that
I
am
a
LOYAL
Hotworx
member
that
started
at
the
Norman,
OK
location
and
have
referred
so
many
people
to
this
amazing
gym.
The
location
is
Norman
has
me
spoiled
with
how
WELL
I
am
treated,
appreciated,
and
motivated
by
their
staff.
With
that
being
said,
I
work
near
Edmond
so
I
knew
that
I
would
need
the
upgraded
package
to
be
able
to
workout
at
both
locations
when
needed.
My
first
day
at
the
Quail
Springs
location
was
yesterday,
April
5th.
Needless
to
say,
it
might
be
my
last.
When
I
arrived
15
minutes
early
my
code
was
not
working
for
some
reason.
I
kept
trying
until
I
resorted
to
knocking
on
the
door.
Both
of
the
staff
members
there
at
around
5pm
looked
at
the
door,
making
eye
contact
with
me,
and
then
kept
on
doing
what
they
were
doing.
I
knocked
again,
no
prevail.
I
tried
calling
and
it
went
to
voicemail.
I
finally
was
so
frustrated
and
embarrassed
that
I
decided
to
bang
on
the
door
a
little
harder
than
usual.
For
context,
I'm
on
the
heavier
side
with
2
tattoo
sleeves
and
I
don't
dress
in
all
the
fancy
workout
gear
that
I'm
sure
the
rest
of
their
membership
does.
I
finally
was
able
to
get
the
attention
of
staff
who
immediately
treated
me
as
if
I
didn't
belong
there.
When
I
walked
in
they
claimed
they
would
check
my
"status"
-
as
if
I
don't
pay
my
membership.
I
felt
so
awkward
and
irritated
that
I
ended
my
workouts
early.
I
tried
talking
to
the
blonde
haired
girl
at
the
front
desk
but
she
said
that
it
wasn't
really
their
problem
my
code
wasn't
working
and
that
I
would
need
to
contact
my
home
gym
since
they
don't
share
data.
TLDR:
I
left
feeling
pretty
shi**y
with
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth
about
this
location
and
would
have
rather
driven
the
30
minutes
to
Norman.
The
staff
was
quick
to
judge
me
based
off
my
appearance
and
I
should
have
listened
to
the
Hotworx
community
when
they
said
this
location
was
full
of
entitled
20-year
olds.
