👍👍 Absolutely loved this class. Was a very different vibe than the typical relaxing classes I’ve been to. Was upbeat & challenging, upbeat good music . Instructor was very welcoming & provided instruction well. Class was challenging, but went at a very nice pace. Not too fast.
