Food and service always been good but geez can we have less AC!

Excellent quality food reasonable prices and I always leave their full. One of my top three favorite places to eat

Ryan was excellent! The manager Mark was excellent. Doreen was excellent. Delicious food. Clean establishment. Second Visit! Today September 30th, 2021 I went with a group of my gal friends to have lunch. They were extremely busy because TooJays is amazing. Their food is delicious y'all, no joke. The only problem I had was my server. She said her name was Daisy when I asked her for her name. She was darker than I am and was not too tall but was not short in height. I believe she was not truthful about her name. She was not personable or friendly. She was a bit aggressive with the way she set our drinks down. She was very dismissive and in a bad mood. I get it, it's packed and you're in a bad mood. Don't take that out on us. We are there to eat and have a great time. I didn't appreciate that at all. I messaged the website to inform them and I didn't notice they called me will I got home. That was excellent from the management aspect. I just ask that employees treat paying customers better regardless of how busy they are.

A lot of meat on this Reuben sandwich and the steak fries were great! Fast efficient service! Will return!

Went here with a friend visiting from California. Had the Rueben sandwich…hands down best one I’ve ever had. Generous amount of meat inside. Waitress was friendly and attentive. I have since ordered the same meal to go….it was not quite as well prepared as when I ate in the restaurant. Also ordered a $7.99 slice of cake that was so small it looked like half a slice. Not worth the price. I’m guessing it was an off day because I saw big slices being served inside the restaurant the day I ate in.

Disappointed in TooJays Lake Sumter for misrepresenting in their advertising and NOT honoring it to us veterans. They advertised (in multiple media) a free veterans breakfast. Then they told us and other parties that it is only a 25% discount. Big difference. I won’t be returning after they misrepresent in their advertising and do not honor it. Spent way more than planned for a good but overpriced scramble eggs to share even. TooJays’ response to this post is meaningless! It is not even applicable to my comment.

My sister and I had a craving for a hot pastrami sandwich, so we dropped at TooJays in Sumter Landing. We were seated promptly, and our server, Daisy, was great. My pastrami was so fatty and chewy that parts of it were inedible. On the other hand, my sister's pastrami was lean. We were in a hurry, so I didn't complain. I would just check the meat before you eat it.

Great service. Easy and accommodating with my toddler. Homey Midwest food vibes but with matzoh ball soup and latkes on the menu.

Great family place! Excellent Staff and had fun with the fam. Check this place out and bring your appetite because the portions are huge! Update: still delicious food and had a great time with Fam.
